really lies...

is in this automatic assumption that every
woman wants to be a mother.

There's the bigotry.

Not all of us want
to get pregnant.

And what about the women willing to put in
those 14-hour days?

Should they concede advantages to
their colleagues who choose motherhood?

Is that fairness?

asking for equal treatment.

She's asking for
special consideration.

to the women who want to give birth and
start raising families,

there are women like me who want to earn

under the same standards
