Chapter Three

The Holy See and The C’estui Que Vie

The overruling international power

throughout most of this time

was the Roman Catholic Church.

But think of it more like the UN

than as a religious order.

The Roman Empire didn’t really go away

It simply changed its PR strategy

“Rome is your Friend!”

and became the Holy Roman Empire;

a powerful confederation

of disparate member states,

often in political conflict

but bound together, under God,

to the same Christian doctrine

of the Vatican and the Pope himself.

Then, in 1302, Pope Boniface the Eighth

issued the first ever “Trust Deed” in History;

a Papal Bull or Charter called Unam Sanctam:

“One Spiritual Authority”.

And with the words,

“We define that it is absolutely necessary for salvation

that every human creature

be subject to the Roman Pontiff.”

he declared himself to be “King of the World”

and not only claimed

the whole of the Earth for the Vatican,

but everything on it too.

[Nice man]

And over the following centuries

successive Popes

would declare themselves to be the de-facto owners

of all of the resources of the earth.

Sound Familiar?

They did this by means

of a series of what are called Testamentary Trusts;

which are essentially,

a last will and testament,

whereby the deceased has made provision

for the removal of his or her property

to pay for any outstanding debts

that might still be owed at the time of their passing.

In this case;

God had created the whole of the Earth

and granted dominion over everything on it to Man.

But Man, being a mere mortal,

was incapable of looking after it all by himself.

And so, the Eternal church was now stepping in

to take possession of it on his behalf.

They called these trusts “Crowns”

and each of them began with the same caveat;

“For a perpetual remembrance.”

In other words,

they were holding onto it all - Forever!

Or at least until God came back to reclaim it.

Firstly, in 1455, there was Romanus Pontifex;

Meaning the Roman Bridge

[to God I assume?]

Whereby Pope Nicholas the Fifth

claimed that all land was “crown land”.

Depriving us from birth

of all entitlement and any rights to it.

Secondly, In 1481, with Aeterni Regis; or the
“Eternal Crown” Pope Sixtus the Fourth claimed

all of the peoples, and their mortal bodies.

Depriving us ownership of our flesh and condemning us
to perpetual servitude as Roman “Persons” or slaves.

Then, in 1537 with a 3rd Crown called
“Convocation”, meaning - to bring it all together,

Pope Paul the Third claimed all of our souls.

Even nicer man!

This trust would be created when a child is baptized.

The parents would grant the title of
its soul to the church or Registrar.

And the Baptismal certificates representing
these souls would then be collected by

the Vatican and stored in its vaults

“For a perpetual remembrance.”

And it was using this charter,

along with their immense wealth and influence,

that the most powerful dynastic families of Venice,

having held the high Papal office
themselves from time to time,

and known collectively as “The Black Nobility”

due to their dark history of dastardly deeds,

assisted in the creation

of the first ever Cestui Que Vie Act;

A final trust for the reaping

of any “lost” or unbaptised souls of “those that live”:

“C’estui Que Vie”.

“Yes?

…Is it about the hedge?”

But then, only 3 years later, in 1540,

They secretly granted this Crown
to Henry the Eighth of England

to use as the basis for his claim to

the ecclesiastical authority;

that would allow him to split
from the Catholic Church in Rome.

And then in 1666,

with The Black Death ravaging all of Europe

and the Great Fire of London

destroying most of the east End of that City,

King Charles II’s Parliament used this act

to declare that all souls

were now to be presumed Dead or Lost…

beyond the Sea,

granting them a period of just seven years

to present themselves alive

if they wanted to reclaim their estates.

Otherwise, these too would be held

“for a perpetual remembrance”

by the authority of the Crown.

This Papal Convocation Crown was
eventually lost by England in 1816,

when she was deliberately made
bankrupt after the Napoleonic wars,

and was granted instead

to an Order established by the Pope;

the Temple Bar,

a Templar Church

in the City of London:

which, as might come as some surprise to you,

is completely separate from London,

the City in England in which it stands,

and is in fact

an Independent,

Self-governing,

Sovereign State

all of its own.

With its own own flag,

its own laws,

its own courts and customs

and even its own police force.

Just like Washington D.C.

and yes, you’ve guessed it,

Vatican City.

This then became known as the Crown Bar,

or quite simply… “The Crown” or REGIS;

a “Private Society”

which uses one of its core, Inner-Temple members,

the reigning British Monarch,

to serve as its figurehead.

And since then,

the various BAR

or “British-Accreditation-Registry” Associations

throughout the world

have been responsible

for administering the “reaping”

of all of the souls

of us, “the lost and damned”,

including the collection and REGIS-tration

of all Baptismal and Birth certificates

which represent those souls.

And so, having no legal title over our own
souls, we are denied any legal standing

and treated as mere ‘things’- Chattel;

property, wealth, goods, stock.

Cargo without souls

attached for life

to that “Berthing Certificate” of manifest

over which the BAR

can now legally enforce

Maritime law.
