[Episode 10]

[Previously]

But don't know when it started that this cave

seemed to have been cursed.

Not one of my tribesmen that entered was able to come out alive.

The Yi-Demon is in this banquet.

He is among these people.

Forcing me to hand over the secret key to the seal.

Does this secret key have anything to do with Yi-Demon Emperor,

that's why, he would exert so much effort?

The scenery here in Ninth Heaven Taiqing Palace is indeed more beautiful than my Qiwu Tower.

Did you come here to look at the scenery?

The person is also pretty.

I have some good news to tell you. Come, try guessing.

I can't guess what it is.

Didn't I said so earlier? A great happy news.

You...are still the same.

So serious and cold. You should smile more often.

Smile like me.

Right?

Say it, what news?

That shameless disciple of mine

is the successor of Fu Zu.

Successor of Fu Zu?

How is that possible?

Our Ninth Heaven Taiqing Palace has always followed our agreement with Fu Zu

to look for the the successors of the ancestral talismans.

Lin Dong was clearly the successor of an ancestral talisman.

Moreover, after Fu Zu, there was never another Fu Zu.

We have looked down at him before.

Think about it.

The Ninth Heaven Taiqing Palace has always relied on the Natal Spiritual Charm to find ancestral talisman successors.

There are 8 ancestral talisman successors, but there is only one Natal Spiritual Charm.

It is now with Lin Dong.

The Natal Spiritual Charm is actually a token to find the successor of Fu Zu.

Then it means...that Lin Dong...

has both the Devour Talisman

and also the successor of Fu Zu?

Are you surprised? Are you shocked?

That shameless Lin Dong has picked up a huge treasure.

My disciple.

Then it means, our Ninth Heaven Taiqing Palace

has been established to guard the successor of Fu Zu?

Probably is.

But why did Lord Fu Zu do this? Does he not trust our Ninth Heaven Taiqing Palace?

Of course not. I feel that

this is Master Fu Zu's way of protecting his successor.

What should we do now?

Should we send more people to protect him?

No need.

That shameless rascal is not anymore that kid from Qingyang Town.

In his journey, he didn't just rely on luck.

To say something disrespectful to Fu Zu...

I still want to say it. He is Lin Dong.

His future attained state might surpass that of Fu Zu.

My disciple.

Such a scary youth.

Big Brother, the two secret key parts have now merged into one.

I also will continue guarding the seal as the new Tribe Leader.

Brother Lin Dong, should we wait for sister to finish handling tribe matters before leaving together?

I am a bit worried.

Lingshan, no need to worry.

With Xiao Yan by your sister's side, she will be fine.

She will come find us once she's done with her tribe matters.

What's important now is to find Lin Langtian

and the last Flame Talisman.

Lin Langtian left the Marten Tribe injured.

Sister and I sensed his breath and that of Sixth Yi-Demon Prince

to be going to the direction of Flame City.

Flame City is a city that was just built decades ago.

It is also the only place nearby where there are humans.

This Lin Langtian must have looked for a place to recuperate.

Let us then go to Flame City.

Come... Refreshing East Roc spring water!

It is effective for any kind of ailments!

For treating wounds, better vigor, and nursing your yuan energy.

You won't worry about rushing in your travels!

Come... Refreshing East Roc spring water!

It can cure any ailments!

For treating wounds, better vigor, and nursing your yuan energy.

How much per bowl?

Come... One yang-yuan stone per bowl.

Fall in line. Don't rush.

Don't rush.

It can cure any ailments! Do not miss out!

Really?

Refreshing East Roc spring water!

- Boss, give me one bowl. - Don't push...

Don't push! Don't miss out!

For treating wounds, better vigor, and nursing your yuan energy.

Come... All can have a share.

Give me a bowl.

Don't rush... Each will get a cup. Everyone has a share.

If you want to drink water,

drink East Roc spring water.

It can relieve exhaustion and wake you up.

Suppress the heat.

Looks like, our little inn

won't be able to make a fairy from Taiqing Palace like you stay then.

