[Catch Up My Prince]

[Episode 7]

- Take her away! - Hold on!

This lady is the palace maid

who excelled during the talent assessment.

She was demonstrating the...Chen Xuan.

It was dissection.

The imperial physicians said she was a miracle-working physician, saying she was comparable to Zhang Xiugu of the Southern Dynasty.

Yes, she's a miracle-working physician.

Take her away!

Hurry up! Don't just stand there.

The imperial physician is here.

Quick, imperial physician.

Hurry up.

Find out what happened to Chen Yu.

Your Highness, don't worry.

Your Royal Highness, you're awake. That's great.

Please rest assured, Empress Dowager. The Crown Prince is no longer in serious condition.

Please forgive me, Empress Dowager and Your Royal Highness.

I was just too anxious

and showed disrespect to the Crown Prince.

However, this is a folk method for administering emergency treatment.

I just wanted to save the Crown Prince.

Please allow me to say a few words.

Say it.

I happened to witness how this girl

administered treatment to the Crown Prince.

Although I don't understand how it works,

the Crown Prince

was indeed brought to life.

His pulse is also fine now.

The girl's behavior just now,

although seemingly uncouth

and disrespectful, but when life is at stake,

the priority should be to save people.

Lord Sun, you are right.

Miss Lu, thank you for saving me.

Grandmother, Miss Lu was just anxious to save me. Please don't blame her.

Alright. Not only will I forgive her,

I will also give her a huge reward.

Where is this palace maid serving?

Back to the Empress Dowager, Lu Ren Jia is a palace laundry maid from the Clothing Department.

She is such an intelligent and upright child.

She is too talented for being a palace laundry maid.

I will promote you to be a medicine-serving court lady of the Pharmaceutical Department.

You will be assigned to the Yongyan Palace.

From now on, you shall serve by the side of the Crown Prince.

Empress Dowager, please allow me to report. Although Lu Ren Jia is a palace maid from the Clothing department,

she has already been designated by the Fourth Prince

to be his personal laundry maid.

I'm afraid you have to ask the Fourth Prince for his opinion.

That's right. If I'm assigned to the Crown Prince's residence,

I certainly can no longer slack off every day and go look for Sugarcane the Fourth.

Sugarcane the Fourth, say something.

Your personal maid, comedian,

genius painter, barrel of laughs and cutie-pie

is about to be snatched away.

Is that so?

Old Four.

Back to Grandmother, I was just joking that day.

I didn't think matron would take it seriously.

Since big brother needs her, she is a mere palace maid,

just take it.

I have some unattended business in my palace,

so I will excuse myself.

You may leave.

Well, then. From tomorrow,

medicine-serving court lady, Lu Ren Jia,

will be transferred to the Yong Yan Palace.

Thank you, Empress Dowager.

[Pear Blossom Garden]

If I go attend to the Crown Prince,

will I no longer be able to continue to pursue Sugarcane the Fourth?

It was the Empress Dowager who asked him for me yesterday.

Who is the Empress Dowager? She is the Emperor's mother.

That's right. So many years of palace drama I watched in vain.

She's the Empress Dowager, the ultimate boss.

He certainly had no way to refuse since the Empress Dowager asked.

That means there was nothing he could do yesterday.

Qin Shou.

I'm here, Dear. What do you want to see me about?

I want to save the game.

As your dedicated and attentive customer service game assistant, I must tell you that

you only have one chance left to save the game.

Didn't you say the other time, that I still have a chance to save the game?

That's a reward for completion of the side quest.

Think about it, have you fulfilled Yun Zhu's wish?

You're right.

But don't I have another chance to save the game?

I will save the game and restart first, then fulfil Yun Zhu's wish.

With this, I won't have to go to the Crown Prince's residence anymore.

Dear, I just admire your positive, optimistic

and confident personality.

Yun Zhu.

What are you doing? You scared me.

What are you up to again?

It's not a bad idea.

Don't become too grateful when the time comes.

Fine. Here, take a look at this.

I sewed this dress for you.

Try it on.

You will not lose to others when you perform then.

Thank you, Yun Zhu.

But then, it's not me who will be performing on stage.

- It's you. - Me?

Look, I used the last chance to save the game for you.

Okay, I know you didn't mean it.

I shall forgive you.

Then you must fulfil Yun Zhu's wish for me.

Dear Your Highness.

Hi.

I have a little tiny favor to ask you.

Say it.

Isn't the Clothing Department performing at the Empress Dowager's birthday banquet?

Get to the point.

After the show, I will bring the star of the show,

my good friend Yun Zhu,

to propose a toast to you and to the Second Prince.

- Don't tell me, you like my second brother? - It's not me, it's Yun Zhu.

Since I have told you the secret,

please help me out.

What do you want me to do?

After the show is over, spend more time with the Second Prince.

