of closing out that case

was collaborating with our

recalled a few cold cases in Atlanta

that matched the profile
that they had established.

Now, given the similarities in the M.O.,

we felt certain that DNA on
file in our precinct would prove

that this was the work of one man,

DNA they were unable to obtain
from the New York crime scene.

He sits on the rape kits for six years,

we catch the guy,

and he takes the victory lap?
