Hello again my friend, this is Chun Yilin.

Now we are going to practice the small universe meditation for the next 30 minutes.

You can do this meditation by standing, sitting or lying down.

Make yourself as comfortable as possible while trying to keep your spine as straight as you can without straining.

Put a smile on your face. A simple smile will start sending healing messages through your body immediately.

Gently place your tongue against the roof of your mouth.

Your tongue is the switch connecting your two main energy channels.

Take three slow gentle deep breaths and allow your body to relax completely.

As you are breathing, say in your mind the password.

I am in the universe. The universe is in my body.

The universe and I combine together.

As you say the password, feel yourself connected to the infinite source,

to the limitless and conditional love of the universe.

Now focus your mind in your lower dantian, which is in behind your navel.

When you hear the sound, begin breathing in slowly, gently and deeply.

And visualize my energy, the universal energy of unconditional love and healing,

flowing into your body through every part of your body and gathering in your lower dantian.

When the sound stops, begin exhaling and use your mind to push the energy down to the next energy point, the bladder.

And as you exhale, visualize any pain or sickness, stress or worries you may have are changing into smoke

and shooting out of your body to the ends of the universe.

When you hear more, you inhale again, visualizing more perfect powerful healing energy,

flowing into this energy point and radiating brightly.

When the sound stops, begin exhaling and use your mind to push the energy down to the next energy point.

Do this continuously throughout this meditation.
