Here is a quick and very helpful technique for stopping a bloody nose.

If blood is coming out of the right nostril, raise the left hand up higher than your head

and hold it there.

If blood is coming out of the left nostril, raise the right hand higher than your head.

If blood is coming out of both nostrils, raise both hands higher than your head.

Hold your hand or hands up until the breathing stops.

Usually this will happen in a minute or so, often in a matter of seconds.

And here is why this works.

The energy channel leading to the head is so narrow, energy can become stuck there.

By raising a hand or hands above the head, you are creating a downward flow of energy,

or pressure that pushes the energy back down out of the head, bringing balance.

When the energy in the head becomes balanced, the nose bleed stops.

A cautionary note.

This technique usually works very quickly.

However, if bleeding continues, you should contact your doctor right away.