How did you know that I'm from Taiqing Palace?

After living for a long time, seeing so many things, of course, I know more too.

Since you know everything, then let me ask you,

where is the thief who stole the Flame Talisman from Taiqing Palace

staying now?

This one...

Sun and moon frequently reverses. Events easily gets blurred.

A thief before has now become the city leader.

I know why you are here.

I also know that you will return empty-handed.

You also know to predict things?

The security around City Leader is so tight.

You want to approach him? That's way harder than going up the sky.

Let's not even talk about you being a foreigner. For a person like me who has lived here for decades,

I only have seen him from afar.

When did you last see him then?

This answer is a bit expensive.

Tomorrow is the offering ceremony day in the Temple of the Flame God.

Flame City will become unbearably hot.

Miss, try to pack up with some East Roc spring water, so you won't have any problems with your travel.

Don't fight! Everyone get one bowl!

Don't miss out on this!

City Leader arrives!

The offering ceremony start!

Thank you to the heaven for bestowing us food and rain after a long drought.

We all could live this long all thanks to the care of the heaven.

Flame City is having its grand offering ceremony today

to thank the heaven

and hope that you all can sincerely pray

for blessings.

Long live City Leader!

Okay already.

I have already received your sincere prayers.

Go get a fire talisman each and pray on them when you go home.

The one he is hiding in his chest must be the Flame Talisman.

Be careful.

There is an assassin!

Protect City Leader!

The assassin is over there! Don't let her escape!

After her!

The assassin escaped.

The assassin disturbed the offering ceremony.

Inform all the guards in Flame City

to search inside and outside the city.

- Quickly go. - Yes.

Come and look!

Based on the orders of City Leader, search the whole city

- to arrest the assassin! - Close the city gates!

Quickly! All must be checked!

You!

- Turn around! - Come over here!

I'm not the assassin...

You!

You, turn around!

What do you do? Go back!

- You! - Quickly go over there and keep to the sides!

I didn't do anything.

What are you doing? You, come over here!

What do you do? You...

Turn around! Go there!

Also, you, you, turn around.

Go...

Turn around.

You, come here.

Turn around!

Stop! Don't run!

Hurry! Go after him!

Don't run!

The ones in front, stop him!

Stop! Don't run!

Susu...

Who is she?

Why does she look a lot like you?

Why did she try to kill me?

For so many years,

who else still remember me?

I can start cooking now.

Brother Lin Dong, my sister sent a message saying

that she and Brother Yan has reached Flame City.

Must I tell them to come meet with us?

Flame City has very complicated terrain.

We still don't know where Lin Langtian is.

Tell your sister that it's better that we search separately.

Let's just meet up in the inn tonight.

I will listen to you.

I seem to be sensing a Yi-Demon scent around here.

Quickly look! There is a bag here that's very similar to yours.

This...is Qingzhu's Cosmic Bag.

You were hurt so bad so stop pretending.

Yi-Demon Emperor said that I must follow you, so I won't hurt you.

That Old Marten is quite ruthless in his attack.

I don't need anyone to pity me!

Lin Langtian?

Your injuries...

are because of Lin Dong?

Miss Ling, your injuries are no better than mine.

If you ask me, he should just fulfill your wish

of dying in his hands. You deserved it.

You have become talkative. I don't know

if you've become less cold or more gentle.

Leave!

It wasn't easy to get her. If you won't eat her, I will.

Yi-Demon Emperor said

that I decide on all matters!

She doesn't have anything that I need.

No matter how much I've fallen from grace,

I still can't eat a human.

Leave!

Lin Langtian, have you not thought about

why you ended up in this state?

Lin Dong once said that you still have kindness in you.

It is still not too late to turn back.

Stop talking about Lin Dong!

Could it be that as long it was done by Lin Dong,

then that's the right path?!

I brought trouble to myself and willing degraded myself?!

How come he gets to have everything,

while despite my hard work,

I'm now left being a Yi-Demon Prince?!

Hey, Sky Yi-Demon Prince, what do you mean?

Leave!

