[Episode 8]

I am one of the ancient eight elders,

the Master of Darkness.

Bring these two back for me!

Wait!

Just tell her that her brother went to the demon realm.

He is waiting to fight alongside the Master of the Dark Palace.

Elder Sister!

Elder Sister, where are you going? Shouldn't you at least tell me?

Close your eyes.

- Why? - Just close your eyes!

The Yi Demon's scent!

Do you understand now?

If it were just escaping marriage, there is no guarantee that we can leave the Demon Realm.

But if we can make the Yi Demon yield,

we would have done a great service to the Nine-Tailed Fox Clan!

Then I can use that as a way to cancel the marriage and we can leave!

But with just the two of us, can we really do it?

Of course not.

But if we have the Devour Talisman, then things will be different!

Ling Shan, in the entire Fox Clan, only the two of us dare to face the Yi Demon.

If we don't attack who else will?

Elder Sister, we already said that we will go everywhere together.

Ling Shan, I don't want to force you.

I am willing to follow you.

It's the scent of the Sky Marten Clan.

Then, is the Yi Demon hidden amongst the Marten Clan?

We will only know if we go and check.

But... taking away other people's things is not nice.

If we do this won't we end up becoming thieves?

After we suppress the Yi Demon and if he truly is a good person,

then we will return the ancestral talisman to him.

Then at that time I want to return it.

Under no circumstance is she allowed to sing,

you have to be careful.

We are unable to take them, hurry and leave!

Run!

General, we were unable to find that fox.

But we discovered the whereabouts of the Squirrel Clan.

We don't want them, we just want the fox.

Go and search more thoroughly!

Hurry!

Elder Sister, are you alright?

Ling Shan how can you be so stupid? It's so dangerous.

We must hurry and leave!

Be careful!

So foxes also have times when they do stupid things.

The benefactor who loves nuts, where did you go?

- Men, take them away! - Yes!

Wait, you are not allowed to hurt them!

Little Princess, he is a good person!

Little Princess, don't be scared!

- How can he be a good person? - He won't hurt you!

He is a good person, don't be afraid!

I really have no intentions of harming your lives.

But you have to promise me that you will not enter the territory of the Sky Marten Clan.

Who wants to get close to them?

But when did the White Wolf Clan have any ties to the Sky Marten Clan?

Don't come closer!

The Devour Talisman! How do you have this?

This was originally mine.

Xiao Yan?

Big Brother!

He just got tied up and taken back to his home like that.

Never thought that Master Diao also have such a embarrassing moment.

Indeed.

So in the Demon Realm, not just one person wants to escape marriage.

I'm referring to you.

Life-Death Talisman.

That belongs to our clan, you cannot take it away.

Well that's strange.

How come you can take away my Devour Talisman that I have merged into my palm?

So it's because of the Life-Death Talisman.

How did you get this ancestral talisman?

Sister, Brother Lin Dong is not a bad person.

Our Nine-Tail Fox Tribe and the Sky Marten Tribe

are two mythical beasts that serves the ancestral talisman since prehistoric times.

This Life-Death Talisman was given by Fu Zu.

Too bad, because of the long duration,

there is no one anymore in our generation who knows how to activate it.

So your tribe are enemies of Yi-Demons too.

Yes. Sister stole...borrowed...

...borrowed your Devour Talisman to go to the Sky Marten Tribe and subdue the Yi-Demon.

You're saying that the Yi-Demon is in the Sky Marten Tribe?

Hao Jiuyou, you bastard, let me go!

The bride will be arriving tonight.

I, your brother, came to deliver you your wedding clothes!

You even have the nerve to call me your brother? If you are, let go of me!

Young Master, Old Marten King wanting you to get married

is also for the sake of the whole Marten Tribe.

Just for the Marten Tribe, must I be sacrificed? Who is going to think for my sake?

Who told you to be the Young Master of the Sky Marten Tribe?

What Young Master?!

For several years that I was not around, hasn't Sky Marten Tribe still done well?

Moreover, you are also skilled.

You does thing more thoroughly than I do. With you assisting my father is enough.

Why don't you just be the Young Master and marry that fox?

I am willing, but Old Marten King insist that it be you.

I will ask you one last time. Are you letting me go or not?

Don't blame me then!

Young Master!

- What are you trying to do, Young Master? - Let's go, good brother.

Young Master! Young Master!

