All language subtitles for 3. Where I Get My Awesome Background Music From

I'm going to show to you just how easy it is to get some really awesome background music background

tracks to your blogs and what I've been doing now for about 18 months now.

And so I'll show you how you can get music where you pay for a license every year.

And you have limited access to music tracks from this website sound strive as a company.

I absolutely swear by using them for just IDEI months now just renewed my license actually 100.

I think it's 145 US dollars a year.

And he really that's a lot of money it's nothing if you're doing like daily videos.

And like I've done like hundreds and hundreds of videos where I've used music from sound Strype it just

makes it so easy to find the right music for the right video prior to sound start though if you're on

a budget and you know you don't have 140 150 U.S. dollars every year for unlimited license to use this

music commercially and in your Vogues then you can use soundcloud.

This is what I used to do when I first started back in 2016.

I spent hours of time going through sound straw looking for free commercial use music.

And so this is probably a place to start.

If you're just starting out as of laga so on on soundcloud right now I'll show you soundcloud first

and then I'll go over to sound right.

So in the search box I just type in free music what I use to do is this.

So this would come up I go down to here says to listen to a click on that and see what it says to use

commercially.

If I click on this then it will give me a list of royalty free music that I can supposedly use for commercial

purposes.

Now the problem with soundcloud in my experience is a lot of people steal other people's music and they

upload it as their own and they call that royalty free when in fact it actually belongs to somebody

and it has content day on it.

And so I've had situations where I uploaded my blogs with music taken from soundcloud and I've had copyrighted

strikes on YouTube and I'm like well hold on a minute.

It said it was free.

Right.

And it wasn't.

It was actually stolen from the original artist but then you claim to be their own.

And anyway so that's why I stopped using soundcloud because it was so hard to find music that I liked

that fit a kind of mood that I was trying to create in my videos.

And then having the risk of getting a copyright strike on my channels and right now it's just not worth

it or rather pay 140 bucks.

And and and do it that way.

But I will show you this real quick.

So for example if I click on this first one and what I'll do if I am in the track now you'll click on

Scroll down and see where it says.

This is really hard to see.

But this is exactly where you need to go.

So it's Lawsons under the Creative Commons license.

See see if for click on this.

It will tell you exactly what the license restrictions are for that track.

So it's creative commons 3.0.

This is the license of Creative Commons OLG.

And if you read this it basically says that you are allowed to use it for commercial purposes provided

that you mention the author of the track.

So it says here you must give appropriate credit.

I'll let you read this in your own time.

OK.

So that's what I looked for when I was collecting music off sound cloud.

But even then as I mentioned people would steal music and then claim it as their own and everything

else anyway.

So that's why I said goodbye to sound cloud.

I then went to a Web site called Premium bait.

I didn't light it up premium.

They dot com and I started buying my tracks individually.

So as you can see this Web site here you can buy tracks on a track by track basis so I actually used

to pay like forty nine dollars for each track.

It was damn crazy I can't believe I did that.

Forty nine bucks for one track.

So as you can see if you're doing daily videos it's just not smart to buy your tracks on a track by

track basis.

So then I was like OK goodbye premium bait.

I'm not using you and then I discovered sound Strype and sounds Strype pretty much allowed me to pay

$145 and have access to all of their music unlimited use for commercial purposes in all my blogs and

I've never had an issue with copyright strikes or anything crazy like that.

So I hear a $135 a year unlimited licenses new songs every week.

So as I said like what is Saturday in Australia I'm like this is amazing because it's Friday in the

U.S. and that's when they release you know 100 a couple of hundred songs brand new songs on the platform.

So what I do actually have a link as well.

You'll get 10 percent off if you use the link you get 10 percent off.

Hundred thirty five dollars a year.

So I'll include that in the video series you can check it out.

Otherwise you can just use sound cloud for the time being.

But I'll show you quickly how sound Strype works.

This is what I.

This is exactly what I do when I get my music.

So I I always get a recently added because this is where all the new tracks go into.

And so for example all these tracks here like Caleb Etheridge is a great guy.

I have direct contact with this guy through Instagram.

And so if you ever get a chance to sound Strub Check out this guy his freakin amazing he protist is

a great great composer.

He puts together some beautiful music and I've used a lot of his tracks in my drone footage and.

And the music is high quality you can see the waveform as well be here so I know exactly where he's

going to climax the track the length of the track and even the mood that I'm trying to recreate.

And so usually like Caleb is a kind of guy that puts a lot of atmospheric a lot of ethereal a lot of

hopeful kind of tracks right.

And then all I do is I click on license and you can use you know you can use the same track in multiple

projects.

You just have to get a new license for every.

Every time you use the track and that's it it's pretty easy like it's nothing to it.

If I go back if I go back out I'll show you real quick and then I'll close off the video.

So it's all sort of my mood.

Got powerful phone doing a really strong like emotionally intense LOEG.

And I want music to support that that I go to powerful.

Right.

There are other Web sites like epidemic sound and I think a little something but I've never used atlast.

I have tried epidemics sound I have a quick L'Ouverture and I'm going to give you a list epidemic.

Did any sound come.

I think it is macho anyway so you can use epidemic sound.

I did try epidemic sound and I didn't like them so I just went back to just what happened was a voice

a sounds Strype but I was like really curious to know what epidemic sound was all about.

So I signed it like a free trial and I didn't like it.

So I just stay with sound stripe and I've been with sounds drop in you know ever since.

That's pretty much it.
