Oh my God.
What people first think about me.
Oh my God.
If I had a queen superpower.
Oh my God.
What made me want to start doing drag?
Oh my God.
I consider myself,
oh my God.
Oh my God.
Oh my God.
Oh my God.
Oh my God.
Okay.
(upbeat music)
Hi everybody. Good morning.
It is me.
The one, the only gorgeous Georges
and I am 21 years old.
I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas,
but now I live in Nashville, Tennessee.
The name Georges came from the word gorgeous
and my boy name, which is Gorge
or people like to whitewash it,
like call it George too.
So I just made it like fit into the name gorgeous.
And now I'm Georges the dragon, Texas.
It's very pageanty,
very like cookie cutter drag.
I will say everyone's doing pretty much the same thing.
I have been doing drag for about,
oh my God.
16, 17, 18, 19 20, 21,
about six years now.
Sorry I dropped out eyes.
Go on.
(laughs)
I consider myself a show girl first and foremost,
because grow my drag revolves around,
dancing choreography,
flipped the dip.
I cannot do it.
Split for nothing for nobody.
Okay America's next drag superstar
does not need to learn how to do a split.
(laughs)
How would I describe my drag style?
It's very Tex Mex.
Hello, chubby.
Hello, bad bitch.
Like you're gonna catch this look
from like the west side of San Antonio, Texas.
What made me want to start doing drag?
Was the movie too long food.
Thanks for everything.
Julie Newmar, Chi-Chi Rodriguez was like my main inspiration
because I felt like I related to her the most
ever since then, ever since I was five years old,
this is exactly what I've been wanting to do.
I am proudly the smallest queen of the cast,
even though I am small,
I have a little thickness to me.
You know what I mean?
Because I'm Latina.
(chuckles)
When people first think about me,
when they first see me,
they think, oh my God,
this bitch is gorgeous.
Like, she must be stuck up,
but I'm not stuck up on grand.
Anybody could come up and talk to me like I'm here.
I'm stick really nice.
(laughs)
(upbeat music)
The Queens Georges common marker.
Do I consider myself competitive?
Oh yes.
Not gonna lie.
I compare myself a lot to like a lot of other people
to make sure that I am probably doing the best.
So, this is patriotic.
This was like the thing that I do,
you know what I mean?
So I can... I have to be competitive.
Do I like to start traveling?
I don't think so.
I'm pretty as weak, peachy, king kind of a girl,
you know what I mean?
But who knows?
(laughs)
So, yes.
So yes.
How I respond to conflict.
I just like what?
Like really like you're mad at me,
but in the end I know the reason why they're mad at me
because they can't handle all this mug that I'm given.
(chuckles)
I came to win,
because there has never been a short Latino winner.
And it's my turn now, it's my time.
Oh. And I do look amazing in a crown,
if you wanted to know,
oh my God,
it honestly means so much to me that I am on season 14
because RuPaul is somebody that I look up to a lot
ever since I was a kid.
And to finally have this opportunity is so,
so like validating about everything that I have done
and worked for it to get here.
So, I'm ready for whatever whatever's to cut.
The reason why I am America's next drag superstar,
because she has the mug.
She's kind of campy,
and she has the looks.
she knows how to style.
She knows how to dance.
Look at me,
look at this look,
this look is a winner.
(bright up music)
