[Episode 56]

[Previously]

...it can allow the yuan energy congealed by the Water Curtain of Tianhua

to open up a path breaking through the enemy.

Or else,

when the Yi-Demon's Black Air attack us, all our hard work will be in vain.

...join together in an alliance to exterminate the Yuan Gate.

Duel with the Yi-Demons, with Yuan Gate until death!

Do it! Kill me!

When that time comes, no matter what,

let's meet in the afterlife.

Huanhuan...goodbye.

Silly.

You must return safely.

Too bad...

I can't wait for you anymore.

Lin Dong,

this time, it's really goodbye.

Could it be that once the illusion disappears,

she will completely forget about me?

She won't be able to.

Huanhuan...

Not so fast.

Don't forget me that fast.

♫ An enigma. ♫

This sky...is it going to rain soon?

What rain? What's falling is alcohol!

Why are you drinking wine? We're here to guard the Sky Cave.

This is exactly to wake me up so I can guard the Sky Cave,

hence, I am drinking a little.

What's going on? Is the sky falling?

It's the Sky Cave.

Respectfully welcoming Yi-Demon Emperor!

You finally broke through the seal and has come out!

Now, I'm willing to see you and trust you.

Can you still go back to before?

The buddy of a hero is also a hero!

High mountains and long rivers, the future days are long.

Let us be buddies forever!

Lin Dong, the time that I let Yi-Demon Emperor out is the time that I kill it.

I will prove to you that I'm the one who is right.

Respectfully welcoming Your Highness Yi-Demon Emperor.

The yuan energies...there are those from ordinary people, from monsters,

and those from the Ninth Heaven Taiqing Palace.

Who are you?

All the guards of Flame City,

the past Talisman Envoy Ling Susu,

and those Sky Marten Tribe members outside,

are all in here.

I, Fifth Yi-Demon Prince, greets Yi-Demon Emperor.

Measly human, you think just because you have a fallen spirit, you are already a Yi-Demon Prince?

The fallen spirit of Yi-Demon Prince has already merged with mine.

There is no more difference. There is only Fifth Yi-Demon Prince.

For this, Sky Prince and I are the same.

Since that is the case, why did you not fight for Yi-Demon Emperor?

I fear that you are harboring evil intentions.

Once one's hands have been soaked with blood, you can never go back anymore.

Sky Prince should understand this principle more than me.

The determination and purpose of Sky Prince

in releasing Yi-Demon Emperor, I also have heard of it.

I really am very impressed.

It's fine if humans want to loyally submit to me.

But do you know the true meaning of the loyal submission of a Yi-Demon Prince?

Of course.

Do you know that the loyal service that I want is like that of Sixth Yi-Demon Prince?

Inside me, I have gathered enough energy!

Today, I'm offering them all to you!

See that?

Since you two want to become a Yi-Demon Prince,

you then have to be prepared to fully offer yourself to me.

- I surely will do my best to be loyal. - I'm willing to offer my body to Your Highness Yi-Demon Emperor.

You have always been right.

Brother Lang, what my brother means is that you are the hero that saved everyone.

You are the pride of our Lin Clan.

I should have listened and followed your words from the start.

Of course!

Where is this? Could this be a a test set up by Yi-Demon Emperor?

The Fetal Plane can create a new plane.

If I'm able to obtain this magical item,

won't the whole world listen to my command?

You indeed still have humaneness in you.

Use actions to show your loyalty.

Look for an appropriate place where I can open the Fetal Plane.

Your Highness Yi-Demon Emperor, you just got out of your seal and need to recuperate.

Fifth Yi-Demon Prince has been managing Flame City for many years.

I think it is a suitable place.

If Your Highness Yi-Demon Emperor does not mind it, please proceed to Flame City with me.

I have been locked up in here for a long time. Just seeing it is annoying me.

Help me completely destroy it.

City Leader, you once were very close with Lin Dong.

Even if you have provided yuan energy to Yi-Demon Emperor,

it is still hard to be sure about your motive.

Now is your best chance to prove your loyalty.

Where are you going?

I am going to organize funerals for my tribes people.

Xiao Yan and Qingtan are still there. Can you stop?

Sorry. We came late.

It is me who was useless!

I did not guard my tribes people and the seal well!

I allowed Yi-Demon Emperor to escape.

It was my fault.

The transport enchantment had a malfunction,

hence, we came later than we thought.

That's why...

That enchantment was arranged by Qing Zhi?

Yes.

Bad news!

Bad news!

There's news from Flame City that their City Leader is bringing Yi-Demon Emperor into the city!

What?

Father.

I fear that the City Leader of Flame City isn't like before anymore.

Father.

You said that I should trust you.

Tell me, these people were not killed by you.

The men of Sky Marten Tribe were also not killed by you.

All the people here were killed by me.

And this one.

Your mother's.

A person who is associated with the fallen spirit would indeed become like Lin Langtian.

Now, you must pay for the lives of my tribes people!

