=Episode 17=

(One day before New Year, Xi’an)

I’m really feeling the vibe of New Year in Xi’an.

Look, it’s so beautiful.

Tomorrow,

in Chongqing,

there will be another road show.

On New Year’s Day the day after tomorrow,

your movie will officially be released.

We’ll be flying to Beijing to attend the premiere.

Afterwards, you have two other road shows

in Wuhan

and Nanjing.

Nanjing is close to Shanghai.

Do you want to go back and rest a bit?

After getting busy with your next schedule,

you won’t have time to go back anymore.

What activities are scheduled next?

A few interviews,

a magazine shoot,

and a shoot for an advertisement.

Before Spring Festival, the platform

has a few awarding ceremonies

that you must attend,

but they’re all in Beijing.

I won’t go back to Shanghai then.

I’ll fly directly to Beijing.

Okay.

We have time for the Spring Festival Gala

on the first day of the lunar new year.

Let’s attend then.

Is the schedule for filming on the set of Mr. Li’s movie confirmed?

The fifth day of the lunar new year

is the time for the table read and test shoot.

And the eighth day of the lunar new year is when you will officially start shooting.

If there is some work

that can be done before going to the film set,

let’s do them.

I don’t want to keep taking leaves while filming.

Okay.

By the way,

there’s an event in April

that I think you’ll be interested in.

What is it?

April 24th

is Space Day.

It’s probably because you posted something

about the aerospace tech air purifier for civilian use

so the organizer invited you

to join their gala.

If you come back

after I leave,

I won’t be here to give you

a passionate welcome anymore.

Don’t miss me.

I’m going on a business trip for a month soon.

I don’t have time to think of you.

Can you show me some respect?

I may not know what exactly happened

between you and Cotton,

but who are you?

You’re our idol.

You shouldn’t live this way.

Come on.

I’ll see you off.

(Paiods Hotel)

- It must have been hard on you. - Thank you.

Bye.

What do you think about the Space Day Gala?

I must give them a reply.

Sure, why not?

I’m honored to be invited.

Okay.

I’ll say yes to them then.

I think this is quite good.

It’s quite positive for your image.

Besides,

you might see Teacher Yu there.

Teacher Yu is so talented.

Perhaps he’ll be a special guest or something.

Maybe.

At the celebration party last time,

Teacher Yu didn’t attend.

If you have time later on,

treat Teacher Yu to a meal.

We’ll see.

My luggage.

Here.

Good night.

Get some rest.

- Good night. - Good night.

I’m not sure how the signal is there,

so I came home for a visit.

For New Year’s Eve this year,

will you be able to make it home?

Yes.

That’s good. Great.

That’s great.

I’ll go and buy some cooked food.

Why?

He must eat freshly-cooked food.

Shrimp, fish,

Less salt, less oil, less sugar.

I have no choice.

I can only buy

some pork head meat outside

to nourish myself a bit.

Where did you get personal money to buy that?

I’ve been saving it for dozens of years.
