You know, I think we should start off by trying to sell our tickets

for 135 per person.

I think it leaves us enough profit,

but it also gives us some room to move down if we're struggling.

So I think the lowest we can go is 100.

But these are the minimums.

Like, we shouldn't be selling the tickets at 100,

we should be selling them at 135.

So is everyone happy with that? Yeah.

So I'm really happy that we're going to be doing the catamaran tour.

I think that we're going to be able to sell this easily.

We're in Antigua. If we can't sell a catamaran tour,

then I don't even know what we're doing here.

It says on here the tour includes a pottery masterclass.

We can also include snorkelling in it. I'm really happy with that.

and the other people heard that, the other four, and said,

do you know what, we'll go in at 100.

So we got seven at that cost, simple as that.

Dropping down to 100, obviously,

that crunches on our numbers a little bit.

Obviously, we negotiated that if we sold all 16 tickets,

we'd be able to get it cheaper.

I definitely think the location was a challenge,

and had we chosen a different location,

I think we could have sold a lot more.

We had all agreed that the beach was better.

I felt that they kept repeating the issue of location,

and I kept reminding... We didn't keep repeating it.

I only repeat myself when you kept highlighting

we all agreed on the beach.

We were where we were, and it kept being a sort of,

This has been matured in the bourbon oak American cassock.

OK, so rums are made from sugarcane spirits.

The barrels that we use are ex-bourbon, though.

So they would have been filled with bourbon before

and then they would come to the Caribbean

and then we will fill them with rum.

How long does it take to make?

I believe this one takes about 30 days,

so this one isn't matured.

So the five-year-old ages for five years in a barrel,

then it goes into a big blending vat

and it stays there for 30 days marrying and then we bottle it.

Then we're going to move on and start to declare

how we would make a rum punch.

Yeah, obviously it was a disagreement, definitely there.

I think 70%, from my perspective, was bang on.

We did visit quite a number of locations.

The purpose of the tour was so people would be happy and entertained

and I would say that from the tips which we encountered at the end...

So we went to Pigeon Beach, that was our first location.

We arrived there and there was very few people on the beach.

I did say, though, Lord Sugar, at the beginning,

that the beach might not be the best location.

I thought that maybe an airport might be better,

just in terms of footfall.

The reason why I didn't want to go to the car park...

If I may, Lord Sugar, I have to say,

it was a constant battle of Shazia and Emma reminding us

that they never wanted to go to the beach.

Yeah, but they were only reminding you,

because you constantly kept bringing up,

that it was, like, a unanimous decision.

Wait, let me finish.

It was a unanimous decision that everybody wanted to go to the beach

and, in fairness to them, they were just offending themselves,

saying, don't put that on everyone,

and we argued loads during the day and wasted a lot of time.

Well, according to Claude, it was one big, long bickering session.

That was very true, and I did continuously remind the girls

that the only way we're going to lose these tasks

is if we don't work as a team.

No-one else was allowed to nitrate the day on.

but I'd been instructed by my sub-team leader.

It was like you were a bull in a china shop.

So I think I handled it the best I could. Yeah.

and earlier at the task, you would have had that extra time at the end

and maybe Danny and Marnie would have had the opportunity,

we're actually not available tomorrow.

That ten minutes could have actually been spent in that bar...

Emma, you are really reaching...and we could have got four extra sales.