You dare abandon everything just for Lin Langtian and Yi-Demon Emperor?!

Do you know how many blood of my tribes people are in his hands?!

It is an honor for your tribes people to offer themselves to Yi-Demon Emperor.

Elder, you promised me that after the incident in Thunder Clan Village,

you will not kill innocent people again.

What? Thunder Clan Village?

What is this about?

Didn't you tell me that the villagers of Thunder Clan Village

were killed by Fifth Yi-Demon Prince by disguising as you? Isn't it?

Tell me,

everything that you're doing now...

...is because of some predicament. Right?

I don't have any.

Once your hands get stained with blood, you can never clean it anymore.

Maybe, becoming a true Yi-Demon is easier than being half-dead.

Right?

Lin Dong, stop talking nonsense with him! Kill him!

Do it, Lin Dong!

- Kill him! - No!

I don't believe you.

Lin Dong! Lin Dong, kill him!

Lin Dong!

Sorry.

No matter what happens, I will take him away today!

What if I tell you that I'm going back with you?

Since you're all here,

then stay!

Yi-Demon Emperor needs a lot of yuan energy.

Quickly go!

Qing Zhu, remember this.

No matter what happens,

let us not disappoint each other's trust.

Fifth Yi-Demon Prince is indeed very loyal.

Fifth Yi-Demon Prince, just for personal ambition,

you actually hurt your own daughter.

I'm very impressed.

As a Yi-Demon Prince, I am to offer my body anytime to Yi-Demon Emperor.

Others then don't matter.

Okay.

Then, I'll go capture them and offer them to Your Highness.

Their yuan energy is still quite useful.

Wait.

What? Fifth Yi-Demon Prince still has something to say?

Of course.

How confident are you that you can capture them if you go after them now?

My personal opinion is Yi-Demon Emperor hasn't regained his vital energy yet.

Our duty should be to do our best in guarding him while he cultivates.

Neglecting the root to pursue the tip,

I fear that we might lose more than what we'll gain.

Once Yi-Demon Emperor truly regains his power, you think those people can still run?

You said it well!

Of course, that is not what I mean.

Your brother told you to watch me?

Being betrayed by the person you trusted the most,

but still hoping that it's not true.

You all won't be able to understand this kind of feeling.

this kind of feeling.

I understand.

Lin Langtian also used to be a person that I trust the most.

I also had repeatedly wished that everything was just a fluke.

But you still can't bear to hurt him.

I kept hoping that he'll turn back, but not anymore.

I'm waiting for a chance to completely sever our ties.

I can understand the entanglement in your heart.

But if you believe your father, then gamble one more time.

If he really disappoints you,

it's not too late to end it.

Your Highness Yi-Demon Emperor, this volcano is the source of energy of Flame City.

It is deep under the earth. Easy to defend and hard to attack.

Your Highness can be at ease in recuperating here.

How long do I need?

Your Highness has been sealed for too long. The repair of your fallen spirit can't be rushed.

Can't be rushed?

My body has been buried by Fu Zu for centuries.

It's about to turn into dirt.

Look for a body with very strong cultivation.

Let me exchange my body before cultivating.

That is plausible.

I have a suitable choice.

You're talking about...

It's exactly me.

A Nirvana Rank Cultivation plus the energy of 2 Yi-Demon Princes,

I think no one is more suitable than me.

It's rare that you can have such kind of awareness and loyalty.

Your Highness Yi-Demon Emperor, although the plan of Sky Yi-Demon Prince is thorough,

I still think that there is another more suitable choice if you want everything to go perfectly.

Your Highness surely know who I'm talking about.

That successor of Fu Zu?

Lin Dong is our greatest threat now.

Isn't that disregarding the safety of His Highness?

Lin Dong has the Devour Talisman and Ancestral Stone.

He's now in the Nirvana Rank Cultivation.

He is trained in the Great Wilderness Classics of Dao Sect.

He is even the youngest Guild President of Talisman Guild.

In terms of qualifications, I fear that he's way better than you by a lot.

Fu Zu previously sealed me.

Now, his body is going to become a puppet for my cultivation.

Interesting.

Your Highness, there are some words that I must say.

Not long ago, Fifth Yi-Demon Prince is still a Talisman Guru that's against us.

He and Lin Dong are not only from the same sect,

they have a close relationship.

I think we should be vigilant about it.

Sky Prince, you must be joking.

In the past, didn't you always claim that you will eliminate Yi-Demon Emperor and be a hero?

Just with those words, you think you can doubt my loyalty to His Highness?

Then I surrendering is just an act of adapting to the circumstances and trying to survive.

is just an act of adapting to the circumstances and trying to survive.

Why then must you suspect me?

A successor of Fu Zu that hasn't reached the Cosmic Rank still can be controlled by me.

Your Highness Yi-Demon Emperor, as long as we set up the trap well,

Lin Dong will surely fall into it.

Everything will then be under your control.

Go do it.

