All the characters, places, deaths and incidents, have nothing to do with reality.

Guards!

Two of you this way... that way. Okay.

Jang Beom Ho

Goo Yong Chan

Where were you guys?

I'm sorry.

You didn't see anyone come in?

No. We didn't see anyone.

Let's go.

Untouchable - 9 -

Changing the owner of this land means the owner of Bukcheon City is changing.

Goo Ja Gyung is my wife.

Whatever happens, she is a part of the Jang family.

We will be bound against our will, by the person who was brought here, against her will.

If we try to protect this land by force, the Jang family and the Goo family, we're all dead.

Do as you wish. The decision is ultimately up to you.

What would my father have done?

I'm not sure.

Why did you act so high and mighty when you were going to leave me a mess like this, father?

Joon Seo... There's a way of doing things in Bukcheon that you don't know about.

Team Leader Jang, there's been a change to this morning's hearing.

Former President Goo Yong Chan...

ordered you to carry out this murder, right?

Can you testify to that under oath in a court of law?

Former President Goo Yong Chan...

ordered me to find someone...

to kill An Jin Kyung.

If the Police Chief is a shrimp going up against a whale, what are we... plankton?

Please find the answers that Jung Hye wasn't able to find with all her strength.

Because it's you, you can find the answers and because it's you, you have to find the answers.

The one with the vivid blood of Jang family... It's not Gi Seo.

It's you, Joon Seo.

Don't you think it's unfair?

It's the daughter who sold her body, but the father is trying to take all the money.

When did I sell my body?

All I remember is being bitten by the dog who lives in this house.

In the end, in order to make your father president,...

you married a dog... wife of a jerk.

Congratulations, you are pregnant.

This child...

I don't want to have it.

Director, I understand you had trouble conceiving...

Call me as soon as you schedule the surgery.

Where were you guys?

I'm sorry.

Didn't you see anyone come in?

No, we didn't see anyone.

Let's give Gi Seo and Joon Seo a present.

A gift of the gods, from heaven.

Buddy, you're a boy, make a big noise Playing in the street, gonna be a big man someday

I, No Joo Wan, have arrived.

All of the trash in Bukcheon...

will be cleanly swept away!

Ready!... Action!

Stop right there!

Buddy, you're a young man, hard man Shouting in the street, gonna take on the world some day

We've arrived. You got blood on your face,

you big disgrace

Put them in separate cars. Okay. Waving your banner all over the place.

Hold on tight!

We will we will rock you!

sing it out

We will we will rock you.

Let's run! Buddy, you're an old man, poor man, pleading with your eyes

gonna make you some peace someday you got blood on your face

a big disgrace, somebody better put you back into your place

We will we will rock you

Chief Seo is doing well, right?

Yes, she's comfortable, so she says.

That's a relief. I was worried.

You're here to inspect the detention center, right?

Yes, and I also wanted to meet the new police chief.

-Where is he right now? -Aigoo

He's a little busy right now.

Aigoo, these thugs...

Ooh, very sharp.

You used to pass out nightclub leaflets when I used to be here. You must be making good money now.

It's fake.

There were some others that we caught with this guy, right?

Yes.

Now, now... who are the guys who were his underlings?

Raise your hands.

Raise them when I'm using words, you a**holes.

One, two, three...

Oh? Isn't this getting serious then?

At this rate, you can say it's pretty much an organized crime group.

No, we're not. In the same neighborhood, we just...

work out together. That's all.

Exercise?

If you beat me, you'll be someone who worke out hard.

If you lose to me, you'll be the guy who barely exercised because you were always using your knife.

Then, the punishment for forming an organized criminal group will be applied right away.

Understand? Okay.

Ready!

Action!

Did I not mention that I learned kickboxing?

What are you doing right now?

Come see me in my office tomorrow.

I will need a sufficient explanation about what just happened.

-I understand. -I'll see you tomorrow.

While I'm at it, I'll come in with a case.

It's related to your mother, ex-Chief Jung Yoon Mi.

The charges are abuse of power, abetting infringement of property rights...

involuntary manslaughter on the job, etc...

Of course, whether you prosecute her or not, it's up to you, Prosecutor.