Don't let him leave the table.

I'll bring Yun Zhu over to toast you both when the time comes.

You should praise Yun Zhu

according to the type of girl that the Second Prince likes. Then, let them both drink.

After they both drink too much they can...

You smiled. I saw you smiling.

Then I'll take that as a yes.

Let me tell you, our performance theme and lineup

is novel and exciting.

It's sure to be stunning.

Are you so sure?

What if...

Of course, I welcome a certain person to come to me crying.

That will not happen.

This girl...

Yun Zhu will perform this time.

Sugarcane the Fourth also agreed to help.

As long as I make sure that the Crown Prince will not become ill,

I will definitely not be sent to the Crown Prince's residence.

I can do it!

[Spiked ginger lily, Notoginseng]

[White peony root, Akebia stem, Wolfberry, Snowrose]

This is Yi An Ning soup that I have made with great efforts.

Didn't you tell me before that the Crown Prince is always sick?

To be honest, I had received a favor from the Crown Prince when I first entered the palace,

so I always thought of repaying him.

Can you help me give this to the Crown Prince in person?

The person I trust most in this palace is you.

Am I the person you trust most?

Don't worry, I will deliver it myself.

However, you didn't even ask me what is in it, and you agreed to deliver it for me?

You said you trust me the most, so of course I trust you the most too.

There is no need to ask. It must be something good inside.

So, what exactly is in there?

[Dendrobium, Tibetan saffron] The Yi An Ning soup is made of fourteen kinds of precious herbs,

[Deer antler, Seahorse, Notoginseng] including dendrobium, Tibetan saffron,

deer antler, seahorse, notoginseng and so on.

It can relieve palpitations of the heart. It is especially suitable for the Crown Prince.

I see. You are someone comparable to Zhang Xiugu.

I'm sure this must be a miraculous medicine.

Qin Shou, get me the Disaster Relief Amulet.

Here you go.

Designate a character to use it, and it can be used once on them to eliminate disasters.

This sounds good.

Oh yes, Eleventh Prince. Please pass this to the Crown Prince too.

What is this?

This is a "Disaster Relief Amulet".

Disaster Relief Amulet?

Xiao Jia, didn't you say that these are just superstitions?

It took me a lot of effort to get this amulet.

Although I do not know whether it works or not,

but at least holding it

can give some peace of mind to the Crown Prince and the people around him.

I see. As expected of you, you're so thoughtful.

Well then, I'll go deliver these.

Thank you.

I prepared the soup according to the prescription taught by the professor in the Traditional Chinese Medicine class.

Dear Crown Prince, regardless of whether you are suffering from anxiety, palpitations and angina,

they will all be cured.

[Yongyan Palace]

- Greetings to Sister-in-law. - Eleventh brother, why are you so happy?

I'm here to give big brother a miraculous medicine.

You should know that your big brother's body can't withstand torments.

His meals and medicines have to go through strict screening

before being delivered to him.

In that case, let's get it tested.

What formula is this?

Back to Your Ladyship, when I was a child,

my mentor had mentioned this formula.

Today, when I smelled the fragrance of this medicine, my memory came back.

This is indeed the Yan Shou (life prolonging) soup taught by my mentor back then.

It is a miraculous medicine that tonifies Qi and invigorates blood,

benefits the liver and kidney, nourishes the heart and calms the mind.

Open the door.

- Remove the handcuffs. - I'm afraid that's not appropriate.

The Fourth Highness said, we need to rely on the help of Mr. Wen

to accomplish this task. Make sure to serve him good wine and good food.

Remove the handcuffs.

Please tell the Fourth Prince not to forget what he promised me.

Lord, how is the preparation?

Please ask the Fourth Prince to be assured. We have been collecting evidence from this traitor Xu for many years.

In addition, there is a witness testimony this time.

We will be able to get rid of the treacherous people by submitting a joint petition tomorrow.

Purge the evil ministers, rectify the order of the imperial court.

We will redress the wrong that Lord Yu suffered last time.

This is also to fulfill our loyalty.

On behalf of his teacher, the Fourth Prince is grateful to all the lords for willing to stand up to the emperor and give honest opinion.

- We have one thing we don't understand. - Please say it.

We have been fighting against traitor Xu for many years

and the Fourth Prince has always insisted on acting in secret.

Why is it different from the usual this time?

I wouldn't dare to speculate.

The Fourth Prince's personality has changed dramatically recently.

I think it started since the fire at Wen Yuan Court.

Hey.

Do you think the Fourth Prince knows that you like him?

I've been saying cheesy pick-up lines to him every day. He has no reason not to know.

Cheesy pick-up lines?

I think the matter of feelings should be taken very seriously.

If you like someone, you have to convey this feeling to him seriously.

This is how he can believe in it.

Lu Ran Ran, you can do it.

