Grilled beef, and candied.

Beef's Vintage Select, excellent choice.

With zucchini and potatoes.

Lady of Christel, nice texture.

They hold well in boiling water.

You said that carrot?

Grate me.

It would be shredded.

Grate it.

Put it in the st-pierre.

Jacky will watch you work. Tomorrow, he will lead the service.

It must be said that Jacky ... Brian.

Brian's memory alive of French gastronomy.

- Why he put the glasses? - To not be recognized.

Why is it on TV, then?

He wants to be known ... incognito.

We cut the sweetbreads veal into pieces.

Meanwhile, me, Brian,

I peeled carrots.

Brian!

Why Brian? His first name American.

Chop the chives.

You want to chives?

You put the tarragon.

We are live.

Jacky likes to tease me.

Jacky not. Brian. I'm not kidding not with this recipe.

Goodbye, chives.

Consider ...

thyme.

No, not thyme. Do not touch your masterpiece.

They yell at it for real?

I no longer need you. I want to taste.

Chives or thyme better without. Shut up!

Ladies and gentlemen, good appetite. See you next week.

A note of tarragon would not hurt.

Shut up.

Do never again. I defend your recipe.

Hear, hear!

Alexander, magnificent!

You did an extraordinary number.

I reread your contract.

The bastard! How do I do?

Do not worry.

I forget that you made me start.

Thank you, Marco. You're a true friend.

Julien.

I present to you Julien. It was he who will take care of errands.

This is Marco.

Thibault, come see.

Add 2 cinnamon sticks and a lotus leaf.

We not change revenues.

It touches not the creations.

He gave me carte blanche.

I can not do that. It will be great.

- Put him. - The head will be furious.

- He will release. - It's a con.

Good idea. I put cinnamon.

His cell phone rings.

Hello?

I have 2 to 8 people. I think critics.

They eat not, they taste.

They ask for tips. They ordered the lamb.

So what?

Jacky, your second, he changed the recipe.

What?

You, you lose nothing by waiting.

They are there.

- Is everything okay? - Okay.

Is everything okay?

Mr. Lagarde, it is a wonder.

I had tasted before your lamb ...

And?

It's great to have added cinnamon.

Cinnamon?

I thought it would bring an interesting break.

One senses a different flavor.

An indefinable taste.

He will say no.

No, he will say no.

The lotus, right?

The lotus, bravo.

I like to contradict my tastes.

It's crazy.

Whatever people say on you in Paris.

"That it is standing still. Only a businessman. "

People are mean. You are on top.

On top!

Thank you.

Alexander ... Let ...

It is said that criticism of the Guide

come the day you leave your next card.

Let them 2 or 3 courses molecular cuisine.

With a little nitrogen. Transparency.

They swear by it.

Of molecular cuisine?

But no, not that.

between Alexander and Alexander!

Okay?

But I know how Alexander works.

Alexander, it's me.

I see no connection.

I am Alexander since its inception.

I prefer Alexander before the departure of Charlotte.

Charlotte?

My ex-wife? What is she doing there?

Since she's gone, sauces are stagnating.

Nobody dares to tell you,

but sauces make on-site.

Charlotte has nothing to do with my funds.

It's over. I'm tired.

Move!

What? You veer me?

Yes, the internship is completed.

Okay.

No problem.

Want an idea with the sweetbreads and the St-Jacques.

I know what would have been Alexander.

The creation here is me.

Goodbye, Mr. Lagarde.

- Rubbed, rubbed. - Yes, boss.

Mr. Bonnot?

Mr. Lagarde would have done anything with sweetbreads?

They have deglazed with elderberry vinegar.

Deglazed with vinegar.

He asks you to return.

It's not too early.

We will put the elderberry vinegar.

Why do you smile stupidly?

This is the 1st time I resumes after me fired.

You are idiots? How can I do to return?

I must remember,

I find an excuse.

Jacky is hot.

Two seconds.

His wife's cell phone rings.

My wife has the same ring.
