(Prosecutor Gil Moo Won)

(Episode 19)

(Wickedness Inherited in Yoon Hui Jae's Family)

(Han Jae Yi in Love with Her Enemy's Son?)

(Yoon Na Moo)

The number you have dialed is not available.

You know what?

I want to be happier than before.

Listen, Na Moo.

Let's rest a little.

It doesn't matter what people say.

Let's stop being apologetic.

Let's pretend that we're okay.

That way, we can rest.

Okay?

Is it...

Is it impossible for us?

Nak Won.

You know what?

I'm scared.

- Stop it. - Hey!

Come here.

It's my fault.

You might lose everything...

that's precious to you.

I'm scared of that.

Father told me about you.

He said that you're very weak.

You don't deserve to be his son at all.

You.

Excuse me.

We have a security alert because of Han Jae Yi.

Aren't you the reporter that I met?

So you do remember me.

Was it you?

(To Nak Won)

The one who surprised Han Jae Yi at the film set.

It was me.

There's a brother who will be with you from now on.

Would you like to say hello?

Hello.

I'm here to be redeemed.

Put it on.

Turn it.

That's right.

I'll read your book again as soon as I get out, Father.

I read it enough to memorize it.

It's fun the more I read it.

You like to read like Na Moo.

Do what you must do.

One at a time.

Yes, and I also have a lot to prepare.

I'll meet Jeon Yoo Ra in advance.

Stay being good-for-nothing.

Father isn't interested in you.

I'll be completing his autobiography.

- What? - I went to that restaurant.

Was it Chae Ok Hee?

She's more beautiful than I thought.

Chae So Jin, my sister.

She was cute.

You punk.

Goodbye.

Father told me about you.

He said that you're very weak.

You don't deserve to be his son at all.

(Clean and Refreshing Soju)

Nak Won.

How's Nak Won?

(Clean and Refreshing Soju)

(Shocked by Scandals, Han Jae Yi's Current Whereabouts)

Who is it?

Mr. Pyo?

Na Moo.

Just one day...

Shall we do that just for one day?

We couldn't...

do that for 15 years.

Shall we do that just for a day?

Well?

Nak Won.

You really are a fool, aren't you?

Why did you come...

when you're hurt?

Use me, Nak Won.

Just for a day.

Okay?

Prepare for the next episode.

Chae Do Jin is handsome, smart, and is a policeman.

But he's dating the daughter of the man who killed his family.

This story can hook a lot of people.

We'll be able to use this story for a week or two more.

Work on the next episode by focusing on Chae Do Jin.

- Okay. - Yes, ma'am.

(Yoon Hui Jae to Get Punished for Assaulting a Prison Guard)

Did he get shocked after watching the show?

3846, Yoon Hui Jae.

You'll receive 30 days of penalty.

Actress Han Jae Yi's scandal has gone viral.

The shocking scandal broadcasted by...

Park Hee Young's Investigation Why...

shows a perspective from Yoon Hui Jae's victims.

I'm telling you, the situation isn't like that.

As for the victim families...

I know our contract states a clause for a scandal,

but that show is totally made up.

Park Hee Young is famous for that, you know.

They just mentioned that they do not want to be involved.

This is Han Jae Yi speaking.

It was 12 years ago...

It's true. I violated...

the scandal clause. I'm sorry.

As for the contract renewal,

please talk with my lawyer to get it sorted out.

As for actress Han Jae Yi,

Okay.

she is also a family member of the deceased.

Many are focused on her next steps.

I got it, I got it.

There.

Just cut it like a normal person. What are you doing?

Hold on a minute.

I realized my feelings after getting startled this time around.

Take my heart.

Get lost.

You're no longer on the Gangnam case and Han Jae Yi's case.

On the hammer Yoon Hyun Moo left behind at the garage,

they found blood of Lee Yoon Hee. The first victim.

Since it came to this,

just work on a different case after you get your rest.

We have a lot piled up.

I'm sorry.

I'm more familiar with Chae Do Jin,

but had I met you when you were Yoon Na Moo,

I would have still remained beside you.

