to go up against Grant and Brooke B.

and then now Grant dissing your ability at the elimination

in front of everyone.

I just helped Grant win this elimination

it's really good for me and my alliance,

..you're gonna swim 300m in this pitch-black, near-freezing water

over to a cliff.

You're then gonna climb up that cliff

to a creepy abandoned Argentinian town.

Hidden throughout that town are a series of tyres and tokens

worth points.

You and your partner will run a kilometre to your stations,

and while the tokens are each only worth one point,

the tyres are worth much, much more.

But to access a tyre, you're first gonna need to complete a task.

The harder the task, the higher the point value, so choose carefully.

You have two hours to collect as many points as possible.

The team who collects the most points

will win tonight's challenge and avoid elimination.

RYAN: Brittany and Conor made quite the silly decision

putting us together.

Tonight involves a lot of running.

do you feel as though they would protect you,

giving us a chance by putting, like, Ciarran and Kiki in.

to put us in, but I'm fit, I'm healthy and I'm ready to go.

because not only are you losing out on your chance

to get $200,000 in prize money,

the first-ever Challenge World Championship

airing globally on Paramount+.

The plan has worked and I couldn't be more happier.

I don't really mind who leaves from the other alliance,

but as long as it's Emily and Grant or Ryan and Sugar,

I'm pretty geed.

If I hadn't had so much botox,

then maybe you could see a surprised face,

or maybe not, because I'm not surprised.

Tonight, we are playing one of my absolute favourites

and it's called Balls In.

The main aim of the game is to get your balls into this basket.

Emily and Sugar, you'll be playing against each other

and Ryan and Grant, you'll be playing against each other.

To start the game, one of you is gonna be playing offence

and one of you is gonna be playing defence.

Once a goal has been scored or it's a dead ball, you're then gonna swap.

You'll have three chances to score a goal in the basket.

The player to have scored the most at the end of that round

is gonna earn a point for their team.

My shoulder's just not at fitness for this,

so I'm really trying hard to keep it in

because the last thing I wanna do is pop that out

and have to lay on the ground and try and get it in for 10 minutes.

SUGAR: Jesus.

EMILY: Go, Grant.

Now, this is a match-up we've all be waiting to see.

Emily is an Olympic athlete, she's very strong, she's powerful,

but Sugar's a boxer.

She's a warrior. This is gonna be carnage.

I took wrestling lessons just to know how to use my body weight.

I didn't become a world-champion boxer by luck.

and I'm giving it everything that I've got

because I want it and I want to be here

and I want to win.

I would have been more inclined

to thinking Emily was gonna win this because of her size,

but Sugar is like a bulldog down there.

I am so grateful I am not in this arena tonight.

That would have ruined my contour for sure.

[AIR HORN BLARES] GRANT: Go, go.

Beat her, beat her, beat her.

Sugar getting straight into it.

Emily Seebohm all there

and she says, "You will not get through me."

[CONTESTANTS CHEER]

RYAN: Bring the ball up! Flip it up!

Emily is not letting it go,

pushed right up against the goal, literally.

Both girls have their... Sugar gets it out and scores a goal.

[AIR HORN BLARES] Good work, Emily!

Sugar has scored one basket,

so Emily must get this one,

otherwise Sugar will win this round.

GRANT: Go, Emily! Go, Emily!

Emily tries a long shot. Sugar is tackling her.

The ball is just left all alone on the sand.

SUGAR: I can hear she's getting tired.

I'm resting well at the same time, so I'm not burning energy.

All I'm thinking is, "I've got you. I am going to smash you."

RYAN: Turn her over. Hold her legs. Good girl, hold her legs.

Oh, Sugar...Sugar going for the ball and throws it out of bounds.

That's one point for Sugar

and that means we are going into a sudden death playoff.

We're gonna decide which team goes into that, the males or the females,

based on a coin toss.

On one side of the coin is a 50, and on the other side is a building.

I'm gonna give the girls the 50 and the boys the building.

It's the boys.

WOMAN: Let's go, boys.

Grant and Ryan, you are both playing for your team's chance

to stay in this game.

Sugar is relying on me to win this. I'm just gonna give it a go.

If the shoulder comes out, the shoulder comes out.

I'm not planning on going home any time soon at all.

GRANT: Oh, it's bittersweet, I think,

is probably the best way to describe it, you know.

but we also lose two of our closest people in the house,

so it is a loss as well.

When can we start taking out people that we don't want to be here,

you know what I mean,

instead of taking our mates out, you know?
