[Episode 2]

Kind, really kind!

Okay, go catch your thief.

Quick, let's go.

Let's go.

Nuts. Follow me!

Surround the steamed buns store.

Surround it!

The officers are catching thieves. No one can leave!

Hold them back!

Whoever violates the law will be killed!

[Flour]

Young Master, we found it.

Why is one missing?

Where is the tribute list?

[Tribute List]

[One relic of the Wolf Tribe, an iron box embedded with jade]

The relic of the Wolf Tribe, an iron box embedded with jade?

What is it?

I don't know.

Oh no!

Quick, quick! Lockdown the street.

People who ran away from the steamed buns store, arrest them all!

- Yes! - Wait!

What happened today stays here.

- Understood? - Yes.

Why is one missing?

Lady, Uncle is not here.

Not here?

He is said to be back later.

Lady, there are so many people around.

How about if we go back and come again tomorrow?

No. The fatsia must be sent here as soon as possible.

You send the spice to You Rou first, I'll wait here.

Okay! I'm going.

What are you doing?

What a coincidence! I want to ask what are you doing here?

Last time in the temple,

I was implicated by you but helped you to get out.

I have done what I can.

I don't want any trouble.

Please let me off and do not trouble me.

You have your own carriage,

but still rent such a low-key one.

And you changed your outfit.

Everyone knows you are waiting for someone.

And you can't expose that person's identity.

I have been in Western Turk for two years

and I always behave myself.

- Everyone knows about my kindness. - Keep pretending.

Second Young Master just returned.

You charge me with some crime out of nowhere.

I just can't bear it!

Women like you fear the most to be married to someone

and then be locked inside the house.

You can't go out at all.

Every day, your maids are nagging around you,

making you live like the walking dead.

Besides, I have a habit.

I like girls of this type.

Just like you, the jinx!

Lady.

Why do you look so pretty, Miss?

- What's wrong with him? - So pretty...

This guy has really got something.

He actually made me this irritated.

So, what should we do now?

He's like this now...

After all, we can't throw him from the carriage.

You go and tell the driver that we are going to the music house.

What shall do we do there?

We go and satisfy him.

Music house.

Pretty girl, pretty girl... Hey, pretty girl!

I like her.

- Girls that can sing and dance... - Here, this way.

- I prefer them more. - Come on. Come on.

Going to this kind of place all the time.

No wonder he will be scolded.

Brother Xuan Yu, we're not going inside?

Yes! Let's drink here and wait for him.

- Do you remember the tastes of Second Young Master? - You're a beauty, I like it.

- Sure, of course! - I also like you!

Serve him well.

You'll get more awards if Second Young Master is happy.

Okay! No problem.

Second Young Master will definitely be satisfied with us.

- The pretty girls can sing and dance. - Second Young Master,

how about you go inside with these pretty girls?

I'll pick you up later.

How did this happen?

You're also a pretty girl. You can't go.

What's the point of holding the attendant?

Girls, send him upstairs!

Coming!

- Going upstairs? - Let's go!

- Going upstairs! - Please go upstairs, Second Young Master.

Lady, what happened to you?

I'm fine. Let's go.

Okay.

Come here!

Please go upstairs.

Hold on!

Look.

What should we do?

You go and tell the driver that we are staying here longer.

Give him more money and have him wait for us.

Okay!

I didn't expect them to come so fast.

Fortunately, I took away the relic of the Wolf Tribe in time.

Slow down, Lady!

You've not recovered yet.

Wait for me.

Have you done the things I told you?

Yes. Slow down.

The sacred stone is glowing!

Is it the energy of the Wolf King?

The energy of the Wolf King must be nearby!

I've heard that you're versatile and talented, Expert Lu.

Seeing you today, I feel you really live up to your reputation.

Not worth mentioning, Lady Su.

It's just an insignificant skill.

To be frank with you,

we came here to ask a favor from you.

You are welcomed, Lady Su.