You must be quite discontent with me because of Park Tae Jin's trial.

What's the reason you asked to see me so comfortably?

You said that many times.

That you wanted to drink soju with me comfortably.

Is that all?

Let's get more comfortable.

My movements in Bukcheon will become bigger.

I'll try my best not to get in your way,

but there may be some minor clashes.

Is this a warning?

You're not my fighting opponent.

Joon Seo, you're my brother.

If there's something you want, tell me.

I'll give you anything.

However, don't take it from me forcefully.

While I was living,

has there ever been a time when I tried to take something from you?

No.

Instead, the things you had were given to me.

Even the things I didn't want.

Then there must not be a lot of lingering attachment.

I don't have anything like that.

But... I've been hurt by

the things that you and father pushed to me.

Don't mess with those wounds. It hurts.

I got it.

I am Bukcheon Police Station's Chief of Police, Noh Ji Heon.

Loyalty!

Not long ago...

something strange happened to me.

It's something that only Jang Beom Ho can do.

But Jang Beom Ho is dead.

Gi Seo still doesn't have the guts to do that.

And the Joon Seo that I know

is not the type to do something like that.

Then who could it be?

Did you receive a threat?

Something like it.

There's only one person who can harm you, uncle.

Someone who's worked under you for a long time,

someone who knows best the meaning of that.

Yong Hak Soo?

I have no thoughts of serving anyone other than Mayor Jang Beom Ho.

If you don't accept my demand, then you'll become my enemy.

I can't become your enemy.

I'll serve you.

You have to throw my father away.

Was my father the one who instructed you to kill Yoon Jung Hye?

I've decided. Get rid of Jung Hye.

It was an accident.

What's the reason that you purposely told me Jung Hye's true identity?

Using this, make Joon Seo come back to Bukcheon.

It was simply to help you recover from your wounds as quickly as possible.

What's the reason for making me into a murderer?

Turn Joon Seo into someone who will compromise with the world!

That's something that Commissioner Park Tae Jin came up with on his own.

What's the reason that father chose me?

The only person who can become me is Joon Seo.

Because you can become Jang Beom Ho.

How did he think about Gi Seo Hyung?

Gi Seo is there to fuel Joon Seo's growth.

He didn't talk about that.

I'll ask you one final question.

What in the world did father want from me?

Make him grab a hold of Goo Yong Chan.

I've already communicated his wishes to you.

Are you talking about the money that you gave me?

There's more than just money there.

I'm glad you came, Director Ahn.

I feel so much better these days, thanks to you, Director Ahn.

Thank you.

This is more expensive than eating out.

What are you looking at?

Do I look like a joke to you?

Why are you looking at me like that?

Call the police. Hurry!

Police!

The police car is here. The police car.

Here, here!

Police!

You're here. You haven't eaten dinner yet right?

Mom.

Do you know someone named Noh Ji Heon?

He used to work as an intelligence officer under me. What about him?

He came to Bukcheon Police Station as your successor.

Really?

He said something about you.

Did you send Jung Hye unnie's father and the other detectives onto the boat?

With your order?

Tell me! If that's true, you're guilty of abusing your power for utilizing the police force for your personal use.

On top of that, you can be charged for involuntary manslaughter on the job if they force the charges on you somehow since they died.

It's true.

Why?

My reasons are justified.

Then why did you hide it? Were you scared of being punished?

To find the criminal.

If it wasn't me, there would be no one else to do it.

Didn't you think of the victim's family?

Because it was determined as accidental death, they couldn't receive any type of compensation from the government. And Jung Hye Unnie... as for Unnie...

There was no other way but to hide it. I didn't do it because I wanted to.

I went to the National Police Agency and Supreme Prosecutors' Office pleaded with them. I even revealed to the press.

Do you know what I heard whenever I did that?

Tampering the evidence, spreading of lies!

It was a wall that I couldn't get over or get through.

If I can break that wall even now, I can be handcuffed with a smile on my face anytime!

You think you were right this time, too, right?

No matter who gets hurt in the process.

I Ra...

That person said he's going to report you.

At that time, I will ignore my conscience as a prosecutor and write a nonindictment,

because the person being reported... is my mom.

