=The Journey of Chongzi= (Adapted from "The Journey of Chongzi" by Shu Ke)

=Episode 37=

What kind of person is Chong Zi

in your impression?

Everyone yearns for light

and hates darkness.

And the light in the world

is born from goodness.

To me,

she is the light.

It doesn't matter whether she's an immortal or a demon,

as long as the essence remains the same,

Why did Sage Chonghua leave suddenly?

Did I say something wrong?

It's the spiritual fruit guarded by Soul-eating Bird

Are you afraid?

It's not your fault.

Buzhou Mountain is an extremely dangerous place in the six worlds.

The Soul-eating Bird on the mountain

Zhurong fruits can strengthen the primordial spirit.

Take it for nutrition,

eating it can dispel the demon scent.

That's good.

Thank you, Mr. Phoenix.

But he's my son anyway.

For my sake,

please let him go.

I'll find a way to call him back.

I...

I am begging you.

Don't do this.

I am begging you.

It seems that the demons

are really going to attack this time.

As long as the demons aren't destroyed,

the immortal sect will be in trouble.

If it goes on,

everyone would become a demon.

Since you are all here,

let's come up with a countermeasure.

You can speak freely.

Today, the demons slaughtered Kunlun,

and Lord Yu Xuzi was killed in the Demon World.

We can't let them go easily.

But now the demons are powerful.

We may need Sage Chonghua.

I am duty-bound.

But under the current situation,

it is necessary to unite all the forces of the immortal sects,

Qinghua, Tianshan,

Kunlun, Changsheng Palace,

and even sects like Yunfeng

and Fusheng.

How can such a low-level sect like the Fusheng Sect

be compared with us?

What's the difference

between low-level and high-level?

Now the demons are making trouble.

Everyone in every sect

is equally threatened.

At such a moment of life and death,

there should be no distinction between low-level and high-level,

let alone separating from each other.

Since everyone agrees with this,

how about exchanging disciples

among the immortal sects?

On the one hand,

it can balance the strength of each sect,

on the other hand,

it can prevent each sect from caring about their business only.

In particular, it is necessary to strengthen

the defense of Tianshan and Qinghua.

If there is a change in any party,

immediately notify all sects.

Mortal sects like the Fusheng Sect

should set up a stronghold in the Mortal World,

try their best to recruit people with lofty ideals,

and strengthen their ability to fight against the demons.

Exactly.

Let's send word to those castellans and emperors

to garrison troops and food

in case of emergencies.

And one more important thing.

Demon Zi.

I'll deal with her myself.

My king, we are back.

Where is Chong Zi?

My king, what's up?

You don't look well.

Is Chong Zi in danger?

Chong Zi went to Buzhou Mountain alone

and hasn't returned yet.

I just sensed that

she might be in danger.

I'm going to Buzhou Mountain to find her.

All the trouble

is caused by me.

I should be responsible for the immortal sect.

Yinfan.

You don't have to put too much pressure on yourself.

I have a way.

It's just...

Get to the point.

Back then, we sent Shuiji to lurk by Ni Lun's side.

(Chonghua Palace) Although Shuiji defected later,

she was still the most important part

of the war.

Now

can you figure out a way

to persuade Chong Zi

or

take advantage of your relationship

- to design a plan for... - My disciple became a demon.

And I will figure out a way to persuade her.

If I can't stop the battle between immortals and demons,

I will not forget my duty.

Worst case scenario,

I will die with her.

Chong Zi.

How are you?

How do you feel?

This isn't working.

Your demon and spirit scents have been draining.

You are so smart,

but still deceived by me.
