=The Journey of Chongzi= (Adapted from "The Journey of Chongzi" by Shu Ke)

=Episode 30=

How do you know

it was done by Chong Zi?

Aren't you the one who asked Chengfeng

to go to the Demon King Hall to find Chong Zi?

Yinfan.

She's become a demon.

You can't always protect her like this.

Otherwise,

you will harm yourself and Nanhua.

I know Chong Zi best.

She will never kill innocent people indiscriminately.

You...

Why are you following me?

Piss off.

King Jinchi from Chiyan Mountain

captured the living beings into the cave

and sucked up their essences.

The Immortal World can't let him run amok.

But now

he is trapping the people of Chiyan Mountain in the mountain.

If we attack by force,

we will definitely hurt innocent people.

So please

think of a safe plan.

I heard that the demons intend to subdue Jinchi.

Jinchi belongs to the lineage of the Dragon,

whose strength can't be underestimated.

If he really falls under the demons' command,

their power will definitely get even stronger.

This time

it is not only a contest with Jinchi,

but also a battle with the demons.

If Qinghua Palace goes to fight against Jinchi,

Kunlun Sect

will do our best to help.

Lord Zhuo, please go kill Jinchi.

Fight against Jinchi...

It is a good thing for Qinghua Palace to come forward.

But don't we need to

discuss this matter with Nanhua

before making a decision?

After all,

Sage Chonghua

is the chief of the immortal sect.

Sage Chonghua has been in seclusion recently,

not caring about the outside world.

I really don't understand

what he's been thinking lately.

How about the Kunlun Sect

going to crusade against Jinchi?

Our Kunlun Sect

is not far from Chiyan Mountain.

Great.

I'll ask my son Zhuo Hao

to go there on Qinghua's behalf.

(I'd better tell Sage Chonghua about this.)

Greetings to Councilor.

Greetings to Master.

Ke, you came just in time.

Yu Xuzi from Kunlun Mountain and Zhuo Hao from Qinghua Mountain

are about to go to Chiyan Mountain to subdue King Jinchi.

Nanhua has to help

in such a matter.

Lead a group of Nanhua disciples

to meet them

and kill Jinchi with all your strength.

Yes, sir.

What's up?

The immortal sects have already set off for Chiyan Mountain.

You and Demon Zi should also go.

Otherwise it will be too late.

It doesn't matter if they go first.

We will catch up.

Everyone is looking forward to Young Master's contributions.

When you come back,

she will be Queen Zi of the Demon World.

Why don't you take me with you?

It's a long trip.

If I go with you,

we can take care of each other.

I don't have time to take care of you.

I mean I can take care of you.

All right, I'm going to sleep.

Get out.

Wait.

Zhuo Hao.

Lord.

The disciples of the immortal sects have camped around the cave

and set up a shield to surround the cave.

What are we going to do now?

Why panic?

They only blocked the entrance,

so they must be afraid of hurting the mortals down the mountain.

Since they want to stall for time,

let them be.

Leave us alone.

Yes.

It's enough.

It's my essence inside the essential pill.

I promised you not to hurt anyone again.

And I mean it.

But

those in the immortal sects...

Don't worry.

I am here.

Lord Yu Xuzi.

Jinchi has been trapped in the hole

so far without any movement.

Do they think hiding in the hole would be all right?

Lord, don't act rashly.

If you blow up the Jinchi Cave,

it may trigger an earthquake,

and the villagers down the mountain will definitely be affected.

Exactly.

Anyway, Jinchi was trapped inside all night.

He won't be able to escape.

With this Apricot Fairy Tree,

the monsters will definitely come out.

King Jinchi.

I didn't expect them

to use this method to force us to take action.

King Jinchi, why don't we rush out

and fight them?

That being the case,

everyone, attention.

Get ready to go out and fight.

Yes.

- Yes. - Yes.

Honey.

Jinchi is so infatuated that

he brings his wife at this moment.

Jinchi.

You have killed countless lives.

Today we are going to execute you.

Darling.

Stay aside.

Just show me

what you can do.

I used to fight side by side with them,

just to help Luo Yinfan slay demons

and protect his common people.

But in the end,

I became a demon.

It's quite ironic.

There is only victory or defeat between you and the immortal sects.

If you are softhearted, you will be hurt.

Don't forget that

the Demon King is still waiting for your triumphant return.

Darling.

Honey.

Leave me alone.

Run!

No!

Jinchi.

If you surrender,

I can keep you and your wife alive.

No more nonsense.