I think it'll be difficult for me to do the surgery that day.

Let me check my schedule and call you back if I'm free that day.

Yes.

Are you hurt somewhere?

What do you mean surgery?

It's nothing. Don't worry.

If you're sick somewhere, don't hide it and tell me.

Is something wrong with your body?

No.

By chance, are you sick...

Is that why you're not getting pregnant because you're sick?

It's not that, mother.

You two sleep separately these days right?

The reason why I didn't say anything to you until now, was because I thought

that you knew the reason why you came here.

What's the resaon why I came here, mother?

Are you asking because you don't know?

You have to have a child with Gi Seo.

I'm sorry.

I just found out the reason why I came into this household.

I'm glad you came, Director Ahn.

I feel so much better these days, thanks to you, Director Ahn.

Tell you father to turn himself in.

As all his crimes are revealed one by one,

I won't reveal this to the public.

This is my final consideration towards the person who took care of me

for three years during high school.

The person who actually said to kill Ahn Jin Gyeong,

was your father. Will you be alright?

They'll be accomplices then.

I'm too bothered to tell my father.

You go ahead and reveal it.

What?

The two most annoying men of my life

will be disappearing from my life at the same time.

Two men?

My dad...

and your brother.

Gi Seo hyung has nothing to do with Ahn Jin Gyeong's case.

Father is not the type of person who'd fall off the cliff by himself.

Instead of deceased Father-in-law...

He'll embrace your brother and fall together.

On your brother's ankle... Father...

put on something very heavy before he passed on.

Then... the Jang family that was built in the past 100 years...

will fall apart in one shot.

I'll regain freedom...

On your brother's ankle... Father...

put on something very heavy before he passed on.

Doctor, I'm Goo Ja Gyeong.

I changed my mind.

After thinking about it, this case is so complicated.

All the people involved are people with a lot of power.

If I touch them hastily, I'd be out very quickly.

But what am I doing? Why am I holding onto this?

Do what you want. I didn't force you to do it.

What? You didn't force me to?

You forced details of Jung Hye incident into my head which I wasn't even interested in.

Now you're telling me to do whatever I want?

Wow, you're laughing because I pushed you into the muddy water but fell in myself.

Then stay in the muddy water with me.

Why would I?

Then do whatever you want.

My words don't get to you.

Don't keep going back and forth about this. Tell me exactly what's going on.

Exactly what happened before you came here.

My mom...

sent the deceased Yoon Dong Pil and detectives

on an illegal investigation.

If we were to reveal the reason for their unfair death, we have to reveal my mom's crime first.

Do you get it now? What my concern is?

I got it. I'll deal with it, so you get out of it.

What do you want me to do?

You want me to remove myself from this situation for you to arrest my mom?

No, that's not it.

No, you know that your brother and father are at the end of this case.

You're solving this case despite knowing that.

Will someone with no tears and blood care about someone like my mom?

I'm the crazy one.

I should have just drank by myself, talked to myself and figured it out by myself.

I'm feeling even more stressed now.

Where are you going?

I'm going onto a second stop and will explode all by myself like crazy.

Don't follow me.

Excuse me, customer... the bill.

How much is it?

It doesn't work, it doesn't work!

Isn't this machine broken?

You have to get the right position when you drop it.

This is so frustrating. It's not coming up because you're trying to grab it's body.

You have to get it from it's neck.

You have to drop it on it's neck.

Why are you like this?

-That's it. Drop it. -Drop it?

What are you doing? Hurry and drop it.

That's right. Look, it go it.

What's done?

Why are you like this? I came here to relieve my stress.

Finished!

Yes!

What are you doing?

You can't even catch a doll, how can you catch criminals?

It's almost done.

That doll isn't even that pretty.

Why do you keep aiming for something that you can't get.

The other ones are prettier. You're like a fool.

Let's see who wins...

Ah, your personality is really weird. Move I'll get it for you.

It has potential. It'll work if I try a little longer.

No, I'm telling you to change your target.

That doll is telling you to grab it.

If you aim for it, it'll get caught right away.

-Why is it like this? -Pick that one. That one.

-That one. -Stop it. I'm trying to pick one myself.

I'll get it for you.