Sky Prince, do you still have any objections?

Your plan sounds well-thought of.

I'm looking forward to your success.

- How are you? Does it hurt? - Lie down.

The pain is no big deal.

What's important is the demonic air around the wound is hard to remove.

Demonic air?

Master Yan isn't an outsider. Why must we hide it from him?

That QIng Zhi almost destroyed your throat.

If you open your mouth again, you'll get attack by the Yi-Demon's energy and get hurt from it.

From now on, she can't sing anymore.

It's my fault. I wasn't able to stop it.

What's the use of saying those words?

I can take care of you forever.

Princess...what did she say?

Sister said that with you being this stupid, you won't be able to take care of her.

Don't even say things like defeating the Yi-Demon Emperor.

No...

No...

Sister said that if she can recover,

she wants to personally tell some words.

Kiss...

What kiss?

She said that there are some words that she wants to personally tell you.

Not to kiss you.

Okay.

How is Princess Royal?

Stupid Tiger is taking care of her. I'm unable to interfere.

It's all that traitor Qing Zhi's fault.

If not for him, ugly fox will not get hurt.

Of course, you also wouldn't have gotten hurt.

And you even wanted to help those father and daughter to reunite.

wanted to help those father and daughter to reunite.

If that person is a member of our Sky Marten Clan,

I would use our ancient punishment to deal with him.

Directly tie him up on a stick and then slowly cook him.

If one day, I betrayed everyone and defected to Yi-Demon Emperor,

will you tie me up on a stick and roast me?

I surely will not.

Although you are a bit reckless, and kept being lenient,

to say that you'll betray your brothers and join Yi-Demon Emperor,

I will never believe such a thing.

What if it happens?

Even if you really do so,

you surely have a reason for it.

It's really rare that you will trust me like that.

Elder Qing Zhi, I also believe that you did this

because you have your reason.

This is for the dead tribes people of the Sky Marten Tribe!

This is for the loyal guards of Flame City!

I know that I deserve those.

I have nothing to say, but I don't regret it.

Being a spy beside Yi-Demon Emperor,

anything can happen.

As forced by the circumstances, I have no choice but to do so!

By doing those, what's your difference with Lin Langtian?

You're right.

One day, once everything has passed,

I will accept the punishment I deserved.

But it's not now.

Now, I must finish what I should do.

Or else, they all will die in vain!

You also schemed on me, right?

Also, hurting Qingzhu was to use her to gain the trust of Yi-Demon Emperor, am I right?

I even included myself in this scheme.

Lin Dong,

I need you to help me.

Say it.

How can I help you?

Do you know what makes Yi-Demon Emperor very powerful?

The former Fu Zu told me that the Fetal Plane of Yi-Demon

can distort time and space and rebuild a new plane.

Why did Yi-Demon Emperor return? He wants to remodel the mortal world.

He wants to become the master of this plane.

If he succeeds, then all the people in the world now will die.

The new humans in this place will become Yi-Demon Emperor's slaves.

No wonder Fu Zu said

that by destroying the Fetal Plane,

we can completely destroy Yi-Demon Emperor.

Does Lin Langtian know about this?

Don't mention him to me.

I never trusted him.

This plan can only be fulfilled by us.

What plan?

The current body of Yi-Demon emperor has decomposed. His power has greatly diminished.

He wants to immediately find a body to cultivate and recuperate.

I already suggested to him to use your body.

When Yi-Demon is exchanging his body, he will be at his weakest moment.

If we join forces, we can take this opportunity to kill him.

Will Yi-Demon be tricked that easily?

Hence, I sent out news that Yi-Demon Emperor will be going out of the city tomorrow morning to cultivate.

This is to lure you to come.

Then, I must take this bait no matter what.

Right. This plan is very dangerous.

Once the two of us decide to implement it,

you must prepare yourself.

Prepare to sacrifice your life anytime.

It's as if I haven't went through life and death situations.

How confident are you that this plan will work?

Never thought that people of the Talisman Guild are all gamblers who likes to take risk.

I initially thought that the possibility of surviving is very grim.

Now that there is a 30% chance,

it's enough.

Elder,

I'm sure that the mother of Qingzhu is still alive.

Of course.

Thank you for trusting me.

Qingzhu firmly believes that you're innocent.

Isn't keeping this from her being too cruel?

The more Qingzhu hates me,

the more my act will be realistic.

Sky Prince,

what do you think of setting an ambush here to capture Lin Dong?

Fifth Yi-Demon Prince, you are familiar with Flame City.

Of course, you clearly know what to do more. I have no opinion.

Okay. I will take Yi-Demon Emperor there.

I still have to ask Sky Prince to stay and guard Flame City.

Ensure that nothing will go wrong.

Just do the arrangements.

This matter is difficult to fake. If there are any bit of suspicious points,

Yi-Demon Emperor will develop suspicions.

Lin Dong!

Your acting is so fake.

Will Yi-Demon Emperor believe it?!