Because I want to.

Stop talking to me. You made me ruin this.

I'll make a big one for you. Hold on.

It's too big.

- It's too big. - Hang on.

- I told you it's too big. - You have to eat this one.

Gosh.

(Is Actress Han Jae Yi Dating Her Enemy's Son?)

Why didn't you...

reveal his face?

You would be getting a higher viewer rating.

You're so wicked.

He's still your colleague.

Colleague? What colleague?

He's the son of a murderer.

Anyway, don't be late with the payment.

It looked like the last show had a high viewer rating.

Be careful with the bank account.

(Sliced Beef and Pork)

Ok Hee.

About Do Jin... You know, the handsome detective?

Is he on television these days?

I told everyone that he's just a lookalike,

but we noticed that his last name is "Chae" too.

Would you mind keeping an eye on my store?

If a guy dressed in black comes,

tell him to wait a little bit.

Tell him his mom will come back.

A third victim of...

the Gangnam Residential Area Case has been found.

The victim is a 40-year-old person.

While heading home, the victim...

was attacked by the criminal in an alley.

The third victim is also...

What about the Gangnam Residential Area Case?

Was it your doing?

Yes.

It's a nasty world anyway.

I plan on breaking everything that comes in front of me...

just like Father.

According to the police, the criminal used...

a hammer again for this offense.

The police will collect information through CCTVs and dashcams...

as they continue with the investigation.

- I think it's him. - However,

- this is already the third victim. - Isn't this him?

Many are criticizing the police...

for being complacent.

The citizens are fearing more day by day...

I'm so glad my son is healing fast.

What else do you want to eat?

What should I make for you?

Mother.

I...

It'll pass again.

It must pass.

For both you and her.

That's the way it should be.

Right?

So,

please.

Just a little.

Okay, Na Moo?

Did I kill her on purpose?

She changed her mind first. I accidentally killed her...

while confronting her. What do you want me to do?

Keep it down.

You killed a person. You don't deserve to speak up.

Jang Joon Ho.

Everything you just said will be used at court.

Do what you want!

I'm already a murderer. So what?

Keep it down...

and stop being so obvious about being scared.

(Kim Sang Chul)

No, sir. It's a baseless rumor.

I'll be taking strong legal actions.

Moo Won.

How are you?

You met Auntie yesterday.

Why didn't you tell me?

It's obvious what she said.

You don't need to hear her all over again.

Ignore our relatives' calls for a while.

They're all just upset about the broadcast.

Why won't you ask me anything?

I don't want to say anything negative to you.

So I'll just wait.

Just like how...

Mom and Dad waited for me.

I'll keep you shielded.

You just have to come back to us.

- I was so slow. - You did really well.

- I did? - Yes.

Only you go that way, right?

- Yes. - Take care.

- Bye. - See you.

See you tomorrow.

- Let's go. - I'm so tired.

(OK Pork Soup)

Hyun Moo.

(One month later)

It's been a while. Not seeing you got me frustrated.

Just a month in the punishment room means you got off lightly.

Are you back to your quarter now?

You managed to hold back for 12 years.

Why the sudden outburst? I got quite curious.

- Did something happen? - Ms. Park.

The police exaggerated the facts...

to make me into a perfect monster?

Did you think...

I'm that kind of a fraud?

You saw the show? Sorry if I upset you.

You talked me into helping you publish your autobiography.

You brainwashed your wallflower of a son...

and made him stab his brother.

They're all facts.

You must think...

I'm laughing stock.

You know yourself that...

if it hadn't been for me, you'd just be a common criminal.

I created you, Yoon Hui Jae. The embodiment of evil.

You're not just a trashy killer but a celebrity now.

I made you what you are.

You should know your place.

I'm the one who created you.

You were just a nobody who printed gossip.

I made you a journalist.

The chief prosecutor and warden...

didn't dare speak to me face-to-face.

You should grovel before me with eternal gratitude.

How dare you mess with me?

Who are you so angry with?

Yourself or...

Na Moo?

The whole world knows you're just a butcher.