What did you gain from

staying by Jang Beom Ho's side for his life?

I didn't get anything.

Without any compensation...

You were loyal to him blindly?

Yes.

Okay. It did seem that way.

But... Jang Beom Ho is dead.

Why are you still the same as you were when Jang Beom Ho was alive?

In my eyes, you...

seem to be living as if Jang Beom Ho is alive beside you.

Why would that be?

Then I'll be going off.

Okay.

Yes. No.

I'll go to you.

I'll see you at home.

[Viki Ver] jTBC E09 Untouchable -= Ruo Xi =-

Joo Tae Seob?

Have you eaten?

Yes, and you?

I don't really have an appetite.

That can't be. You have a big thing coming up.

I'll talk to my herbal doctor and tell him to send you some herbal medicine.

Alright. Please send them.

Have you decided?

Yes.

I decided to think in the direction that benefits both of us.

Ja Gyeong is a member of Jang family.

I'm saying that land will never leave the Jang family.

That's true.

But you and I both, we should forget about the bad memories of the past...

How about we live in peace?

Don't bother Prosecutor General for no reason. Since we're both Bukcheon natives...

I think we can take care of it in Bukcheon.

What?

Yes, Prosecutor General. Did you see the video clip I sent you?

I've checked, and it's just an audio file.

Ah, is that so? Hold on.

Ah, the original file wasn't damaged fortunately.

Check it, and I'll send it to you again.

I understand, but who's the owner of the voice in the file?

Check later, and you'll know who it is once you see the video.

I'm hanging up.

I'm busy these days.

I think it'll take 2-3 days for me to check the file.

Please contact me before then.

Who... left that for you?

If you feel uneasy about telling me, you don't have to.

In any case, you gave me a great weapon.

I'll call you later.

Where did you get this from?

It's my job. To find things like this.

As a detective?

Then what's the reason for you to give this to me?

Just think of it as a younger brother helping out his older brother.

I can use this for personal use without revealing this to the public.

Then, my father-in-law's crime will be hidden forever.

For our rigid Team Leader Jang Joon Seo, it's not acceptable, isn't it?

Hyung. I'm not that naive.

That's what I mean. What is the reason why you're not naive?

There'll be a chance for you to help me.

It'll be hard to erase it with a few surgeries.

There's a way to erase it surgically.

Even so, we can't erase all traces of it.

Patient! Patient! You left behind your fetal ultrasound picture.

Stop there.

Don't say anything to anyone.

I'll kill you.

Don't say anything to anyone.

I'll kill you.

I have something to say.

What do you want to say?

I guess father-in-law told you already.

What can I do? I need to keep that land for myself.

You may have settled the matter with Dad, but not me.

Are you saying that you still have lingering attachment?

If I give up my father, you'll fall apart too.

I want you to know that I can destroy you whenever I want.

So? What is it that you want?

What do I have to do for you?

I have no thoughts of taking things away from you.

So don't ever think of taking my things.

Your things? What is yours?

It's something that has nothing to do with you.

You just have to acknowledge that you belong to me.

I don't hope for anything else.

Please.

When we were young,

I was proud of father,

whom all the citizens of Bukcheon followed and looked up to.

Now, I'm questioning it.

Why didn't people of Bukcheon see the ugly side of my father?

You father had a warm and generous countenance.

That was his power.

Make you a managing director at Bukcheon Maritime Corporation? How about being a detective?

I turned in my resignation today.

Really?

All right. Take your time learning the work.

Thank you, hyung.

Was that the only thing you wanted me to do for you?

That's not it. I want to join the Bukcheon Committee.

I don't know... That's a bit...

If you're the President of Bukcheon Marine, don't you have the right to let me in?

I can put you as the managing director of the company as I please, but...

to join the Bukcheon Committee, you need more than half of approval votes.

It's not a place where I can do whatever I want.

But you can recommend me.

Okay. I'll recommend you.

But I can't guarantee whether you get in or not.

That's fine.

I want to target their wounds. Where should I begin?

Do you want to know the corruption by these people?

If I set out to look for it, I can fill up 100 pages of A4 size sheets per person.

But the moment I find out all that, these people will unite as one.

It comes out on children's animation quite a bit.