You are so courteous.

Just bid me as you want.

It's like this, the next month is the 60th birthday of Empress Dowager.

And we prepared a present for her.

We plan to rehearse the "Magu sending congratulations" to make her happy.

It's my honor to help you.

But the practice of singing and dancing

requires a spacious and quiet place.

That's easy.

My side courtyard is empty for now.

And the practice can be arranged there.

Since you all agree with that,

I'll wait for you in my side courtyard tomorrow.

I'll come to visit you tomorrow.

It must be one of them.

Who are you?

I'm Ling Long.

Princess?

I'm sorry to bother you because I have my own difficulties.

And please don't ask too much.

I wonder what are you planning to do, Princess?

There's a quiet alley in the street nearby my home,

please take us there.

Got it.

Come on, drink!

Brother Xuan Yu, she told the maid to send the message that

she's going to play longer and told the driver to wait.

How can two girls be addicted to this kind of place?

Brother Xuan Yu, what should we do now?

We can't do anything. Just wait and drink.

- Come on! - Okay.

Young Master, have a taste of this.

Second Young Master, let's take the wine cross-cupped.

Sure! I'll drink it.

Young Master.

Come on!

Come on and drink it!

Second Young Master, I don't dare lie to you.

Even if I ate bear heart or leopard gall!

The attendant that sent you here

said Second Young Master likes

mature and talented women!

Second Young Master, the three of them were

popular courtesans back then!

About the things that happened tonight,

I will definitely kill whoever mentions it to others!

Why did I have a dream like this?

I haven't had a dream like this in a long time.

No way, it's not a dream!

I heard the chicken was taken away.

Yeah! This is the first time I heard about such a fierce weasel.

How big do you think it was?

The tiles are all over the ground

and the claw marks are so clear.

Does the weasel have a human spirit?

If we're hunted by the weasel with a human spirit, we will be screwed!

Lady!

Xiao Jin, is it?

Let's get inside and talk about this.

Is it because of the recurrence of my multi-spirits symptom?

Yes.

And then?

You went back to sleep after eating the chicken.

Did I cause such a huge disturbance just to eat a chicken?

I stayed with you after that.

Thank goodness there was nothing else.

Later in the morning, I went to find Fourth Young Master.

He told me to come back and he would come here soon.

You did a great job. What day was it yesterday?

The fifth day of the lunar calendar. Not a full moon.

It hasn't re-emerged since I was eight.

It was also not a full moon night.

Why would it relapse?

Forget it. Bring me the assurance pill first.

Yes.

Lady, we didn't bring many assurance pills this time.

Without the acupuncture treatment of my mother,

it's not enough depending on assurance pills only.

The most important thing is that...

First, we can't leak this out.

Don't let people in the foreyard come to the backyard.

Second, we have to find out the reason why I relapsed and try to control it.

Tell everyone.

These days, I will close my door and won't see anyone.

Yes.

What's the smell of that inferior powder?

I can't wash it off at all!

Hurry up! Add some more!

Okay.

We know you are bathing.

People who didn't know might think you were making pickles.

- Right? - Yeah.

Yes.

You've been in there for two hours,

you'll absorb the taste if you go any longer.

Yeah, Boss.

We can't eat anymore.

Just come out, Boss.

I'm going to work.

What are you going to do?

To do the laundry.

It's pointless to wash the clothes, just burn them!

These clothes are in good condition. Why do you want to burn them?

You just do as I say.

I don't want to see them anymore!

Guys, follow my lead and bring your weapons in a bit.

What are we going to do now, Boss?

She was pretending to be an innocent rabbit

and I can do nothing with it!

This time, she finally reveals herself! For what happened,

I have to get even with her!

Is anybody there?

Open the door!

What are you doing?

I didn't mean to!

Can't you be polite?

Can't you?

Princess, I'm here to propose marriage!

My Lady has a recurrence of an old illness and she's not free to greet guests.

