Okay. So in putting together my beta
group, I wanted to see what you thought

about this, since I already have like a
group and a following and stuff of people

who'd probably volunteer to be in it.

What do you think of doing an application

for your beta group and only accepting 10
people?

And, like, being like, you know,
seriously only accepting 10 people?

Because then you can kind of pick and
choose who you think are the most serious

people that are actually going to take
action.

And if they're filling out an
application, they're more likely to, you

know, go through and actually do what you
tell them.

Yeah, that could work.

That could definitely work.

And I think if you already have a decent
audience, a big audience like you and you

do, that would be good, I think because.

You would have a lot of people that would

sign up and you would need to weed
through, whereas when you're just

starting you might not have that luxury.

You need to get who you can get and hope

that they get through.

I was thinking just email the people who

filled out the survey and left their
email and then just offer it to those

people through email for.

Like 400 you can do a lot of things.

The key here is to do one of them.

Well, OK but yes, you could totally do

that. Another thing you could do is you could

offer it and you could just refund people
right away that you thought.

You know, like maybe you could you could,
you could take them to the offer and the

thank you page after the 1$ offer is an
application.

You could do that.

But really your idea to send people to an

application is fine.

A lot of people, when they do

applications, are selling higher ticket
stuff, and I think people are used to

that, so they may not fill it out because
they think you're going to sell them on

something big.
Well, no.

Like I'm they know, like when I say like,
I'm serious and I'm only letting 10.

And like when you join the group, they'll
be nine other people.

So, you know, like this isn't like a
sham.

I don't think it's a bad idea.

I think it could definitely work and it

might, it might allow you to, how do I
put this, avoid some potential problems

because you do have a larger audience, so
you are presented with some problems that

people that are just starting out might
not have.

I think it's a good idea.

I think you should.

I think you should try it.

Then tell me what happened yeah because I

feel like when you did it, like you
didn't get any Dick heads like everybody.

All the first ten were pretty serious.

I got one Dick head.

I did.

Yeah, I remember the Well, not Dick head.

He was just.

Yeah, JR He was.

He just complained a lot.

And it was he was very negative and he

was very like, you remember yeah
something about insurance.

And he No, he oh, I'm sure, yeah, he was
unsure about himself.

He wasn't. He didn't know.

He barely knew how to answer email I'm

thinking, why are you signing up for
this?

If you don't even know how to use a
computer, then he is.

His card got declined when we he didn't
actually refund his card declined and

then we emailed them and he was like, oh,
my car got stolen.

I promised that I'm going to sign up and
whatever, you know, so like one guy and I

think one other person might have
refunded just because they couldn't make

it, which will happen.

But everybody else bought.

So yeah, does that answer your question?
Go for it, do it, do it.

Seriously back and so.

The beta group, when you actually have

these people that you're trying to coach
so you can learn to sell a course, is

there kind of a level of how transparent
you should be that you're actually trying

to learn how to set up this course by the
experience that you're going through with

them?
Does that make sense?

You understand what I mean?
Yes, I do.

Ok. So what you're asking is if I'm
understanding you correctly, is how

transparent should you be about knowing
absolutely nothing about what you're

trying to sell a course for?
Okay hold on now.

Hold on.

Now let's think about this for a second.

I never said you should sell a course
that you know nothing about.

I said you should do beta coaching so
that you can improve your ability to

teach others.
So, for instance, I'm good at Facebook

ads. That doesn't mean I'm good at teaching

people Facebook ads.

You are, Yes, because I did my beta

coaching. I am now because I did my beta coaching

and I figured out how.

Look guys, this is not formal education.

This is not college.

You don't get training for this.

A lot of the stuff you guys are going to
teach is stuff that people just don't

teach on a regular basis, or at least the
way you're teaching it.

So you literally, you know, you could
take a college course on how to be a

teacher or you could go directly to the
source and get result and.

Get in the in the trenches and get
results for your students.

Keep in mind, guys that if you're an
expert on something or you have knowledge

on something, you should reasonably be
reasonably be able to get somebody to

teach somebody but that but I don't want
you to reasonably be able to teach

somebody. I want you to be able to turn people in

the rock stars and what you're teaching
them.

