Steve was arrested for espionage because you used that bionic eye

to download top secret ISA files!

>> Stefan: [laughing] That-- that's ridiculous.

>> Kayla: The hell it is! You have remote control of that

eye. You used me, you used Steve, and

you took advantage of our desperation for him to see

again. And now my husband is in prison

you! >> Stefan: Doctor...those are

very serious charges you're making right now.

>> Kayla: I know firsthand what you are capable of.

I'm not even gonna go into what you did to Abigail.

I came to with a hell of a headache wrapped in a rug in the

trunk of my car to find this crazy woman with these big crazy

glasses and crazy teeth grabbing me out of the trunk.

>> Will: Susan? >> Leo: Mm-hmm. I was weak as a

baby. She said something about the King being dead, but that I

would be luckier? Then she drove me to this

godforsaken place in the middle of nowhere.

Then she took me to this creepy doctor who injected me with a

syringe-- >> Will: No! Susan and Rolf

saved you? >> Leo: [laughing] The look on

your faces... No! I'm messing with you!

When you rolled me up in that rug, stuffed me in the trunk and

left me for dead, I was still alive.

[edgy music] ♪ ♪

>> Ben: I had the phone in my hand, looking at Tripp dead in

the eyes. I was about to call the cops and have his ass

arrested. >> Ciara: Why didn't you?

>> Ben: Claire talked me down. >> Ciara: Claire was there?

peace? >> Ben: She's all about

If I turned him in, he would have done some hard time.

One thing I have realized, though, is I can't expect

someone to give me a second chance if I'm not willing to do

single detail of your miraculous resurrection, including the

crazy mom and mad scientist doctor...followed up by how you

medical field if I were you. Despite Sonny's best effort,

and you gave it everything you had, I was just unconscious.

His people grabbed me from the Salem Inn back in August.

They took me to some godforsaken island in the middle of nowhere.

It took me months to escape because they locked me up.

He'll get to the bottom of whoever co-opted Steve's bionic

eye for espionage. >> Kayla: Or this was just some

grand performance. >> Stefan: [sighs] Kayla, I

And I will do everything in my power to find the guilty party

and clear Steve's name. >> Kayla: And why would you do

that? >> Ciara: Anyone else would have

had Tripp's ass thrown in jail, so...I hope he appreciates what

you did for him. >> Ben: Can't really blame the

guy for wanting to protect you from me...given my history.

Hell...if I were your boyfriend, I'd want to protect you from me

too. >> Ciara: But still, to frame an

innocent man? I mean, the evidence that he

planted against you could have got you back into prison, and

>> Kayla: Maybe you were motivated by love in a twisted

DiMera sort of way. But the damage is done, and I--
