The Seijuu Universe now faces a crisis of destruction.

While the Queen who governs the universe continued to slumber,

the Spirit of the Sacrea, having failed to destroy mankind,

exploded.

The Spirit of the Sacrea's...

The ice--

melted?

Yes, it's you, isn't it?

You're...

The Queen of Seijuu's Aide, Rachel.

We finally meet, Legendary Etoile!

A New Mission

The Queen told me the Legendary Etoile will come to this universe.

I'm still a little not used to being called the "Legendary Etoile."

Then I'll call you "Ange"!

The palace staff and I have slept for about half a year, huh?

And we woke up today.

The Royal Research Institute immediately began repairs

and have analyzed the data.

Even while we were sleeping, the cameras recorded the inside of the palace.

So we woke up thanks to you, huh?

Let me say it again--

Thank you.

Not all of it was by my power.

The Queen's power was once completely in this palace.

The Queen and everyone from the Royal Research Institute

devoted their skills to develop the newly-born Seijuu Universe.

But her majesty, sustaining the universe all on her own,

became extremely exhausted and fell asleep.

So we also fell asleep as result.

When I first came to this palace, everything was covered in ice.

Then I borrowed power from Shinchou's queen and the Guardians

and brought Sacrea to this universe.

However, the Spirit of the Sacrea appeared!

It was manipulating Seijuu Universe's Sacrea.

So it retreated because of you, huh?

It's all thanks to the Queen's guidance.

I want to meet her right away and thank her!

I see...

The Legendary Etoile doesn't know.

Her Majesty is missing.

We're desperately searching for her in the Research Institute, but...

we can't find the Queen in the universe right now.

I'll try to return to the Shinchou Universe!

And I might figure something out!

Wait!

You can no longer go to the Shinchou Universe.

The Dimensional Corridor was destroyed.

Then, I...

Can't meet...

the Queen...

and the Guardians...

anymore!?

Have you found any clue to the whereabouts of Seijuu's Queen?

Unfortunately...

Here's our situation report.

Missy is still stranded in the Seijuu Universe alone

and we've received no contact from her.

Ernst reports to me--

that a means to repair the Dimensional Corridor

hasn't been found at this present stage.

Why!? Why can't it be repaired!?

The Dimensional Corridor is a passage to let you cross over dimensions and link one universe to another.

The power of both ruling queens is needed to link these passages.

In short, since the Queen of Seijuu's in an unknown location...

repairing the Dimensional Corridor is impossible.

Then Ange's...

What'll happen to Ange!?

Is there anything we can do at the moment!?

Damn it!

Let's make this your room for now.

A room in the palace will be convenient for you, right?

Thank you very much.

Now it's time for data analysis.

We need to find the Queen as soon as possible!

Um...!

What will happen if the Queen continues to remain missing...?

Most likely the Seijuu Universe will slowly waste away.

And perhaps be destroyed soon after.

No way...!

But you know, that'll never happen!

We'll surely find her majesty!

Is there anything I can do?

To be honest, we still don't know the powers of the Legendary Etoile.

But you were the person who let humanity be born in this universe!

We're expecting a lot from you!

Let's do our best to save the Seijuu Universe...

In order to save the queen!

I'll be going now.

I have to find a way... What should I do?

What can I do?

I've always been helped by the Guardians and the Queen...

That's why it's my turn to do something.

Even if I'm unable to return to the Shinchou Universe,

I have to open up my new path right now!

A galaxy delayed in restoration is...

The current data's not enough!

Is there any previous data?

Then try looking at the Reference Room 1.

Reference Room 1, right?

Ange-san's kept the same amount of data as us researchers in her mind for the past month.

The same amount?

Certainly not.

It's a limitless amount.

I see... to lead this galaxy to even more progress...

It's hopeless.

No matter how many times I come here, it's still the same...

Now's not the time to stand here.

It's been a month since then.

How are you doing, Ange?

Even though I'm unable to get news from you...

Even now, you're not alone!

Even if this is all I can do right now--

I'm still always...

Helping you, Ange.

