Allocation of fast.

An important point you need to remember.

You in shooting a wedding video
is that you cannot do it alone.

Three
Maybe some people who can do a one man

video team on weddings,
but I really don't recommend this.

If you want to capture
every precious moment,

then you need a team of videographers
with a team.

You can divide the task and save time
and get all the shots you need

in this part of the course.

I will teach you what rules are needed

in making a wedding film.

The first task is the main shooter.

This will be the key person
who will continuously film

everything that is happening
during the wedding and the reception.

The main shooter will point the camera

to the person who will be the main
speaker of that moment.

This is also the reason we rely on

shooting the entrance of the groom
and the bride as they walk down the aisle.

The second
role will be the second shooter.

This person will find another angle
because sometimes the main shooters

angle can capture
all this happening in a ceremony.

So this is the person who coordinates
with the main shooter.

During the wedding and reception,

like when the bride and groom
will face each other

while the main shooter can get both
the angles of bride and groom,

the main shooter will then coordinate
with the second shooter

on who will get the right angle.

And the groom's angle.

Basically, the main shooter
will be pointing to the main person

we stalking and the second shooter
will paint the person

in which the main person is starting to.

This role will also serve as the backup
of the main shooter in the events

that the main shooter will have ran out
of battery or memory storage.

In our team, we have a position

which we immediately move to
in the surround when he starts.

The second shooter will be aiming towards

the groom
while the main shooter get the bride

when the door opens.

The main
shooter will capture the bride coming in.

And while the bride just came in the door,
the second shooter

will get the groom's reaction.

This is a very important moment which
releases so much emotions from the group.

If you can capture this moment,
then it will be a great impact.

The your wedding video,

the next role will be
the creative shooter.

This is the reason assigned
to capture a creative cinematic shots.

Now, these next role can be done

by second or the creative shooter,
but it's better

if there will be another person
to be the reaction shooter.

This role is fast to capture

the reactions of the guests
and the entourage.

All those guys, all those laughs,

the reaction shooter
should be alert in capturing those shots.

And last but not the least,

is the assistant.

The assistant is the person who we rely

for moving all around the wedding
ceremony and reception.

The assistant will be in charge
of the equipment that we need.

The batteries should be well charged

and set up the audio recorders and backup
recorders.

And assistant is also important

in taking care of all the years
and making sure it's safe.

Delegating task for every memory of
the team is what I highly recommend.

Because in this way, each one of our each
one has accountability.

If they fail to do their specific task
or in simple terms,

there is someone accountable
for the audio recordings

in case of errors or failure to record.

Generally,
each member of the team will get

a sense of responsibility
as to what their tasks are,

giving the team specific calls

and make members accountable
for the team's needs.

This will develop themes, harmony

and synchronization as they work together.

Since we are shooting
with four camera setups,

there are two of us on the right side
and two on the groom's side.

Way before, when I was starting way

back 2017,
all of the creative shots for the both

I for both groom
and bride are my obligations.

Honestly, it was so hard to do it
because most of the time

the photographers complain
that we are wasting a lot of time

waiting for the bride side portrait
and group shots to finish shooting.

Then after that I will then proceed
to the groom portraits and group shots.

Not that we are wasting a lot of time
waiting for each other,

waiting for each shoot to finish.

It is also very tiring for me
because I do the shoot

and have seen the editing as well.

Just until

2018 that we have increased our rates

and now able to hire
another creative shooter for the group.

I am now just shooting for the bright side
and that saves me

and the client so much time.

Another thing

why allocation of fast is important

so that each memory
will have its own strength.

My strength is the bright portrait shots
and same the editing.

The main shooter strengths
is to be more attentive

to every detail
and what's happening on the stage,

especially the bridal entrance
in the church.

While the second creative shooters
strength is shooting great looking

portrait shots of the gun and the reaction
shooter or second shooter strength

is to shoot the actions
of the people in stealth mode,

meaning he's not usually seen

by the subject that he is pointing
the camera and recording.

Overall, everyone's

goal is to make a great and heart touching
wedding film so everyone should mass

through each of their task
to achieve that goal sooner or later.

With ample experience, you can you can
then create a system

that your team can easily
go through and understand.

It is like having your own
personal language

with each specific task.

I highly recommend that you have your card
labeled

depending on what role your shooter is.

In this way,
it will be easier for you to determine

which shooter is the card coming from.