All these were supposed to be mine.

Lin Dong already has so many things.

I just want him to taste

how it feels to lose something.

Is he that good?

Good enough to make you follow him?

Lin Dong has so many good things already.

One less you won't matter!

Who said that it won't matter?

This one is exactly what I'm lacking.

Didn't we agree that the Talisman Envoy must guard me forever?

How can you refuse to work midway?

Lin Langtian.

You are not anymore Lin Langtian.

You said it right.

I'm not him anymore!

Sky Yi-Demon Prince, this guy knows the Great Wilderness Classics Technique.

I can't catch up.

Why are you in the Monster Domain too? Are you here to look for your father?

You're overthinking. I have a different mission.

Hey! Brother Lin Dong saved you.

How come you're not even thanking him?

Lin Dong, with this dispirited appearance of mine,

must I wait for you to pity me?

Did you discover anything?

Nothing.

Drink some water. It's from East Roc Spring. It can invigorate you.

I'm not thirsty. You just drink.

Let me ask you something.

Sure. What is it?

What kind of person is that Brother Lin of yours?

Big Brother? He is a good person.

What I mean is, is he married?

How many girlfriends did he have?

Princess Royal, you...

You...

Do you like him too?

Just answer my question!

This... He... You can say that he's married.

Say it louder!

You can say that he's married.

What do you mean by that?

It's...

What this and that? Say it!

Don't ask anymore. Just drink some water.

I'm not drinking! Say it!

Sister!

Sister!

What's wrong?

Brother Lin is in trouble.

What happened to him?

He saved the assassin that tried to kill the City Leader of Flame City.

We're here to look for Yi-Demons. How come Lin Dong is instead bringing trouble to himself?

Brother Lin said that he has kissed that sister, so he must take responsibility.

- It's Miss Ling. - Who?

Who is Miss Ling?

That's right! Who is she?

When I got hurt in Qiwu Tower before, you helped change my clothes.

Today, we're even.

You...

That's more like. The angry you is more like in the past.

You look better than when you're cold and indifferent.

Here.

For this small matters, I can do them myself.

You've protected me so many times. Reversing our role sometimes feels quite fresh.

There are so many people that you want to protect.

I don't want to add to your burden.

Quickly say it! Who is that woman? When did Brother Lin kiss her?

Say it! Say it!

What does 'Lin Dong counts as being married' mean?

This...is a long story!

Then shorten it.

You're not saying, is that it? If you won't say it, I'll sing.

Hey! Don't! Don't sing!

When you sing...it's better that you just kill me.

I...will say it.

Miss Ying, she seems to be still training in Dao Sect.

Miss Ying?

Who is she?! Isn't it Miss Ling?

This...

Tell me honestly, why are you here in Monster Domain?

And you even become an assassin.

This an affair of Taiqing Palace. I can't tell you.

I know why you're here.

Even if you know, I don't need you to meddle.

For my own matter,

I don't like outsiders interfering.

How did I become an outsider to the Talisman Envoy?

You have Huanhuan.

I have my pride.

Cut the outsider, insider.

Are you still the Talisman Envoy?

I'm now the successor of Fu Zu. The Talisman Envoy must listen to me, right?

Heal your injury and pride first

and we'll talk.

- I... - What I? Quickly sit down.

Sit down.

Here.

Timing and Subtitles brought to you by The On Fire Penguins Team @ Viki.com

You look better when you're angry.

Big Brother initially liked Miss Ling.

Miss Ling, she...does not like Big Brother.

But, Miss Ying likes Big Brother.

Afterwards, Big Brother seems to have fallen in love with Miss Ying. But at this time,

Miss Ling seems to also like Big Brother too.

Bog Brother and Miss Ying almost got married.

But, Miss Ying left again.

What kind of mess was that?!

It is indeed messy.

Did he get married or not?

This... When he and Miss Ying

were about to hold the wedding ceremony, he left.

They didn't get married.

They didn't proceed with the wedding ceremony.

They didn't have a wedding ceremony.

Then...have you been married with anyone?