Your son Yoon Hyun Moo is a loser copycat.

One who can't even commit murder. That much is clear.

But Na Moo.

Even I don't get him.

I looked into him for over a month and I have nothing.

For someone who is your blood,

he's unbelievably human.

What did your son do to you that night, Yoon Hui Jae?

Did you fight it out with a teenager?

There was no other weapon at the scene but your hammer.

Why are you hiding that fact?

Is it to protect the son you love so determinedly?

Then really...

Does a beast, a monster like you...

have paternal feelings too? Then admit to it.

That will...

prove my article right.

Don't you dare speak of...

my son with your dirty mouth.

Darn it.

It looks like...

we won't be able to talk today.

Wake up. Your era is over.

You're an old thug who will rot in here forever.

That's all you are.

You made me very happy.

I haven't felt like this in a long while.

Stop it!

Let go!

Let her go right now!

Darn it.

My gosh. You lunatic.

You're still a dog in a chain.

It looks like...

I'll be able to let you see the outside.

I will sue you.

For one last time, let's decorate the press.

What a jerk.

It looks like...

that's what you wanted.

Goodbye, Ms. Park.

(Episode 20 will air shortly.)

(Episode 20)

Hello, Na Moo.

Are you better now?

Yes.

Let's go.

I'll explain instead of using GPS.

Just go where I tell you, okay?

Where are we going?

We're going to visit three places, and they're commonplace.

What?

We never did what everyone else does.

Turn left over there.

Keep going straight.

Listen.

Don't you think it's better to use the GPS?

We might get into an accident.

No, we can't use it.

Why? Is it uncomfortable?

I can't drive.

I can't drive very well.

Why not?

Na Moo, have you ever dated anyone?

What?

Se Kyung told me on the phone yesterday.

You've never dated anyone before me?

Nak Won, you should look straight.

No, I want to look at you as much as I want.

I need to clear my eyes.

I've seen too many bad things these days.

I want to see what I couldn't see. I'll look at you all day.

This is great.

You look very progressive, aren't you?

Why am I so hot?

- Are you hot? - What? Yes.

Keep driving. Don't worry about me.

Na Moo.

Aren't there many trees?

Yes.

You're right.

I came here alone sometimes when I missed you.

It's a place where trees are everywhere.

They all reminded me of you.

Nak Won.

Yes?

You are...

full of paradise.

(Reporters)

The restaurant isn't open yet.

I finally meet you.

You're experienced with dealing with reporters.

The TV is still old.

You should have changed it when we offered a new TV.

It's still not late.

Is that how you still live?

You know what?

I can change everything that the media says.

Park Hee Young can't deal with anyone but me.

(Lady Focus Han Ji Ho)

Don't you feel anything when you see Han Jae Yi?

She's part of the victims' family.

Don't you feel bad now that time has passed?

What if she becomes your daughter-in-law?

That'd be too shocking.

Her parents would be heartbroken in their grave.

You're crazy.

Aren't you leaving? I'll call the police.

This family is worse than most.

Listen, it's me who can sue you. This is assault.

Do you know what you're doing?

What about the things that you do to us?

It's also illegal.

I must question them, so please leave.

Prosecutor Gil Moo Won?

Aren't you Han Jae Yi's brother?

After being released, was Yoon Hyun Moo...

hang around with anyone?

Have you ever seen someone like this?

No.

Have you seen Yoon Hyun Moo these days?

No.

I wish he would contact us.

If he gets in touch, you must make a report right away.

You can call me directly if you want.

(Gil Moo Won)

If we ever see him,

we'll contact you right away.

We won't hide him.

Please trust us.

You should just remember...

that you'll be charged if you conceal a criminal.

I understand. Thank you for your cooperation.

Sir, I think I found something.

There's a man named Lee Seung Woo out of the film crew.

His ID, bank account copy,

and even his contract were forged.

We're unsure about his whereabouts on the day of set incident.

The other staff said that they don't know him.

I'll investigate to see if he's an accomplice.

Get all the CCTV footages as well as his fingerprints.

Okay.

