must be fulfilled by husband for wife.

If the husband did not fulfil, then she has the
right to ask for his marriage abolished.

Things like these are narrated by
Umar bin Khattab ra. & Saad bin Abi Waqqas,

Muawiyah & Amr bin Al-Aas.