Those who don't want to die, move aside.

Don't mind me!

If Young Master escapes, how are we going to explain it to Marten King?!

Get lost!

Move!

Attack! Don't mind me!

I told you all to attack! Attack!

Old Jiu, you are becoming boring.

Just stay here then!

Xiao Diao, here!

How did you find me? Did Stupid Tiger inform you?

It is still my Big Brother who is a friend.

Or else, I would have been prostituted and sent to that vixen.

What?

Princess Royal Mu Xinqing of Nine-Tail Fox Tribe greets Young Master of Sky Marten Clan.

You...are Mu Xinqing?

You are quite beautiful.

There! Over there! Hurry!

Hurry! After them!

They are there! After them! Let's see where they can still run to!

Never thought that a vixen like you is quite good.

Lin Dong, what's wrong with your ancestral stone?

Xiao Diao, your Marten Tribe is indeed quite a special place.

I also don't know about this!

Timing and Subtitles brought to you by The On Fire Penguins Team @ Viki.com

Lin Dong, who really are you? What is that stone in your hand?

This is the ancestral stone, my symbol as the Talisman Guild President.

It usually is very quiet. I also don't know what's wrong with it today.

That is the ancestral stone.

Auntie Xin, you recognize it?

That is a personal keepsake of Master Fu Zu.

Being the Thunder Talisman Successor,

I guarantee that Lin Dong is the Devour Talisman Successor and the Talisman Guild President.

I fear that he is not only the Devour Talisman Successor and Talisman Guild President.

For him to be able to get the ancestral stone, he must have obtained guidance from Master Fu Zu.

I think...he might be the successor of Fu Zu.

Actually, I...

Big Brother, at this moment, we should stop hiding it from them.

My Big Brother is indeed the successor of Fu Zu.

The Sky Marten Tribe and Nine-Tail Fox Tribe have finally waited for the successor of Fu Zu in our lifetime.

Assist them up.

Drink!

Come, one more!

Drink!

One more round!

Fill it! Fill it!

Old thing, I did not lie to you, right?

For these past years, I was not just idling around.

Sit down.

Okay, let's have one more round. Drink! Pour the wine!

I don't have the right to meddle in the wedding between your two tribes.

But in marriage, it would still be better if both parties are willing.

Right now, the bride and groom are both refusing to accept this marriage.

As their friends, I want to beg the two Tribe Leaders for a favor.

Can we cancel the marriage agreement and make them choose the life they want?

The marriage between the two tribes was a rule set by Fu Zu.

Hope Brother Lin can reconsider it.

Rules are dead, but people are alive.

Xiao Diao is now the Thunder Talisman Master.

Miss Mu holds the Life-Death Talisman.

The two of them will naturally bear their responsibilities.

Why must we still use marriage to bind them?

Since that is the case, we will follow the wish of Brother Lin.

You get to escape this time.

The Nine-Tail Fox Tribe is willing to follow the wish of Brother Lin.

Since we were fortunate to meet the successor of Fu Zu,

why don't we use turn this wedding banquet to your welcoming banquet?

Come.

Everyone, raise your cups.

Never thought that Tribe Leaders are so open-minded.

I will drink first to show my respect.

Okay! Okay!

I finally was able to escape this trouble.

Cheers! Pour the wine!

Drink! Fill it up!

Lingshan, let's go.

Drink! Bottoms up!

Come.

One more time. Bottoms up!

Hey, you two, why are you not drinking inside and came out here to mumble?

Young Master, since there is no more marriage agreement, there is no need to pester us anymore.

Don't misunderstand. I'm not interested with you.

I was just asked by someone for a favor.

Stupid Tiger said that he offended you two before and sent me to apologize.

Didn't that Stupid Tiger say that my sister is not worthy to be with you?

How come he's acting like a loser now?

Only I can call him stupid. You little fox should call him Brother Yan.

Tiger, talk if you want to say anything. Or else, even this little fox will look down on you.

It is my fault for stealing from your camp last time.

No matter how angry I was, I shouldn't have hurt a woman.

Afterwards, I even used your little sister to threaten you.

I really regretted it a lot.

But the way you protected your little sister, you were so like a man.

Are you praising my sister?

He's Stupid Tiger. He doesn't know how to speak.

He's just trying to make friends.

Tiger, what Princess Royal means is if you want to apologize, drink first.

First, I'm not mad at you for fighting with me.