Please go back, Second Young Master.

She was fine yesterday and she's suddenly sick?

She must be hiding from me.

You're joking, Second Young Master.

Second Young Master, please go back.

I have to see her if she's really sick.

It can show my sincerity for the proposal.

Back off, back off!

Second Young Master, are you going to intrude?

So what?

Qing, don't make a fuss.

What are you doing here, Mother?

You can fool around at ordinary times

but look at where we are.

Even if you ignore her identity as Princess,

you have to save the face of our family.

It's because—

What? Just go back.

Madam Yan.

I heard from Yu that your princess is sick, so I came here to visit.

Thank you for caring. This way, please.

Why aren't you leaving?

I don't know what Ling Long did

to make Second Brother unhappy.

It's absolutely her fault.

I'll apologize for her.

Where's my smart little brother?

I guess you're enchanted by her!

Let's go!

Take it easy, Second Brother.

This way please, Madam Yan.

Lady, Madam Yan is here.

Please, come in.

Please, Madam Yan.

- Nice seeing you, Madam. - You're sick now, let's drop these courtesies.

You're still a bit warm. Have you taken medicine?

Yes.

That's good.

Please sit, Madam.

My second son has been like this since childhood,

he has come back just for a few days

and I don't know what happened

that he likes you.

He said he wanted to propose to you.

Madam, I don't have any inappropriate thoughts.

It's probably what I've done

to make Second Young Master misunderstand.

You just rest to recover.

And don't mind him.

If he dares to mess with you again,

you just tell me and I'll help you to deal with it.

What kind of illness did you get?

Do you need to ask a doctor to come over here?

This is my old illness.

I have appropriate medication with me all the time.

Don't worry about it.

All right.

I brought some medicinal herbs as well.

If you need anything, just tell me and don't be shy.

Being taken care of by you,

I'm so grateful.

Mother, let's leave Ling Long to rest.

We should go back now.

Okay. You have a good rest.

Just let Xiao Jin walk us.

You just have a good rest and don't worry about other things.

Everything...

will be arranged by our family.

Thank you, Fourth Young Master. Take care, Madam.

- You've sent them back? - Yes.

It was too dangerous today. Thank goodness for Fourth Young Master.

It is my fault for my imprudent behaviors

and made Yan Qing find out.

He definitely won't give up.

Depending on Yan Yu to help us is not a long-term solution.

We have to find the solution to cure me as soon as possible.

But Her Highness is far away from us in Southern Chu.

And we can't go back now.

What can we do?

Send a letter to them and let them find a doctor for me.

Find someone reliable that can be trusted.

Also, you have to remind them,

not to show up in Western Turk these days.

And we should probably delay our activities.

We can't let Yan Qing catch us again.

Okay, I'll do it right away.

Lady.

Lady Su heard that you're not feeling well.

- She came to visit. - This...

You can rest now and I will deal with her.

Hold on! I will go check.

Why are you sick suddenly?

Some trivial illness.

I'm better after taking medicine.

Don't worry about me, Sister.

My father has brought some medicine from the capital.

You can probably use it.

It's so nice of you.

It's fine.

There's a bottle of medicinal liquor in it, and it's a little bit heavy.

Please be careful.

Well, you can get a good rest and I will leave you alone.

Sister Su, I guess you coming here this time is for something else.

We are sisters so you can tell me directly.

You are so smart.

Next month, it's the 60th birthday of Empress Dowager.

We plan to rehearse the "Magu sending congratulations" to make her happy.

Sister, thanks for caring. I'm so grateful.

I'll take my leave now.

You don't need to walk me away. I'm pretty familiar with your place.

I won't get lost.

Take care, Sister Su.

Lady, you just said you wanted to suspend all activities.

Su's family is noble, and they're coming for the birthday of Empress Dowager.

Even if Yan Qing is a bastard,

I guess he won't dare to do anything inappropriate.

We can stay away from him.

More importantly, we can earn some money.
