connection to the Kyle family.

He's an ex-DEA agent.

Convicted of stealing
drugs and cash

from one of the agency's
evidence lockers

back in 2014.

Paroled three weeks ago.

I'm guessing he
played Pipa all along,

suckered her into helping him
steal the building plans.

their ultimate target?

down on Claymore Street.

It was demolished 12 years ago.

over that same foundation?