In duels, there's only a victor and a loser. Gender is not important.

I lied to you. You defeated me. We're even.

Second, using a loved one to threaten a person is too lowly.

When Fu Zu did it, I can only endure it.

But when his lackey also did the same, I can't endure it anymore—

Who are you calling a lackey? Don't use such address.

He is the Prehistory Talisman Master.

Say, Tiger, can we be more like a man? Aren't these just women?

I'll just find you someone better next time. Why must you endure their insults?

What? You want to drink a third cup?

Drink! Continue drinking! Pour the wine! Drink!

Drink! Drink! Come!

Continue drinking! Come!

Come. Bottoms up!

Sit. Come... Bottoms up!

Drink! Drink!

Little girl, you must not drink.

I never let my little sister drink wine.

Are you really the successor of Fu Zu?

Why did you not tell us from the start?

If I did, would you still have treated me like a thief?

Won't that decrease the fun?

From now on, you can be like your sister.

You can leave the Monster Domain, see the world outside with your own eyes,

and live the life that you want.

Sister, are you unhappy?

Are you leaving?

I've waited for this day for a long time.

Before I leave, there's still one thing that I must do.

Do you remember that we once sensed a Yi-Demon aura here in Sky Marten Tribe?

Of course, I remember. But I just can't sense his exact position.

When we just arrived here, my yuan energy was deficient, so I wasn't able to check it.

But now that my yuan energy has slowly returned...

The Yi-Demon is in this banquet.

He is among these people.

Come. Come.

The aura is coming from Hao Jiuyou.

Not only that. The Yi-Demon is hiding more deeply.

For it to be able to hide that deep, it must be not a usual Yi-Demon,

but a Yi-Demon Prince.

But I still cannot discern who really is it.

Sister, are you not leaving anymore?

You're going to stay to catch the Yi-Demon?

Giving up the marriage is not equivalent to giving up my identity.

Even if I'm going to leave,

I can't leave my tribesmen in such a dangerous place.

Stop! Where are you going?

I'm going to tell Brother Lin Dong.

The identity of Brother Lin Dong is very complicated.

The Yi-Demon is already monitoring his every move.

If he makes any strange movement, the Yi-Demon will quickly sense it.

What is our Fox Tribe best at?

Singing.

Bewitching people?

Have you forgotten the hunting principle that Auntie Xin taught us?

Wait for the right time, and act according to the circumstances.

Let us each monitor one person.

Let us be hunters today.

You keep watch of that small one.

Xiao Diao!

What, Old Thing? Why did you call me? Do you want to compete in drinking alcohol?

I want to ask you what nonsense have you said that angered the two princesses,

such that they are still not back until now?

Their legs are with them. Must I watch them for you?

You rascal! I...

The princesses of our Fox Tribe are naturally restless.

Especially Lingshan. That girl never stops for a moment.

Sorry to have embarrassed ourselves.

Tribe Leader, the streets here in the tribe are very complicated.

I fear that the two princesses might have gotten lost.

It's better that I look for them.

Go.

Thank you, Elder Hao.

Come, Marten King, let's drink.

It is my fault for escaping my marriage before.

Now that I returned, he said that I angered her away.

Anyway, in this house, I haven't done anything right.

Master Diao, you got scolded by your father again?

It's that ferocious fox's fault!

Wandering off by herself and has gotten lost.

Blaming me for it.

Where is Lin Dong? How come he's gone too?

Big Brother asked us to delay it as much as possible and act accordingly.

He went to find the two princesses.

Timing and Subtitles brought to you by The On Fire Penguins Team @ Viki.com

Lingshan! Wake up! Quickly wake up!

Lingshan!

Was I sleeping?

Earlier, you must have been affected by this thing.

- Illusion Demonic Flower? - Illusion Demonic Flower?

Auntie Xin told me that this is a poison planted by Yi-Demons.

Once you inhale its fragrance,

you will lose consciousness.

Leaving this poisonous thing here will bring eventual trouble.

Wait. It's useful to you.

Useful to me?

Auntie Xin, when usual people inhale the scent of the Illusion Demonic Flower, they will lose consciousness.

But Fu Zu has the ability to control it.

You can use it to increase your spiritual power.

What if I'm not the successor of Fu Zu?

Will I be in danger?

But you are the successor.

Forget it. Whether I die or live, let us just give it a try.