Let's perish together.

What are you doing?

Lord Yu Xuzi.

The person we want to arrest is Jinchi,

what does it have to do with his wife?

Right.

Sneak attacks shouldn't be done by the immortal sects.

You don't understand.

Jinchi.

If you don't want your wife to die,

don't resist

and surrender now.

This is Jinchi and his wife Lady Bai.

Unexpectedly, Yu Xuzi

used this method to force him to submit.

Jinchi was originally a dragon.

But he absorbed the essence of mortals,

and became an evil immortal,

which is beyond the comparison of ordinary monsters.

Yu Xuzi

seems to be

at his wit's end.

I hate sinister people the most

in my life.

Why do you have to do it yourself?

Let's just sit idle

and enjoy the fruits of others' work.

Jinchi

can't last any longer.

What if I insist on

helping Jinchi

defeat the immortal sects today?

What are you waiting for?

- Chong Zi. - Chong Zi.

Why don't you leave?

Darling, come on.

I didn't expect that the lord of Kunlun

even ignored the lives of the people down the mountain

in order to deal with a monster.

How dare you claim to be immortals

who protect the common people in the world?

So ridiculous.

Witch, here you are.

You have fallen into being a demon,

and now you are helping the demons

to hurt the disciples of the immortal sects.

What qualifications do you have

to stand here and talk to me?

- Master. - Master.

- Master. - Master.

You also came to kill me?

If you say that,

you got me wrong.

Come back with me

before things

get too far to be saved.

I will help you.

Zhuo Hao.

What are you talking about?

Chong Zi, seeing you

made the trip worthwhile.

What's so good about the Demon World?

Come back with us.

I promise

no one dares to hurt you in front of me.

Chong Zi.

We understand your pain.

But no matter what, you can't be a demon.

Come back with us.

Didn't we agree to protect the common people together?

Great.

So great.

Neither of you changed.

One is casual, elegant, and unscrupulous.

The other is upright, kind and benevolent.

But I can't even

recognize myself anymore.

Thank you.

It's just that

I can never go back.

Why not?

Come back with us.

Zhuo Hao, you...

Zhuo Hao.

I am fine.

Lord Yu Xuzi.

We are from decent sects.

It is really against the spirit of the immortal sects

to play a trick and hurt others.

Devil.

If you go back to Nanhua with me to confess the crime,

maybe I can spare you

for the sake of Sage Chonghua.

I haven't committed any crime.

But you,

as the lord of the Kunlun Sect, are so vicious

and used such indecent means.

So shameless.

Today I'm going to kill

you sanctimonious old guy.

Sage Chonghua.

Today we must

kill this witch.

Leave now.

- Sage Chonghua. - I said

leave.

Luo Yinfan.

If you dare to hurt Chong Zi again,

I...

Are you okay?

Qin Ke.

Leave with Young Master Zhuo.

Yes.

Chong.

Do you really want to fight against the immortal sects?

What if I say yes?

I just want to ask

if you know what you are doing.

Did you kill Chengfeng?

Is there any difference

if I did so

or not?

I have been carrying

a lot of people's lives,

it doesn't matter.

I sent Chengfeng to persuade you

because I believed that

there was no difference

between you at that time

and the paranoid you now.

You may hate me,

irritate me,

but never leave me.

Your becoming a demon is nothing but a ridiculous behavior.

But I didn't expect you

to kill Chengfeng.

And you harmed

so many innocent immortal disciples.

I'm afraid

even I can't save you in the future.

Save me?

When did you ever try to save me?

If you want to kill me,

why bother using Starlight?

I'm returning it to you now.

We have nothing to do with each other

from now on.

I took great pains to call you back to the right way,

but you are determined to sever ties with me.

Chong.

You can no longer have anything to do with the demons.

Go back with me.

Go back?

Where?

I will soon master Mirror Heart Skill

to purify the evil breath for you.

And then?

Follow me back to Zizhu Peak.

Are you trying to trick me back

into the Ice Prison again?

Supervisor Sage.

Long time no see.

This is something between me and my disciple.

Leave us alone.

Supervisor Sage, you look askance at the six worlds.

How can you not know that she is no longer your disciple?

Step aside.

Who will protect her if I go?

I don't need anyone to protect me.

Young Master.

(Luo Yinfan.)

(She is yours.)

(She can only be yours.)

What's wrong with you?

Chong.

I have to take you away today.

You can only be with me.

Even if you die,

you have to be killed by me.

You still want to take me back?

Okay.

Take a try.

Young Master.