Yes, Warden.

The materials you sent me will finally go on air today.

I just added on it a little bit.

It's going to be entertaining.

Yes.

(Yoon Hui Jae, arrested in 2006)

(Yoon Na Moo, 16, Chae Do Jin, 28)

"The moment I saw my son, I got a hunch..."

"that all of my evil deeds will come to an end today."

More than your words,

mine will be more fun.

(Injury on the back of the head)

Right, Na Moo?

I came here once before,

and noticed how quiet and beautiful it is.

Until I became 20,

I lived Mom and So Jin...

on an island.

It's similar to that place.

How was your life when you lived there?

We were startled for nothing.

Shall we go?

Nak Won.

So this is how it feels.

It feels good.

Is Yoon Hui Jae really...

a big of a criminal who deserves to fill...

a page in Korean history?

We plan on getting down to the bottom of his true face.

Unlike the final report represented by the police,

the first report stated...

that Yoon Hui Jae had a mysterious injury on his head.

According to the medical chart from the time,

the doctor wrote that he was hit by a hammer.

It was on the night Jee Hye Won and her husband were killed.

At the house of Jee Hye Won, Yoon Hui Jae...

was faced with Han Jae Yi, the daughter of Jee,

and his son,

Chae, who at the time...

was Yoon.

Although they ran into Yoon Hui Jae at the scene of the crime,

the two kids miraculously survived.

The son, Yoon,

reported his father himself.

"My son was in fear."

"He went on his knees and begged me not to kill him."

"I couldn't look at my son's face."

"That's why I slowly put down the hammer."

"In order to protect my son who was shaking in fear,"

"I decided to let the police take me away."

Unlike this touching line Yoon Hui Jae wrote...

in his autobiography,

he was...

actually scared of being reported.

He tried to strike his son with a hammer to kill him.

In order to survive, the son...

likely stole Yoon Hui Jae's hammer...

to try and strike his father as well.

If you look at the last page of his autobiography,

there is a short blurb.

"To my dear son,"

"let us keep the words we didn't get to say in our hearts."

He said that he had to stop his murder spree because of his son.

Legendary serial killer, Yoon Hui Jae.

However,

he even tried to kill his own son...

in order to hide his crimes.

He's just a heartless murderer.

December 24, 2016.

On Christmas eve,

one happy family was brutally torn apart...

in a white house on a hill.

In that place where blood stains were everywhere,

there was a serial killer...

who would kill his own child in order to survive,

as well as a 16-year-old son who tried...

to kill his own father in order to escape.

Only their murderous intent...

breaking filial piety...

filled the place.

You don't know anything about your little brother.

That's why you failed as a big brother.

Hyun Moo.

You'll never be able to beat your brother.

(Full menu)

(Complaint)

(Suspect)

The third place you wanted to visit...

- is here? - Yes.

It closes in an hour.

Most of the people have left. Isn't it great?

That. Let's ride that.

It goes too high.

Why? Are you scared?

Then what about that?

You can't ride that either?

What about that?

- Welcome. - Hello.

One strawberry slush.

- And two lamb skewers. - Okay.

(Jong Hyun)

Just a moment.

Hello.

- No way. Isn't she Han Jae Yi? - No way.

- Can I take a photo? - Go ahead.

Can we take a selfie?

Yoon Hui Jae.

He might be transferred to the Prosecutors' Office.

Park Hee Young sued him.

Do Jin.

So...

Sorry, Jong Hyun, I'll call you back.

Nak Won!

Nak Won.

Nak Won.

Nak Won!

Nak Won.

Where were you?

Are you okay?

Nak Won.

Yes.

I'm sorry, Na Moo.

Park Hee Young?

Yoon Hyun Moo.

You're not at all scared that you're a fugitive.

You met my dad.

We had fun today, didn't we?

Yes.

Next time we meet, you'll be Detective Chae Do Jin.

Do Jin.

Your current name is pretty too.

I wanted to tell you that.

(Yoon Na Moo, 16)

(Chae Do Jin, 28)

Jae Yi.

Nak Won.

Let's...