And so this is how you do that.

Now when you're saying transparent, I'm

always transparent that I'm saying
listen, I'm doing a beta program, the

reason I'm teaching you guys for such a
low price.

Is because of two reasons.

One, I need your testimonial so I can

sell more of this.

I'm totally transparent about that and

people respect that they do.

Then I say a number two is listen, I know

what I'm doing and I think I'm pretty
darn good at teaching it, but I want to

make sure you have success.

So when we do this, if you don't

understand something, if you're having
trouble, I want you to tell me that I not

only can help you, but i can help refine
my course and help future people.

So that's what.

That's how you should frame it.

That's how you should say it.

Don't say I don't know anything about

what I'm teaching cuz that shouldn't be
true.

You should know you get what I'm saying,
you know.

Yes I do yeah what are you going to teach
again?

My I don't like your hesitation.

I don't know.

My goal with this is.

And there's a personal story behind it,

but I think student debt is criminal.

I think that what the government that's

doing and frankly a lot of the things
that you're teaching can help people

avoid needing to take out student loans
or help people repay student loans at a

much accelerated pace.

I have friends that I graduated high

school with and I graduated high school
in 1988 So before you were born, I

graduated high school and they still have
student debt at my age.

And it took me.

I actually left a country.

Is this being recorded?
I left the country at one point to try

and avoid student debt collection.

And it took me a lot of years to actually

go back and rectify that stuff.

And it was it was a horrible mess for a

long time.
That's not why I thought I was coming

here. But when I put that thing up this morning

at 11:00 and so far I think I've had six
or seven people say yes to that.

I know now that that's what I need to put
together.

I don't know yet.

That's awesome.

What that course is gonna be.

Thank you for that.

But honestly, you inspired me to action
through what I've learned here.

But you took the action.

You took the action.

So thank you and I appreciate that.

But my fear, and there's always gonna be

fear as we take steps forward with this,
is that I'm gonna actually get to the

point where I'm in this beta group.

And I would love all like all the people

that said yes, I have personal
relationships with and I would like to

help them heal their finances through
helping them with this piece of their

life that really can be crippling
financially and rob your quality of life.

I want them to be in my beta group, but I
don't want to mess them up further.

So there's Are you afraid you can't get
on the results?

Is that what it is?
I'm afraid that when I launched a Beta

coaching program.
I'm going to be doing most of the

learning and I don't want to frame it so
that I'm taking from them.

Does that make sense?
What are you trying to help them

accomplish specifically?
Great I in my mind, i want them to be

able to either have their kids learn ways
that they can earn money prior to going

to college so they have money to spend on
their tuition if they intend to go to

college. Or if they have outstanding student debt

for years and years after, use the same
type of tactics to be able to pay down

that student debt in a much accelerated
fashion.

We're paying, you know, 137$ a month for
73 years.

Let's condense that.

You're going to help students, people

with student loans, pay off their loans,
essentially.

Yes, Okay.

Said it better than I did.

I'm well that you just say, just say it.

I mean that like we were talking about
earlier.

Like remember the post, remember some
people got responses, some people didn't.

I'm going to help people pay off their
loans, the Student Loans faster.

So are you afraid that you won't be able
to help them pay it off?

Do you know how to help them pay it off.

I have a few ideas.

I don't know yet that any of them are
going to work.

But Google is going to be my friend.

I'm going to give you a couple, a couple

things to think about.

Number one, listen, If you don't know how

to do something, figure it out.

Seriously, if you don't know how to do

something, just go figure it out.

It's as it really is, As simple as that.

Number two, you're forgetting about
alpha.

Do you remember alpha alpha comes before
beta?

What did I say to do in the Alpha phase?
Just help your friends, Literally.

Do you know someone that has student
debt?

Forget beta coaching right now.

Just talk to them.

Give them some advice.

If you can help them.

Now we can start talking about beta
coaching because you can use those

testimonials from Alpha.

We're literally 5 minutes on the phone

helping somebody take those testimonials
help you sell your beta testimonials help

you sell your live, and so on.

Does that make sense?

Ok now as far as what you're talking
about with I want to help.

So what you're kind of saying is, and
it's noble.