I haven't.

Really?

They didn't have a wedding ceremony.

I didn't. I'll go get you two something to eat. I'll get going now.

Sister, they didn't have a wedding ceremony!

What are you two talking about?

I saw Xiao Yan rushing and leaving in a flurry.

Did you two bully him again?

He probably is anxious

on how to cover up you hiding an assassin here.

The person who hurt Qingzhu is Lin Langtian.

After escaping from the Monster Domain,

- he has been fleeing to different places. - What about now?

He is hiding near Flame City.

He currently doesn't have the energy to use the Dimension Talisman, so he can't flee very far.

We must quickly find him. We must eliminate him

before he recovers from his injuries.

Xiao Yan can accompany you to find him.

Immediately inform me once you find him.

Lingshan, can you stay here and take care of Miss Ling for me?

Why must I take care of a person that you brought here yourself?

It will be me dressing her wounds then.

For the subsequent dangers, I have to rely on you two to bear them with me.

Lin Langtian is the enemy of the Nine-Tail Fox Tribe.

Even if you don't say it, we will go after him.

City Leader. The assassin has not been caught yet. The guards searching

couldn't find any traces of her. Maybe, she has escaped.

No. She wasn't able to kill me.

She won't leave. Go first.

Yes.

Sister Ling!

What are you doing?

Do you like Brother Lin Dong?

What about you?

If you like him, then admit it.

In the Monster Domain, a man that is liked by more women means he's more outstanding.

I don't mind other people liking him.

Liking is liking. We never hide our feelings and say things differently.

Do you understand that when someone doesn't have you in his heart,

the more he's good to you, the more it is a burden.

Why?

A love fate is a freak combination of factors to begin with.

If everything will always fall into place, why then

are there so many problems in this world?

What are the activities of the City Leader lately?

The pursue order has been withdrawn, as if nothing has happened.

Everything is back to normal.

Sister Ling, are you going to the Flame God Temple?

The weather in Flame City is very hot, hence, you tend to spend more yuan energy.

You must drink more East Roc Spring Water to replenish your energy.

Sister Ling! Brother Lin Dong will not allow you to go.

That is your Brother Lin Dong.

Your courage in loving and hating,

I admit that I'm inferior.

Drink some water.

You also drink some.

I'm not thirsty. You drink it.

We...must find an East Roc Spring Water soon.

Okay.

East Roc Spring Water from the heaven!

It is a must here in Flame City...

If you want to know where the spring water—

- What are you doing?! - How come it's you? Why were you following us?

What are you saying?!

I was on my way to East Roc Springs to get water and passed by here.

Can you take us with you?

Xiao Yan!

Let's go!

- Come.... Hurry. - Slowly...

East Roc Springs from the heaven!

It's a must in Flame City!

You want to take the Flame Talisman and keep it to yourself?

I'm bearing a mission from Taiqing Palace.

You haven't fully recovered. If you act rashly, what's the difference of that with committing suicide?

Stop convincing me. I won't give up.

Who told you to give up?

We have to work together if you want to get the Flame Talisman.

You then can find your father and fulfill your wish.

Lin Dong, right now,

you have surpassed your past self.

It is now you controlling the situation for me.

Doesn't that settle it?

Leave everything to me.

You don't need to treat me this well.

There is a need.

Because you're Miss Fairy.

If Miss Fairy is in any trouble,

I will risk danger without question.

That Lotus Dart you threw that day,

just happen will be our clue.

As long as we follow the Beidou Bird,

we probably can find where it is.

The answer is inside.

The answer is inside.

Mother.

This is not true. This is a spiritual domain.

Which means...a spiritual domain

is created by a person's emotions and thoughts.

How come you were able to recreate Ninth Heaven Taiqing Palace?

[Preview]

The reason City Leader searched for you was because...

...he is the Talisman Guild President and your father.

I initially planned to fool the Tribe Leader of the Thunder Clan

to get the Thunder Talisman. After I kill Fifth Yi-Demon Prince,

I will then give it back to them.

But an unexpected thing happened.