Jinchi and Lady Bai have submitted to us.

We'd better not rush things through now.

Let's go.

Chong!

You girl.

There are many people care about you.

In the battle in Chiyan Mountain,

if it wasn't for the sneak attack of Demon Zi,

Kunlun would have already taken down Jinchi.

What a devil.

It's hard to prevent her.

Lord Yu Xuzi, don't blame yourself too much.

The demons took advantage of the sneak attack with maliciousness.

Since Sage Chonghua has been to Chiyan Mountain,

why didn't he erase Demon Zi?

Isn't the spiritual power of Sage Chonghua

enough to deal with her?

Or he didn't do it

for the sake of old times?

Don't worry.

Nanhua

will never let go of any demon.

And Sage Chonghua won't do it even more.

Qin Ke.

Lead some disciples to the Mortal World

to track the trace of Demon Zi.

If there is any suspicious situation,

let us know immediately.

Yes.

Mr. and Mrs. Jinchi have submitted to the Demon World,

and they have made great contributions to assist Demon Zi.

He is officially named King Jinchi,

having the same power as the protector.

If it were someone else,

I would not be willing to surrender.

But Demon Zi saved me and my wife from danger,

and she is a righteous person.

To repay her,

I am willing to submit to the Demon World.

Never mind.

You are Dragon King of the Monster World.

You don't have to abide by the demons' rules.

I give you special permission to lead the former subordinates.

In the future, you will surely fulfill your potential

in the battle between the Demon World and the Immortal World.

Are you satisfied?

I will live up to the entrustment of you, my king.

We don't have to hide anymore.

Have you forgotten

what you promised me?

We can't go anywhere right now,

only here is

home for us.

Hold on for a few days.

Demon Zi is now

favored by the Demon King.

If we get her blessing,

I will beg her

to let us go

someday.

Everyone who followed Demon Zi

to fight this time

can go to Yin Xinmo

to be awarded according to merits.

Yes, sir.

In the battle of Chiyan Mountain,

Demon Zi not only brought back King Jinchi,

but also severely damaged Qinghua Mountain,

and even escaped unscathed from Luo Yinfan's sword.

She has quite the demeanor of the Demon King Ni Lun back then.

Today

I will bestow the Tianmo Token on Demon Zi.

The time when Demon Zi lifts the seal

is when the Demon World will unify the six worlds.

Young Master.

Go get the Tianmo Token.

Young Master.

Young Master.

Go get the Tianmo Token.

Queen Zi.

I hope it won't take too long

for the Tianmo Token to be unsealed.

Queen Zi?

As rumored,

the Demon King is going to marry Demon Zi.

They are getting married.

They are getting married.

The Demon King is going to marry Demon Zi.

That's it.

It seems that many of you

have heard of it.

Today

I will officially make it public to the six worlds.

Demon Zi and I

will choose an auspicious day to get married.

After the wedding,

she will be officially titled Queen Zi.

A queen

is also the king.

Queen Zi is the daughter of the former Demon King Ni Lun,

and she's with the blood of the Celestial Demon.

Treat Queen Zi

as you treat me

in the future.

Understand?

- Yes. - Yes.

- Queen Zi! Queen Zi! Queen Zi! - Queen Zi! Queen Zi! Queen Zi!

This is the trace left by the demons.

Could it be Chong Zi?

Sister, what's wrong with you?

Sister, wake up.

Sister.

Wake up.

Sir.

Could you save my sister?

What happened?

My sister didn't come back

after going up the mountain to chop firewood yesterday.

She was already like this

when I found her.

I'm afraid she ran into a demon.

Sir, please help.

Sister.

You finally woke up.

Sister.

Sir.

Why is my sister like this?

The demon cast a certain spell on her,

and my injecting immortal energy into her doesn't work.

We should go to the medical clinic in town.

Catching a cold is a big deal.

In the future,

you can't wait until this point to see a doctor.

If your man doesn't cherish you,

you should love yourself even more.

Boil the medicine on low heat for four hours.

Take a small bowl every morning and evening.

And you will be fine in half a month.

Thank you, immortal lady.

Senior Qin.

Why are you here?

I heard that an immortal lady in the city is curing the sickness to save the patient.

I didn't expect it to be you, Miss Ting Xue.

Please take a look at them.

Immortal lady, please save my sister.

Senior Qin, why do you have the time to take care of this?

I was ordered to look for Chong Zi,

and I happened to meet them.

I have to take care of them.

She's also like this.

Several girls have been like this lately.