Since the Illusion Demonic Flowers are thriving here, then the Yi-Demon must be around.

My sister sense the Yi-Demon aura in Hao Jiuyou and Old Marten King.

Hence, sister told me to follow Hao Jiuyou.

I then ended up here.

Hao Jiuyou? Old Marten King?

If there is a flower, then there must be a root.

As long as we find its source,

we can find out the location of the Yi-Demon.

This is the source of the Illusion Demon Flowers?

Little Fox, this might be a trap.

Go back and look for your sister first. Leave this place to me.

I'm not going back!

Maybe, I might be of help to you, right?

So, this is the Sky Cave, the forbidden area of the Sky Marten Tribe.

But why did Hao Jiuyou go inside?

Wasn't he walking in front of me earlier?

How come he just reached this place now?

Looks like, just to get you off his tail,

he made a lot of circles.

Now that the major matters in the world has been set,

why are you still being so stubborn and inviting suffering?

I don't know.

This is the forbidden place of the Sky Marten Tribe.

How come it's full of Illusion Demonic Flower?

That is Old Marten King? Why is he here?

As long as you tell me where the Secret Key is,

Yi-Demon Emperor will spare the whole Marten Tribe.

As the Tribe Leader, must you prioritize your reputation more than the future of the whole Marten Clan?

I don't know!

The real Old Marten King is in here.

Then that Old Marten King in the banquet is...

This is a trick that Yi-Demons frequently use.

This is the consequence of going against Yi-Demon Emperor.

Do you want the whole Marten Tribe to suffer with you?

I...

...don't know!

Old Marten King has very high cultivation.

He's able to endure this kind of torment for a bit longer.

Let's inform your sister and Xiao Diao first.

You have some skills.

You actually found this place.

Hao Jiuyou, have you connived with the Yi-Demons or you yourself is a Yi-Demon?!

A person who refuses to face the truth will forever get immersed in illusion.

Since you two are here, then don't leave anymore.

Brother Lin Dong! Brother Lin Dong!

Say, where could Big Brother have gone to?

Why are you panicking? Aren't we searching?

It's that vixen's fault.

I thought that we've brushed her off, but I ended up getting duped by her.

Although Princess Royal has a bad temper,

she's very loving to her little sister.

Also, in terms of looks, she's quite pretty.

You like her?

What nonsense are you saying?

- Look...you're blushing. - Are you drunk?

- How am I blushing? - You're blushing!

- Say that again! - Let's go.

- Let me take you to propose marriage to her. - What marriage proposal?

- Isn't that just your father? - Someone's coming.

Why is she following your father?

Princess Royal, why are you sneakily following my father?

I have no time to explain.

- Hey, Xiao Diao. - Don't butt in.

This is the territory of the Marten Tribe. Why are you following my father?

Don't you find your father strange?

How can I not know my own father?

What's strange about him?

Your father and Hao Jiuyou both has Yi-Demon auras.

Yi-Demon, what are you saying?

Auntie Xin, what's wrong with you?

That Marten King is fake.

Quickly go...

Auntie Xin, don't talk. I'll treat your injury.

It's too late, child.

You have a more important thing to do.

This fake Marten King,

he...took away... the half of the secret key...

...protected by our Nine-Tail Fox Tribe.

What secret key?

Quickly...

Auntie Xin! Auntie Xin!

Auntie Xin...!

Brother Lin Dong!

Your power has increased.

As long as it can save people, it is a good voice.

Let's go save Old Marten King first.

Natal Spiritual Charm in your Niwan Palace (head)?

You...are you the real Old Marten King?

Successor of Fu Zu,

please receive my bow.

Quickly get up.

- Tiger, let's separate and search. - Okay.

I am Lin Dong. Xiao Diao is my buddy.

But I really am not some successor of Fu Zu.

It's just that Xiao Diao doesn't want to get married,

so he made me pretend to be the successor of Fu Zu and act with him.

- That rascal is back? - Yes.

That rascal, has to come back now and incite trouble.

Xiao Diao and I have become sworn brothers.

We've been travelling to eliminate the Yi-Demons.

Good thing, he's helping me out.

[Preview]

But don't know from when it started, this cave seemed to have been cursed by someone.

None of my tribesmen who went inside were able to come back alive.

He forced me to hand him the secret key to the seal.

Does this secret key have anything to do with Yi-Demon Emperor,

worthy for him to exert so much effort.