One person can't stand on his own, but when crisis arises...

they say "Unity Cross!" and they become an amazing unit.

That enormous villainous robot unit will stomp on me. Bam!

So, that they can't become one... One... dig into just one person.

In our next Bukcheon Committee meeting, I'm thinking of recommending my younger brother Joon Seo as a new member.

He wants it so bad, so I'm recommending it.

But I'm worried that the Bukcheon Committee might seem like my personal gathering to him.

I did place him as a managing director of Bukcheon Maritime Corporation. But he's a newbie no matter who looks at him.

Before then, he's been working as a cop.

He knows nothing about Bukcheon.

Because it was my younger brother's request, I couldn't turn him down.

But wouldn't it be better to sacrifice a small thing for the greater good, wouldn't it?

For those of you who agree to the admission of a new member, please raise your hand.

All right then...

I declare that admission of Bukcheon Police Chief No Ji Hwan has been approved with more than 50% vote.

Congratulations. Please have a seat.

Loyalty!

Now, next is Jang Joon Seo who was installed as a new managing director of Bukcheon Maritime Corporation.

Those of you who approve the admission of candidate Jang Joon Seo... Please raise your hand.

All right then... for the admission of Managing Director Jang Joon Seo of Bukcheon Maritime Corporation...

Please take good care of me, everyone.

Thank you, Chairman.

Are you playing with me right now?

I'm sorry.

Are you trying to get everyone together and kick me out this time around?

No, that's not it at all.

Then, what is the reason?

Why did everyone become a unit and stab me in the back?

That's... While you weren't home...

Managing Director Jang Joon Seo gathered my men to the conference room.

Nice to meet you. I'm the second son of Jang family, Jang Joon Seo.

I think all of you are my Bukcheon hoobaes, so I'll speak comfortably.

My father, former mayor Jang Beom Ho, left me something very precious.

There was one thing I was very curious about my father.

Why... are Bukcheon Committee members so intimidated by my father?

But... after seeing this, I can now understand the reason.

Who's Choi Jeong Hoon?

Yes, it's me.

You're the eldest son of Prosecutor General Choi Myeong Joon.

You graduated from Bukcheon High, right?

Yes.

It's a great school. Bukcheon High School. It's not easy to get in there. But...

It says you changed your grade when you entered Bukcheon High School.

You all are graduates from Bukcheon High, right?

But after reviewing these... Disguised transfer, manipulation of grades... Almost none of you entered the school with your own ability.

Right?

You just passed the Administrative Exam and are awaiting placement announcement, right?

Yes.

Looks like you got yourself in trouble in Seoul while in college.

Prosecutor Oh Byeong Seok of Seobu Prosecutors' Office was in charge of the case. Also a graduate of Bukcheon High.

If all this was revealed, I think it would be difficult for you to get a good position. It would be hard for your future promotion, too.

Everyone, I'm sure all of you are in the most successful positions in your own field of work.

My father was a perfectionist.

In case there's a traitor who forgets the graces that were given to him...

He recorded everything in detail right here.

Including the names and titles of those people who put you all in your positions.

Go and tell your fathers.

That I, Jang Joon Seo, will be responsible for your future.

We had no choice but to believe him. We were told Mayor Jang Beom Ho had given it to him.

When you entered college, Father was going to gift you with this.

[ Jang Seong Joo Jang Beom Ho ]

What exactly did Father give so much to Joon Seo?

My movements in Bukcheon will become bigger.

I'll try my best not to get in your way.

But there may be some minor clashes.

Isn't that her over there?

- Oh, she's here! - She's here.

What are you doing?

- You're Prosecutor Seo I Ra, daughter of former chief of police Jung Yoon Mi, right? - Yes.

Are you aware of what happened to your mother?

What?

Haven't you read the article yet?

How do you feel?

- Mom! - Huh?

Who are all those reporters, Mom?

What do they mean, "Bukcheon Ahjumma Hero?"

I shouldn't have done that, I guess.

"Bukcheon's street fighter ahjumma is the best!"

"As expected, Korean ahjummas are the strongest in the world!"

"Oh, I think she's Bukcheon police chief ahjumma."

It sure is my mom.

