=The Love You Give Me= (Adapted from Shi Dingrou's novel of the same name)

=Episode 28=

(Jiaren Hospital)

The doctor is still examining him.

But he has regained consciousness.

Rest assured, President.

I'll be sure to report back to you as soon as I receive any updates.

How is he?

Go inside and see him.

Wait.

I must've given you a fright.

Does it hurt anywhere?

I probably overexerted myself.

I'll be fine after a few days of rest.

What...

What did you mean to ask me?

Nothing.

Bad timing.

Go ahead.

You might just get the answer you want

as I'm in a good mood.

I don't remember the question.

You guys go ahead.

Mr. Xin.

You guys decided on everything?

Give me another day.

Okay.

(Jiaren Hospital)

Is it bad?

I've known him for so long.

There's no way I can't tell.

It might be complications due to him overexerting himself lately.

Mr. Yao warned him during his previous checkup.

But things weren't that bad at that time.

So...

How bad is it now?

He needs to undergo the operation as soon as possible.

Otherwise, what happened today could happen again anytime.

It might even...

It might even endanger his life, right?

We would need time to study his medical record

and formulate a surgery plan,

if he chooses to undergo surgery domestically.

So my recommendation is for him to go abroad

and get his previous chief surgeon to perform the surgery.

That's the optimal solution.

Then...

What are his chances?

Every surgery has its risks.

Especially one that involves the heart.

Thanks.

Xin Qi... You're up.

What's the meaning of this?

I'm fine.

Mr. Yao says I'm good to leave now.

You can ask Zhou Ruji if you don't believe me.

I believe you.

Let's go home, then.

But Hardy called.

He said something happened at the company.

I need to go back to the HQ overseas tomorrow.

It's all right.

You do what you have to do.

Quanquan and I will be here for you.

We still have a day to ourselves.

Okay.

When I was still a student, I thought to myself,

that when I get a boyfriend, I have to watch the sunrise and sunset

with him at least once in my lifetime.

I wonder if we'll get to see it today.

It doesn't matter, even if we don't.

We still have the future ahead of us.

Min Hui,

I promise you

that I will come back in perfect health

and watch every sunrise and sunset with you.

I have another thing I want to do.

Do it with me.

What is it?

A secret.

Okay.

Here. Be careful.

No.

You said it's a two-person game.

This is complicated.

Be patient.

You'll find out in a bit.

Easy there.

Stand.

Stand here.

Wait here.

Count to five and open your eyes.

Okay?

Okay.

Remember. Five.

Got it.

Five.
