[Catch Up My Prince]

[Episode 22]

Princess Jia Ren, please go back with us.

- I won't. - Then, don't blame us.

Men, get Princess Jia Ren.

Yes, Sir.

Your Highness, leave now!

- We'll bring up the rear. - Release the arrows.

Leave!

Stop! Don't hurt the princess!

Zhao Chen Yi, you're injured.

Xiao Kang. Let's go.

- Who told you to shoot them? - I...

Go and get the punishment of twenty strokes.

Yes, Sir.

Just now Jia Ren called him Zhao Chen Yi?

Could it be...

Zhao Chen Yi, you're bleeding a lot. Can you hold up?

This arrow must contain poison, my body feels weak now.

What should we do? We don't know when the Eleventh Prince's troops will come.

The environment here is so bad, the wound is prone to infection, and must be treated as soon as possible.

The priority now would be to stop the bleed.

How about this? Xiao Bao, you go find some firewood and boil some hot water.

Alright.

Zhao Chen Yi, bear with it for a while.

I 'll go and find some medicinal herbs.

Girl, don't leave me.

I am just going out to find you some herbs to stop the bleeding.

I'm not leaving this time.

Xiao Kang. Go with her.

Yes, Your Highness.

Wait for me.

How's it going over there?

Wait a little longer. I'll look again.

Okay.

Where is it?

I see it!

I found it!

Look, this is thistle. It can stop bleeding.

Is this thistle?

Alright, let's go now.

Watch your step.

Qin Shou still has some conscience.

Oh yes, your name is Xiao Kang, right?

Yes, I'm Xiao Kang.

When did you start following the Fourth Prince?

Three years ago.

Do you have an older sister?

Yes. Do you know my older sister?

I have heard a little about it.

Let's go. Be careful.

We are back.

Xiao Bao, bring the hot water over. Okay.

Xiao Kang, wash this cleanly. Then, chop into puree and set aside.

Alright.

I'm sorry, Zhao Chen Yi.

I couldn't find any herb that can be made into anesthetic.

You will definitely be in great pain when I pull out the arrow later.

Bear with it.

It's alright. I'm not afraid of pain.

I brought some water.

What's the matter?

It looks so painful.

I remember you used to pull it out

without even thinking about it.

There's a pig flying over there! It's coming!

And you have the nerve to say.

Xiao Bao. You do the pulling.

Bear with it.

Be more gentle.

I am done. How's it? Does it still hurt?

I'm not in pain, you're the best painkiller for me.

Are you tired? Do you want to get some rest?

I don't want to sleep.

I'm afraid of going to sleep

and waking up to you disappearing again.

I definitely won't leave this time.

I'll keep you company.

Oh no! Your Highness, bad news.

The Eleventh Prince's troops are here.

Princess, Your Highness, what should we do?

They won't get far. Pursue them.

Understood.

Come out.

Quick.

Zhao Chen Yi?

Eleven...

You and Jia Ren...

Xu You Zheng wrote to Father that

you had defected to Wa Ci. So, it's true.

I have not defected. I just had to investigate something.

I had no choice.

Then go back to New Ming with me and tell Father everything!

- We can't go back with you now. - You...

Fourth Brother, since you defected to Wa Ci, don't blame me for not being nice.

Your Highness, be careful.

Xiao Kang!

Xiao Kang!

Xiao Kang!

Xiao Kang...

Xiao Kang...

You can't blame me for that.

Your Highness...The Yu family

has caused you a lot of suffering over the years.

No. I promised Teacher that

I would take care of you and your sister.

I promised Xin Er that I would take revenge for her.

Now I've broken my promise.

- I'm the one who's sorry... - You have sacrificed your life for us.

You shouldn't have to carry all these hatreds anymore.

You should go pursue your own happiness.

Xiao Kang.

Xiao Kang!

Xiao Kang!

[Keywords: Hope, Sacrifice, True Love]

Xiao Kang...

Xiao Kang!

So this is how the sacrifice is made.

- Bring them back. - Understood.

Eleven!

Eat this.

I'm not eating.

Are you throwing a tantrum?

What have you done with Zhao Chen Yi?

Why are you still thinking about him now?

He's your older brother.

If he were not my older brother, he would be dead by now.

Eleventh Prince, he is New Ming's prince.

He is your older brother. Why would he betray New Ming?

Is he New Ming's prince?

How come you, a princess of Wa Ci, seem to know more than me?

The matter of his defection to Wa Ci is not yet settled.

What to do with him is Father's business.

My duty is to bring him back to the capital and hand him over to Father.

You're taking him back to New Ming?

Yes.

He should be on his way now.

Slowly.

Your Highness, your leg is acting up again.

I thought we're heading to New Ming?

Why did you come here?

Let's take a short rest before we leave.

Your Highness, be careful.

Your leg injury is getting worse now.

Should we find a doctor to treat you?

No need.

Let's go.

When Princess was taken away that night, His Highness was so distraught that he kept looking around.

That's how the old leg injury relapsed.

You've talked too much.

Is it still painful?

I'm fine. I was injured by accident when fighting bandits a few years ago.

You were in bed for a month because of this injury.

You've talked too much again.

Why do you go to fight bandits?

Father has entrusted me with that important task.

It is my duty to protect the country and the people.

Eleven has really grown up.

Alright. You should get some rest.

We have to go back to the capital the day after tomorrow, so get ready.

The day after tomorrow? We can't.

Your leg injury relapsed, so you should to rest for a few more days.

How can I find a way to save Zhao Chen Yi with this amount of time?

Are you concerned about me?

I...I...

- You all come over here. - Yes.

Be careful, these are tributes.

You won't be able to afford it if you damage it.

How clumsy.

You all over there, hurry up!

[Tonghui Posthouse]

Princess, the day is coming.