Greetings to Your Highness.

We haven't seen each other for half a day, and you miss me already?

I have a novelty story today.

Such a good story can't be kept overnight. So, I invited you here.

Tell me.

Xiao Bao is not here today, right?

Didn't you tell me not to bring him here?

I sent him off to do something else.

That's because I can only tell this story to you alone, Your Highness.

To me alone? What story is that?

This is a story of Sun Wukong

before he became the Monkey King.

Zhizun Yu held on to his golden headband

and said he once had a true love

in front of him,

but he did not cherish it. He regretted it

only after he missed it.

He said that if God could give him another chance,

he would say I love you to that girl.

If we must impose

a time limit on this love,

he hoped it would be 10,000 years.

If Zhizun Yu had understood his feelings earlier,

wouldn't he and Zi Yun have had a more perfect ending?

This is an average story telling.

I'm the listener and I had no reaction.

But you, who is the storyteller have cried so badly.

Do you really not understand what I'm really trying to say?

Anyway, Lord was high on her at first.

Later, he saw you and her getting closer and closer,

and asked me to kill her.

A story is naturally a story. It is meant to be told.

What else can there be?

The story was told, and I had heard enough.

You may leave now.

It seems that Your Highness has a date with someone else today. I will leave now.

I'm sorry. I need to get you to a safer place.

Until matters are settled,

I can't let any more harm come to you.

Your Highness.

[Yongan Palace]

Are you sure about what you just said?

Is the Crown Prince's illness really getting better?

I find it strange too.

His Highness has been suffering from chest congestion and palpitations for days

due to the sudden change in season.

No matter how much medicine he took in normal times, it did not work.

Today, after taking the medicine she offered, there was immediate improvement.

So, this lady is an expert in medical knowledge.

I think it must be so.

Not only did the imperial physician, Lord Sun, say today that

the medicine she offered was a long-lost miraculous medicine for protecting the heart,

I also heard that the anatomy she demonstrated during the talent assessment of the palace staff last month

was also applauded by the lords from the Pharmaceutical Department.

What is her name?

I heard Eleventh brother calling her Xiao Jia.

I sent someone to check afterwards

and learned that she turned out to be Lu Ren Jia, a palace maid of the Clothing Department.

Hui Er, you are so nice. You have Yu Er in your heart.

You are meticulous in all matters concerning him.

I am very pleased.

Now I only hope that

you can have a baby for Yu Er soon.

Greetings to Your Ladyship.

Your Ladyship.

Is His Highness still reviewing the official documents?

Yes, Your Ladyship. Since His Highness was not feeling well a while ago,

he had delayed the reading of many official documents. He said he wanted to read it as soon as possible,

so as not to delay important matters.

By the way, take this amulet for His Highness.

This is a Disaster Relief Amulet. It can eliminate troubles for big brother.

I won't blame you.

I'm so happy that you're here.

Xuan Er, come here.

Miss, what is your name? What position are you holding now?

I'm Yun Zhu, a palace laundry maid from the Clothing Department.

Miss Yun Zhu, please go and tidy yourself up now.

The emperor would like to invite you to accompany him to enjoy the garden this evening.

My status is low, so I don't know what His Majesty's intentions are.

Miss Yun Zhu, you really are a bit of a fool.

This is a great thing.

If you can please His Majesty,

you might get conferred a title and be the owner of a palace.

I might have to address you Your Ladyship then.

How can you do this?

Love is about mutual affection, how can you impose it on others?

Who is talking?

Lord Sun, this lady is the one who offered medicine to big brother.

- Is she the palace maid who offered medicine to the Crown Prince? - Yes.

Father, please allow me to report. Yesterday, I received a miraculous medicine for treating heart palpitations.

After taking one dose, I felt relieved and refreshed.

It was only later that I learned that it was offered by Miss Lu.

I wanted to go to the Clothing Department to look for Miss Lu to thank her,

but I couldn't find her. It turns out that she came to congratulate grandmother on her birthday today.

I boldly ask Father for a decree to promote Miss Lu as a court lady of the Pharmaceutical Division.

And transfer her to the Yongyan Palace to serve medicine for me.

I think this is a good idea.

That's good. Yongyan Palace may seem dangerous, but it is actually the safest place.

The only way for her is to gain a firm foothold beside big brother,

- and Xu Youzheng won't be able to harm her. - Thank you, Grandmother.

Did you just say that

I was imposing on others?

Yun Zhu, would you like to

visit the imperial garden with me?

a-am willing.

Yun Zhu, I really don't know why it turned out this way.

I'm sorry.

You don't have to apologize.

I have also contacted teacher's former subordinates.

The Head of the Court of Judicial Review will take the lead and bring the witness along,

and report the matter to Father.

They will ask Father to retry the case and redress the injustice of the Yu family.

