Marshal

now before McClure and his gang rode off

did one of those outlaws pull a gun on

slim yes sir

the young one did I believe his name was

Johnny now gentlemen of the jury that's

a very important consideration see if

Slim was a part of this outlaw gang why

would that young outlaw pull a gun on

him and try to kill him no there was no

setup and dry Gulch that night slim got

hit on the head he got amnesia and those

outlaws of Mesa they can totally lose

track of their identity it could be days

weeks months even years before they find

out who they really are the doc

supposing this fella who has amnesia

falls in with the wrong crowd he's got

no idea about who he is or what he is

could he be convinced that he's an

outlaw absolutely one case I read of was

of a rich man who had been totally

convinced

we're asking that they find what the

we served the Lord together in the

I want to talk to you a minute from a

heart this is the Bible that that helped

Wichita slim get out of all of that

trouble and in Romans 6:23 in this Bible

it says for the wages of sin is death I

won't tell you something if you live

your life like lightning Johnny Silver's

in the movie then you liable to wind up

in a street somewhere on your back just

like he did and without anybody there to

lead you to the Lord Jesus before you

died so I want to give you the

opportunity right now to accept Jesus

Christ as your Lord and your savior and

bring him into your life

I want to pray the same prayer that

Wichita's slim prayed with Johnny for

the last half of that verse says but the

gift of God is eternal life through

Jesus Christ our Lord so I'm going to

pray with you I'm gonna lead you in

prayer I want you to pray the prayer

after me just like Johnny Silver's did

in the movie and this is the prayer by

the way that I prayed with with Johnny

Copelan when he was just a young lad

it's the same prayer that all these men

prayed it's the same prayer that I

prayed when I was 23 years old and I

accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and

Savior so I want you just to put your

hand over your heart and pray it with

all of your heart Oh God in heaven

I believe with all my heart that Jesus

Christ is Lord Lord Jesus come into my

heart I accept you as my Lord and Savior

I repent of sin I repent of the past in

Jesus name Amen