Yes, it's an important time yet Ji Huan went back to Wa Zi by himself.

How unreliable.

Don't say that. I'm the one who told him to go back.

No, I have to go look for Zhao Chen Yi.

- Princess. - Princess. Who are you going to look for?

The people outside are all Eleventh Prince's men.

You've tried so many times, you won't be able to go out.

- Princess. - Princess,

if you continue to make a fuss, wouldn't everything be in futile?

What futile?

My god! I'm just opening the window,

there's no need for you guys to do this.

Princess, forgive our intrusion.

Because of how tight Eleventh Prince's guard is,

we haven't been able to meet you.

Thankfully you took the opportunity to open your window at the right time just now.

I-I didn't.

Princess, rest assured.

We've already prepared everything according to what the King has ordered.

Once you make the move tomorrow, we will be able to take them down in one go.

- Take them down? Take down who– - I'm sorry Princess.

This is what the King ordered us before we came,

that you can only read the content in this pouch the day before your wedding.

What does this map mean?

Princess, this is a live-saving map.

There are our men planted on the path marked out on this map.

As long as our assassination goes as planned, just leave according to this path.

Assassination?

Plan? Who are we assassinating?

We have already added poison to the cup

that Eleventh Prince is going to use for tomorrow according to the King's orders.

When Eleventh Prince drinks it tomorrow, he won't be able to fight back.

Just do what you have to.

We will protect you on your way back to Wa Zi.

As for that damned Emperor, I will deal with him personally.

No, you can't do that.

Did you develop feelings for these scums

after spending a few days with them?

Don't be fooled by their actions.

People of New Ming are sly.

Did you forget? We have held our promises all these years

and have never thought of invading them.

Yet, as we were celebrating our national festival, they invaded us,

causing our Late King to join the war without much preparation, and died on the battleground.

Now they're making you get married to them as their hostage.

They should count their blessings

that we let them die so easily.

In that case, the two of you

have already known of this assassination plan since a long time ago.

The King is worried that given your forthright personality, you won't be able to keep this secret.

He's worried that if he told you this plan earlier, it'd be ruined.

No. I won't allow you to do this.

Princess, what do you mean? You're not going to do it?

Think about it. Even if this assassination is a success,

what would become of New Ming and Wa Zi's relationship?

Also, even if you kill the current Emperor of New Ming,

there will still be a new Emperor who'd be bethroned.

By that time, the relationship between the two countries would only get worse.

Is this really what we want?

Also, I won't do any more harm to them.

Princess!

Shui Xin, are you crazy? How could you do this to the Princess?

Princess's heart has softened.

We won't be able to complete the mission the King handed us.

This is for our Wa Zi.

The flu in Wu Lin has been controled,

but we should continue to monitor.

Although they aren't able to continue their business with the outside world,

but the locals' life has already returned to normal.

I heard you captured Fourth Prince too?

Yes. I have already locked up Fourth Brother.

Do you want to interrogate him, Father?

This is not an urgent matter. Just get people to keep a close eye on him.

Yes.

This time round, you've done a good job.

Thank you, Father.

You should know too that I called you over this late not to just hear you talk about this.

Tomorrow is the day you and Jia Ren's wedding.

I understand. Everything is under my control.

[Tonghui Posthouse]

She hit me so hard.

[Streaming Eleventh Prince: Zhao Chen Xuan]

Oh no. The wedding's starting.

Greetings, Princess.

First bow to the heaven and earth.

Xiao Jia, I really want to be with you, no matter what happens in the future,

I will do everything to protect you. Trust me.

Second bow to your father.

Rise.

Bow to each other.

The marriage is done.

Don't drink, Eleven! There's poison in the wine!

Princess, run.

Eleven, was already prepared.

Your Highness!

Eleven!

Go!

Shui Ming, Shui Ming!

Shui Ming. Shui Ming! How are you feeling?

Princess.

I... Take care...

Shui Ming!

Shui Xin!

Shui Xin!

- Bring them down! - Yes.

Oh no. She's going to take poison.

Your Highness, she committed suicide by taking poison.

Shui Xin.

Shui Xin...

Eleventh Prince...

You're really all grown up.

You're really all grown up...

Report! The front line sent a letter saying that Wa Zi activated their troops overnight

and their main troop is nearing the border.

A bunch of useless things!

Are you saying the troop of 100,000 soldiers New Ming sent out

can't deal with the mere 40,000 soldiers our enemy has?

Father, this battle is far from New Ming.

There has been little to no breaks during this period of time.

By the time our troops arrived, they are already exhausted.

Also, although the size of Wa Zi's army is small,

but they herd and hunt, so they are indeed a strong enemy.

I don't need to here these explanations.

They tried to act amicable with a marriage, yet tried to murder me.

Now, they're provoking us time over time at the burder.

They are disregarding us New Ming.

Do you want me to watch them

enter the New Ming borders with my own eyes?

Father, I apply to join in the battle.

I will take over General Li to fight the enemies on the front line.

It's fine. I know,

you are determined to go to the front line to battle the enemy.

But your father is already getting old,

and you've also gotten badly injured this time. On top of that, Ling Wei is also pregnant.

It's better for you to return to the palace to recover. Get up.

Thank you, Father.

- Eleven. - Yes.

I've decided that you should lead the troops. Bring the troops to set off tomorrow.

You have to defeat Wa Zi completely.

Understood. I will not let you down, Father.

You haven't eaten in a while.

Eat something, Eleventh Consort.

Hold on.

What happened to those people who came with me from Wa Zi to New Ming?

The invasion of New Ming borders by Wa Zi

angered the Emperor. Everyone who came from Wa Zi with you

have been killed.

W-what about Ji Huan?

There was someone who was locked in here for a period of time previously.
