There still seems to be

some element of confusion

or worry out there

regarding our use

of certain specific language and terminology

on the Common Law Court website

and other communications.

And so, for the purposes of clarification,

let us make this abundantly clear.

We are living men and women.

And we have already confirmed our lawful standing

as living men and women

by submitting our Declaration of Birth

with the Common Law Court.

We have also obtained ownership

of our fictitious names or legal names

through the Common Law Court.

This has also been established

in a court of record and as a fact in law,

during a criminal case in Paisley Sheriff Court

on the 28th February 2019.

Please note this well.

No living men or women

who have confirmed their standing

under the jurisdiction of the Common Law Court

will be subjected to statutory control,

until such time that the state can confirm

that they have established a superior claim

to that of the Common Law Court.

The use of Common Law Court identification

confirms that we are living men and women

who stand solely under the authority and jurisdiction

of the Common Law Court.
