=Marry Me, My Queen=

=Episode 1=

Before this man is disposed of,

Jun'an City would never be in peace.

(Li Yinzhi, General of Jun'an City)

(Jun'an City)

Look.

It's the realm where I reign!

(Gu Qingzi, Queen of Jun'an City)

Your Majesty, in your reign over the past three years,

Jun'an City has been prospering

and flourishing.

(In the past three years,)

(I've finally balanced the forces)

(of the Prime Minister and the Grand Mentor.)

(After Li Yinzhi returns,)

(disturbances will arise again.)

(The spy has emerged.)

General Li Yinzhi is coming back.

You have to be fully prepared.

Your Majesty...

How dare you steal the City Defense Map!

(The Map is gone.)

(Does he have a partner?)

(You won't get away.)

Gentleman, you look quite elegant.

You would bring luck to your wife.

If you're available,

how about you spend the rest of your life with me?

Don't be in my way. Get out.

How fierce!

Right up my alley.

Take him away!

Go away!

Your... Your Majesty?

Oh, no!

The Queen has come. Run!

The... The Queen is here.

Throw him into the carriage.

Get in there. Don't move.

There you are, Your Majesty.

Your Majesty, are you all right?

Ridiculous!

He snatched the man, Your Majesty.

How daring!

Are you all right, Your Majesty?

Yes.

(Who could be so bold?)

General, here's the suspect.

General Li Yinzhi,

that's all you are.

Even if I perish, I won't tell you

where the City Defense Map is!

Take him away and kill him.

- Aye. - Aye.

General Xiang,

tell our agents

to investigate everyone he contacted today.

Aye.

(Why was Gu Qingzi)

(also following up on the Map?)

(Can she be precautious?)

(Queen's Palace)

Your Majesty, you mean that man is...

But isn't he returning with his army?

Why did he sneak back first?

And he was in black with a mask.

He must be up to something.

General's Seal?

(Li Yinzhi returned ahead of his army)

(and snatched the spy from me.)

(He obviously wants to rebel.)

Go.

Write a proclamation that Li Yinzhi wants to murder me.

The harsher the words, the better.

It's wise of you, Your Majesty.

Come on.

Your Majesty.

Your Majesty, have a grape.

Go away.

Your Majesty...

Come on.

Li Yinzhi is coming into town,

but you're still partying here!

Get out, all of you!

There you are, Uncle Yuanting.

Li Yinzhi has garrisoned the border for three years

and has 150,000 soldiers.

Now, he's encamped outside the city with 30,000 horsemen.

Do you have any countermeasures?

Feiran.

Your Majesty.

Uncle Yuanting, look.

Someone shot this proclamation

(Proclamation) into my bedroom.

Does Li Yinzhi really want to force you to abdicate?

Check the General's Seal.

Very true.

He dares to do anything.

Uncle Yuanting, I wasn't the only one

who cornered Li Yinzhi.

Now, he's back with his army.

Uncle Yuanting, you have to help me.

Under such circumstances,

we have to take violent actions.

Violent actions?

(So, you want to dispose of Li Yinzhi)

(through the hands of me.)

(You want my throne)

(and also want to make use of me.)

(You wish!)

Oh, I get it.

I...

See you, Uncle Yuanting.

Your Majesty,

you forced His Highness.

What if he goes over to Li Yinzhi?

Gu Yuanting wants my throne,

not Li Yinzhi's position as the founding general.

Clever, Your Majesty.

They'll lead the van and we'll take advantage.

Go.

Aye.

(Want my throne?)

(Let me see what you can do.)

Your Majesty, what's Li Yinzhi's story?

Three years ago, my father passed away.

The Army of Huayang City invaded us.

Incited by Uncle Yuanting, I made Li Yinzhi

fight the enemy with dare-to-die corps.

In that case,

he didn't ask for anything personally

but only made a request.

What request?

He said

when he returned in triumph,

he would tell me to my face.

In the past three years,

I've been thinking about it

but still fail to figure out

what request he would actually make.

It must be extravagant.

I wonder if Gu Yuanting has killed him.

Anyway,

Grand Mentor Qi also wants to kill him.

Though Li Yinzhi is a hero in battle,

these two crafty men

might not even give him a proper burial.

(Li Yinzhi?)

(He isn't dead?)

(Is he here to kill me?)

Be careful, Your Majesty.

Why aren't you dead?

I mean...

What took you so long?

I miss you so much.

Do you miss me

or do you expect me to die?

Hardly had I come into town when I was assassinated.

Who could be that daring?

This is

the dagger I got from the assassin.

He confessed

that someone sent him.

I think

in your hands,

the dagger may be better used.

I don't think so.

Fine, I'll keep it, then.

I shall give you something in return.

What do you want?

I want you to fulfill your promise.

Kill me?

I want to be your husband, the King.

What?

Please make an announcement.

Tomorrow, I'll have the coronation.

Your Majesty, will you really marry him?

He's forcing me to fall out.

He wants the throne.

There's an ancestral rule

that when the Queen of Jun'an City dies,

her spouse could succeed to the throne.

So, after the coronation,

I would die.

Don't worry, Your Majesty.

I've been using poisons since little.

If you want,

I'll make Li Yinzhi fail his plan.

No.

I will make him

dead...

Dead set on being my husband.