Damn it! I'm sure you're smiling right now too!

You'll never lose heart even though you're all alone over there!

You know that, right?

News about the Seijuu Universe won't reach us even now.

But the Legendary Etoile went to the Seijuu Universe to fulfill her mission there.

Right now, all we can do is trust Ange.

Mel, when did you come to the Holy Land?

I felt I had to inform you right away...

I saw it!

Saw what?

The fate of the Legendary Etoile!

I've been praying and pondering on a lot of things every night for the past month.

About what I could do for the Queen...

Is there anything else I can do but wish for her safety?

Ange.

Ange!

Your Majesty?

The Spirit of the Sacrea!?

Your Majesty!

Ange.

I've been captured by the Spirit of the Sacrea.

The Spirit of the Sacrea, weakened by its fight with you,

transformed itself into a cage and imprisoned me.

No way!

I'll help you right now!

You can't do that.

What you are seeing right now is an image I've sent.

Right now, I'm in the Land of Shadows.

Land of Shadows?

What can I do...?

What can I do to save you?

Your Majesty!

You already know what to do.

Your Majesty!

Because the answer is in your heart.

In... my heart?

The thing that's always in my heart...

But don't forget-

Myself, Rosalia and the nine Guardians here are always with you...

in your heart.

That's right! I haven't forgotten it for a moment!

with you...

Zephel-sama?

I believe in you!

That you'll grab hold of something and rise up no matter how many times you fall.

Etoile, open those eyes of yours and look straight ahead.

What happened to the usual strong-headed you?

Oscar-sama?

We're with you!

That's right. You already have the answer.

Whenever they ask themselves something,

people always already have the answer in their hearts.

The answer is in me?

Do you remember, Ange?

What you came here for?

What I came here for?

Because of the Guardians, I was able to bring Sacrea here.

I was able to bring Sacrea that brings love and peace...

to the Seijuu Universe!

That's it!

That's right, I got it!

This is--!

I can see lights shining around Ange.

Nine dazzling lights...

Nine lights?

Those lights will shine on the Seijuu Universe in the near future.

And Ange is at the center of those lights.

That's it!

Guardians!

If there were Guardians in the Seijuu Universe like the Shinchou Universe...

I'm sure it will be filled to overflowing with beautiful Sacrea!

Rachel-sama! Look at that!

There's a rise in Sacrea!

Rachel-sama!

I'll look for Guardians for the Seijuu Universe.

Guardians to govern the nine Sacrea!

If we can gather nine Guardians,

Sacrea will begin to circulate and this universe will stabilize.

In short, that's what will happen, right?

Actually, they observed a rise in Sacrea in the Royal Research Institute earlier!

The first Guardian Candidate has appeared in the Seijuu Universe!

A person with the power to govern the Wind Sacrea appeared in Roienan Galaxy's Planet Jiire.

That bracelet's also reacting to the Guardian of the Wind!

We'll ask someone to pick him up right away.

We'll make preparations to summon the guardian.

Summon?

We must bring the guardian here no matter how much he resists.

He's an important person to us, after all.

Please wait!

Please let me go!

It's impossible!

It's impossible to bring back a guardian alone!

A lot of people will reject you.

We have to bring them here when they half-heartedly agree to it!

This universe was just born.

Because of that, I don't want to force anyone to come here!

I want the guardians to protect this universe from their hearts.

I want to fully explain it to them!

To combine our powers to protect this universe!

Please...

Please let me go!

I'll surely convince this Guardian!

I'm sure it's my new mission!

I see.

This is the strength of the Legendary Etoile, huh?

This is where you can teleport to the planets of this universe in an instant,

The Star Pathway.

It's set to go to Planet Jiire.

I'll surely come back here with the Guardian of the Wind!

I'm leaving it to you, Legendary Etoile!

Yes!

Planet Jiire...

The person who will be the Guardian of the Wind is here.

Holy Land? Guardian?

What're you talking about?

I'm not going anywhere.

'Cause I'm going to be a sailor.

And you'll become a legend.

The Boy of the Wind