Hello?

Yes, I saw the video clip.

Excuse me? What do you mean what do I think?

What kind of unexpected things are you thinking of?

Yong Hak Soo came to see me. But he brought Joo Tae Seop with him.

Joo Tae Seop? Why is that headached of a guy keep appearing?

Hurry up and take care of him, man.

He's not easy.

I understand he's trying to send me a warning without words.

I wonder who's behind that Yong Hak Soo.

Did you look into Yong Hak Soo?

Yes, I told someone to look into him.

Is there something?

Yong Hak Soo has never left Uncle's side.

But once... he's been to Japan alone.

Right before Uncle passed away.

A few days before the eldest son of Machimoto, Ito died.

Really?

What? That means Beom Ho hyung ordered Yong Hak Soo to kill Ito. Wow...

As expected, Beom Ho hyung is amazing.

Digging into Jang Beom Ho now has no meaning.

Joon Seo, I know it, too. It's crime that Father committed.

But Father's punishment should be rightfully paid by me.

Also, the grace that Father gave out should be repaid to me.

Why? Because I'm Jang Beom Ho's son.

Do you remember what Gi Seo said at the funeral?

"Father's punishment should be rightfully paid by me."

Joon Seo.

- When are you going to start going into the office? - Tomorrow.

I thought you said you're going to take a few days off.

Since I'm going to work anyway, I should work hard.

Okay. Do a good job, so that you don't shame Father nor me.

Don't worry. I'll do a good job.

- She's coming out! - She's out!

She's outside!

You're the one in the video clip, right?

Yes.

You're the most popular person on the Internet right now. How do you feel about that?

How do you feel about the interest?

Move! Move out of the way!

Move! Move! Just a moment please!

What's going on?

What the heck?

I'm Inspector Kim Yeong Seok of Bukcheon Prosecutors' Office. You're under arrest for abuse of power.

What, what?

You can remain silent and get obtain a lawyer.

You have the right not to make any disadvantageous testimony against yourself in the courtroom. Let's go.

Please explain!

The Prosecutors' Office?

Please say something!

I feel relieved. But doing this won't dismantle the wall that they've built.

I'm not saying you should destroy the wall. Just make a small hole in the wall.

There's a huge wave behind you, Chief.

This is what you call "Watering it down."

The person in the popular video clip has been revealed to be the Former Police Chief of Bukcheon who recently stepped down.

The voices of people who approve and encourage her are being spread around nationwide like an ocean wave.

But the main person, Former Police Chief Jung Yoon Mi...

has been arrested suddenly by the Prosecutors' Office this afternoon.

All the attention of the press is focused on the reason for her arrest.

What is the reason the Prosecutors' Office arrested you?

It's because of the crime I committed while I was the Chief of Police.

What is that?

Three years ago, there was an incident where four detectives died.

Due to my direct order, they were on a boat without a warrant and ended up dying in an accident.

I abused my power and should take legal responsibility for their death.

By chance, did you step down from the Chief of Police position because of that incident?

That incident was manipulated.

The responsible party behind the manipulation is Bukcheon Maritime Corporation and Former Mayor Jang Beom Ho who owns the Heugryeongdo.

By chance, did you step down from the Chief of Police position because of that incident?

That incident was manipulated.

The responsible party behind the manipulation is Bukcheon Maritime Corporation and Former Mayor Jang Beom Ho who owns the Heugryeongdo.

And the one who fired me is the power of Bukcheon Maritime Corporation which rules Bukcheon.

According to the law, my mom is unquestionably guilty. You know that, right?

Don't worry. The law isn't fair.

Did you go to the hospital?

Yeah.

Can they remove the tattoo?

You did enough for me by providing me all this. Don't come by anymore.

I can come here as a customer.

You have a family and wife.

We did things that are easily misunderstood by other people.

They can't erase it. They can't erase the tattoo and I can't erase the pain you caused me as well.

And from you...

The noodles were good.

Yeah.

What?

Order the entire employees of Bukcheon Maritime Corporation.

Tell them to keep their mouths shut about this incident.

He's coming out! They're out!

Here, here!

Go to the front!

Please explain!

Why are you bowing?

He's bowing!

What's going on?