We have been suffering from humiliation for so many years, walking on thin ice everywhere.

Now these leads have been collected with great difficulty, how can they be handed over so easily?

What else do you want?

Xu Youzheng that b*stard.

I want him to be like the Yu family back then,

suffering the pain of a broken family and death by a thousand cuts.

Don't you think the same way as I do, and that's why you've been biding your time?

Xin Er.

I may have thought so before.

But if I really do that, what is the difference between me and those villains of the Xu gang?

The Xu gang is so bold. They actually dared to abduct the prisoner overnight.

The officials are about to submit their petitions,

and the key prisoner is kept in the Court of Judicial Review.

It must have been heavily guarded last night.

If there is no personal order from Father, I don't think anyone would dare to do so.

Father sent someone to take Ah Wen away.

This is... Ah Wen.

I don't know what Your Majesty means.

Do you really not know?

Back to Your Majesty,

I really don't know.

It seems like this memorial to impeach you

is all nonsense.

He's just a mere secret guard from the Xu Manor.

He was so easily coerced into betraying his master.

Of course, I don't believe it.

This memorial was shelved today.

As for those who were biased and believed this,

I am not going to pursue them.

Thank you, Your Majesty, for your trust.

You go back first.

Yes, Your Majesty.

I will leave now.

I really underestimated Zhao Chen Yi.

Did Ah Wen give an account of anything before this?

Ah Wen said to ask Your Highness not to forget what was promised to him.

Your Highness,

I beg you to tell my big brother the truth about what happened.

I do not ask him to avenge me, I only hope that he will stay alive and safe.

- Send someone to investigate Ah Wen's elder brother. - Understood.

Your Majesty, please let me boldly ask a question.

The evidence in this memorial is conclusive.

Do you really not believe it?

What do you think? What I want now

is a living and capable official who can help me rule the world,

not a dead and innocent and virtuous official.

Those old members of the Yu clique who have submitted petitions are loyal but mediocre.

And what I want is a balanced imperial court.

I'm such a fool. Your Majesty is wise.

Yi Er is still too young.

Since he decided to hide his strength,

he should no longer bother about the old Yu family affairs.

Did Yi Er ask for a decree to claim the domain?

Yes. He requested to claim it in advance.

No need to move in advance. Stick to the original plan of moving on his birthday next year.

Yao Er's heart has gotten bigger over the years.

Keeping Yi Er in the palace is also a way to stimulate him.

These sons of mine,

none of them can make me stop worrying.

If only

the Crown Prince gets healthier,

then I have no regrets.

I know my son well.

The Xu family has been loyal to the Crown Prince for many years.

As long as the Crown Prince is unharmed, you will naturally live a long life.

Thank you, Empress Dowager.

However, I have more important things

to report to the Empress Dowager this time.

Tell me about it.

I wonder if the Empress Dowager remembers

a palace maid who was in the limelight at your birthday banquet the other day?

Are you talking about Lu Ren Jia?

Yes.

How come a palace maid like her

is worthy of you coming to me to have a word?

In my opinion, this person is not simple.

She became close to the Fourth Prince

soon after she entered the palace.

Now that she has gone to the Crown Prince's side, I am worried that...

I don't wish to care about your feud with Old Four

and the officials previously under Yu clique.

Old Four is not a threat to Yu Er.

Don't make any extra problems.

I am afraid that we won't be able to make use of Lu Ren Jia.

She might cause endless troubles in the future.

This lady saved Yu'er's life. We should keep her for now.

It's not too late to kill her when she becomes unwanted.

Actually, I have a better solution.

Previously, at the birthday banquet of the Empress Dowager,

His Majesty seemed to like a palace maid named Yun Zhu.

Just another lowly girl who thinks she can become a noble.

She's too naive.

It was just a whim for the emperor.

He would not care about her at all.

I heard that this lady is close to Lu Ren Jia.

Lu Ren Jia participated in the birthday banquet this time

to help Yun Zhu to make amends.

So if we control the Yun Zhu,

later even if Lu Ren Jia has any ill intentions,

we will have the bargaining power to deal with her.

Do you mean to use her as a reminder to Lu Ren Jia?

Yes. If the Empress Dowager trusts me,

please allow me to handle Yun Zhu.

Then send her to the cold palace.

Send someone to keep watch.

Don't let her even dream of seeing the Emperor again.

Yes.

[Yu Manor]

[Seal of seizure by The New Ming Internal Affairs Office]

[Yu Zi Xin]

[Wu]

Why, why!?

Why did the emperor not convict him

when the evidence was so conclusive?

It's the Crown Prince. It must be because of the Crown Prince.

His relationship with the Crown Prince.

Xu Youzheng, let me see how long will you live

without the Crown Prince as your protective amulet.

Put your hand out. Who asked you to be disobedient?