Their sober breath was taken away by the demons

and affected their minds, that's why they are like this.

Calm down.

Take this Condensation Pill.

Within three days,

your sister will come to herself.

Thank you, immortal lady.

Senior Qin, where did you

find the two of them?

On the mountain in the western suburbs.

Senior Qin.

How about we go to the western suburbs to check?

There may be

other victims.

Okay.

Many women have been sucked away sober breath recently.

Did you do it?

So what?

What does it have to do with you?

Why did you do this?

I will say.

The Demon King's wedding is coming.

I'd like to use the sober breath of mortal women

to refine Gilt Rainbow Beads,

and make a necklace for Queen Zi.

Queen Zi?

The daughter of the former Demon King Ni Lun.

Not only did she return to the Demon World,

but she will also marry the current Demon King Wang Yue.

Everyone is eager to prepare a gift for her.

(How come?)

(Who forced her?)

(Chonghua Palace)

Sage Chonghua.

Why are you here?

I have something important to tell you.

Sorry to bother you.

It is about Chong Zi.

When I practiced medicine in the Mortal World,

I found that many girls' sober breath

was sucked away by a demon.

Later I learned that

it was a demon who was trying to make a necklace with sober breath

in order to...

in order to celebrate...

Go ahead.

In order to celebrate the marriage of Chong Zi and Wang Yue.

To stabilize her position in the Demon World,

Chong Zi agreed to marry Wang Yue.

They are about to get married soon.

It's widely spread in the Demon World.

It's just that

the sages are busy subduing Jinchi

and haven't heard of it yet.

I heard this matter

with Senior Qin Ke.

Sage Chonghua, you can ask him.

It's a serious matter.

I reported it to you first

because I don't want you

to learn about it from others

until all the six worlds know about it.

You have entangled with Chong Zi for a long time.

I hope that

you are mentally prepared

and plan ahead.

Demon King.

Young Master has gone to bed.

I'm afraid you are the only one

in the entire Demon World

who hasn't called her Queen Zi yet.

Are you really

going to marry her?

It's a big event.

I want the entire six worlds

to celebrate for me and Queen Zi.

You should also cheer up.

I thought

only girls not betrothed yet

would be so at a loss

before marriage.

Don't touch me.

I just want you to relax.

No need.

What's up?

I came today

to bring you a rare treasure.

This is the wedding dress

of the Demon Queen, that is, your mother.

Demon Queen?

Shuiji?

There is no need to mention the past.

It's a pity that

she passed away

before becoming the Queen of the Demon World.

She had no chance to wear this wedding dress.

But now you are going to marry me.

You will command the demons as Queen Zi,

so naturally you need a battle robe with a history.

The wedding dress of Demon Queen.

After three generations as a demon,

I finally met you.

Don't get me wrong.

I said

I'm not interested in kids like you.

What's more,

you are my young master.

By the way,

this may be the last time I call you young master.

What do you mean?

Tomorrow is the day

for our wedding.

(Wedding Invitation)

What is it in the sky?

What's that?

(Wang Yue and Chong Zi will get married tomorrow.)

(Wang Yue and Chong Zi respectfully invite...)

Chong Zi is going to marry Wang Yue tomorrow?

Are you sure the news is true?

The demons spread wedding invitations to all six worlds.

How could I lie to you?

Zhuo Hao.

(Chong.)

Master.

Hand over Chong Zi.

What are you talking about?

Stop.

Leave us alone.

Yes.

Didn't I make it clear?

What are you doing here?

What am I doing here?

Of course to take you back.

Back?

There is no room for me in the immortal sect.

Wake up.

Young Master Zhuo.

Even if you don't go back,

do you have to marry Wang Yue?

Don't tell me

you have fallen in love with him at first sight

these few days in the Demon World.

So what?

What does it matter to you

who I like and who I will marry?

Zhuo Hao, let me go.

No!

You can't even stand me doing this,

so how can you marry Wang Yue?

You should at least

marry the one you really like.

This is my bottom line.

Whether I like that man or not,

he will never marry me.

Zhuo Hao.

Stop doing stupid things for me.

I don't deserve it,

and I can't repay you.

Chong Zi.

I...

You can never leave here

alive today.

Enough?

If I don't make you suffer,

you'll never let go.

Chong Zi.

That's the reality.

I'm already Demon Zi.

Today

I hurt you.

Tomorrow,

I will carry out a slaughter in the immortal sect.

Immortals and demons have been at odds since ancient times.

Stop having fantasies about me anymore.