But you're kind of saying I want to help
students pay off their student debt, so I

better go learn how to make some money
and then teach them how to make that

money. Is that kind of what you're saying?

Not necessarily entirely.

I want to help people learn how to manage

the financial capacity they have, OK,
That's sounding better.

And also to expand the financial capacity
they have.

So that part you don't want to go too far
down the rabbit hole.

All right.

Because if you think about it, you're

learning to make money.

You can use that money to pay for

anything, and now this whole thing
becomes clouded and convoluted.

What's more specific is, you know a plan.

Don't like, make two businesses in one?

Like, you know, make a plan.

A way for them to manage their student

debt. A system, Okay that works.

That works for you.

That works for your friends.

And then teach you to them.

I wouldn't say like, oh, here's how to

start your own lemonade stand and make
money so that you can pay off your

student debt.
You could start a lemonade stand and go

to the strip club.

You don't have to pay off your student

debt. You know, like you could spend it on

candy, you could spend it on alcohol, you
could spend it on a lot of things.

So you're getting a little bit with that
concept.

You're getting a little bit down.

You know, you're going down the rabbit

hole too much.

Creating something specifically like OKI

don't know and I'm making this up.

I don't know if this is true or not, but

let's say there was a program where if
you worked at a college as a tutor or

something like that, they gave you
credits towards your student loans.

Maybe a lot of people don't know about
that.

So what you could teach is you could show
them that opportunity and then you could

teach them process of how to land those
jobs and get the most out of those jobs

to pay off their loan.

See what I'm saying?

Ok, that is much is that not much more
focused and clear for the goal.

Ok. Does that, does that make sense on
the focus?

Ok. So just think about those things.

Ok, And try to really create something

that specifically solves that problem.

And don't go too far down the rabbit

hole. Ok. Thank you.

Alright, so I attended AD Con.

I attended AD Con and right before that

Friday, right before i drove there.

I bought 4 properties in Clearwater and I

never really thought about teaching a
course on how to buy investment

properties and flip them and all that
good stuff, right?

sure.
And then you started talking about the

course. It's like, shit, I can really excuse me.

Oh yeah.

I'm so offended.

Oh camera.

Sorry my virgin I can really teach a

course on how to do this and you know met
Whitney who's funny.

Awesome right.

And so yeah so I went back the week later

and so basically at I called you said you
know you could you can do you can sell

people into your course even when it's
not completed.

So the whole beta concept right so I went
back the next week and I had my

contractor there and one of my good
friends and.

I walked through the property and at the
end I said, you know what this is, this

is so much fun.

I'm making a lot of money.

I should probably teach people how to do
this.

So I did that and I got over 50

responses. Was that, was that when I said the

curious expert on stage was that when you
did that, that's awesome.

So how many responses did you get?
So I got over 5050 fifty and a lot of

them are private messages because I think
they're that's fine people to know, but.

So yeah, my thing was what I priced it
at, but you know, 500 came into my mind.

So I got five, you know, five people at
500 bucks a pop right after that.

So you made money yeah so basically
covers my expenses and that's really what

I wanted to do.

It's kind of tested.

I think you mentioned that test tested
and I didn't do a survey, but I did the

Facebook live, which is one of the
options you had up there.

So yeah, so we're walking.

I got 5 in, but because we want to walk

them through it and recording them.

So that was one of the requirements was I

want to make sure they had money, sure.

If they wanted to rehab, right.

So I wanted to qualify them because I
want them to be successful.

So I put a lot of requirements.

So I kind of weeded out a lot.

And yeah, so we have two people right
now.

We work, we have 5, but we're only
working with two at a time.

So they bought a property, we're walking
them through it and so we have like you

know, I think I mentioned we have like 30
or 40 recordings.

That we're working on slicing up and
uploading.

So are you making sure to get these
testimonials?

You know what I would do?
Could you ask your students when they buy

a property or even ask them now to take
us a selfie video and do a walkthrough of

the property they bought?
We did that.

So we're going to do one.

He bought the property and they sent it

to you, right?
Yeah, I did a Facebook live with it, and

then we're gonna do one at the end when
he closes on it.

So you've got the makings of something
great.

It's a good testimony yeah awesome, man.
