Breaking News.

For the first time ever in history,

living men and women will challenge the Government in their own court system

for crimes against the people.

A lawful notice requiring a hearing

has been served to the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom.

In summary,

they have been informed of the following;

We the People Will No Longer Tolerate Crimes Committed Against Us By The State

With reference to Our Declaration of the Common Law Court

from 3rd January 2019

We confirm that we stand together under our declaration,

and we hereby issue a lawful notice

requiring the United Kingdom Supreme Court

to issue a date for the People’s Challenge.

To clarify our positions;

We stand as living men and women

and we own the legal entities which the State have attached to us.

And although we can confirm that we are not bound by their legislation,

we require this hearing in order to obtain confirmation

of the crimes committed against us by the state.

We understand that within their system,

they are required to appoint an adjudicator to deal with our challenge

and to assist them in this process we will have no objection

to using their place of business and their selected adjudicators

provided that they are of sound mind and are mentally competent.

Although we are addressing various crimes

committed by the relevant government bodies against the people,

our Challenge consists of the same issues for all;

Authority, Jurisdiction and Slavery.

We the People wish to confirm

that as our challenge concerns issues of a life and death matter,

we will require an immediate date for our hearing.

The issues that we are raising, although not exhaustive,

are a sample of the crimes that have been committed against us.

And while it is not our intention to overwhelm their court with cases,

in compliance with our declaration,

we have submitted over one hundred issues

to confirm that the people stand together.

Should their court require additional cases,

we will be happy to provide them.

But to assist with the process

and to ensure that we are not wasting time,

we have limited the number that we will put before them.

It should also be noted

that although the cases cover various issues and subjects,

we are using the same argument in relation to all cases,

as our argument applies to all.

The following are a selection of the issues that we are addressing,

bearing in mind

that they are coming from all parts of the United Kingdom.

Kidnapping by the state

Unlawful detention by the state

Unlawful Imprisonment

Theft by using the proceeds of crime undertakings

Criminal coercion

Slavery

Unlawful activity by the courts

Unlawful behaviour by the judges

Unlawful behaviour by the United Kingdom Attorney General

Criminal and Unlawful Council behaviour by Members of Parliament

Criminal and unlawful behaviour in relation to bankruptcy issues

Theft of property [children]

Theft of property [unlawful evictions]

Theft of money from bank accounts [obtaining money through deception]

The dismissal of employees for failing to be vaccinated

The enforcement of unlawful covid legislation

The failure to comply with Common Law Court Orders

The failure of the state to assist with enforcement of Common Law Court Orders

Census – Criminal Coercion, fraud & slavery

The refusal to accept Common Law Court Passports and the people’s right to travel

The Refusal to accept Common Law Court travellers’ documents and right to travel

The theft of CLC Documents and the refusal to accept the authority of the people

The theft of motor vehicles by statutory authorities

The refusal of statutory corporations to accept the authority of the Common Law Court,

the standing of living men and women and the Common Law Court paperwork, deeds & orders.

While we are aware that the Supreme Court

has no authority or jurisdiction over a living man or woman,

we are aware that the individuals committing these crimes against the people

are bound by their Court decisions.
