[My Lethal Man]

[Episode 2]

Zhuang Xinyan,

the granddaughter of Zhuang Cheng'an,

founder of a famous domestic luxury jewelry brand.

Her mother is Zhuang Cheng'an's

beloved eldest daughter,

Zhuang Meixuan.

Zhuang Xinyan grew up in the Zhuangs' Mansion.

She was taken care of by her grandfather and her family.

She could have grown up carefree

as Miss Zhuang.

Unexpectedly,

during the winter when she was seven,

the House of Zhuang had a huge accident.

When her parents were patrolling the branch office overseas,

suddenly there was a rainstorm,

they had a car accident.

Her father died on the spot.

Her mother went missing.

The hit-and-run driver escaped.

In order to help her through the setbacks,

he made up his mind

to send her abroad alone.

Although Zhuang Xinyan

has been abroad for all these years,

she didn't forget to return to the House of Zhuang.

Not only that,

she will also take back LH Star

her mother left for her.

So she concealed her identity

and grew up hard.

One month ago,

LH Star encountered the most severe debt crisis

since its establishment.

Its overseas debt that was supposed to be repaid in two months

needed to be repaid immediately due to a sudden change

in local national policy.

All of LH Star's assets were mortgaged on raw materials.

They had no assets to pay off the debts.

So the overseas bank froze

huge assets of LH Star.

Zhuang Cheng'an fell down

when he heard this

and fell into a coma.

Now the House of Zhuang and LH Star

are at the most critical moment.

Miss Zhuang must return to the House of Zhuang immediately.

Not only does she need to stabilize the House of Zhuang and LH Star,

but also get back the 40% of shares

left by her mother, Zhuang Meiyuan

and become the real heir of LH Star.

This is...

This is Zhuang Xinyan's personal information.

Her family,

her childhood friends,

the people she was close to and the people she hated,

every country she had lived abroad

since she was 7 years old,

and every friend

she had met in every school.

You have to remember them all.

Of course, there are also her living habits,

her favorite food,

food that she never touched,

her favorite music

and the type of business and languages she specialized in.

You have to remember all of them clearly.

How is that possible?

How...

How could I remember so many things

in such a short time?

You can't ask me to become exactly like her

in a short time.

I can't.

You have to do this.

In such extremely dangerous and profit-seeking places as

the House of Zhuang and LH Star,

countless eyes will be watching you.

If you show any flaws,

you'll be identified by someone with ulterior motives.

What's waiting for you and me

is not survival,

but only death.

Do you understand?

Yes.

Then what's your purpose?

Do what you should do.

Don't ask anything you shouldn't know.

It's mine...

Are you going to

show to others with this

that your surname is not Zhuang?

No.

I-I just...

I'll say it again.

From now on,

you are Zhuang Xinyan.

Zhuang Xinyan

is you.

Due to the debt crisis a few days ago,

the renowned luxury jewelry group, LH Star

has announced a major personnel change today.

The board of directors of LH Star

will sign the new certificate of appointment today.

Zhuang Jiakai, the son of Zhuang Caixuan,

the second daugther of the House of Zhuang,

is likely to be the heir of LH Star

and become the third-generation president.

Boss, this...

Turn around.

Let's go to LH Star.

What?

Why don't you sign it?

Do you have a problem with me being the new president?

It's a big deal

for the group to assign a new president.

At least let me meet the president.

My grandpa is sick.

Instead of helping him,

you're here to cause troubles, aren't you?

Listen,

no one can

take over LH Star besides me now.

Understand?

We still have Ms. Zhuang Meixuan.

What?

Say it again.

Let me tell you.

Now in the House of Zhuang,

only my mother and I are surnamed Zhuang.

What Ms. Zhuang Meixuan?

She's nowhere to find.

Also,

those who agree to sign this

certificate of appointment,

I'll let you stay.

Those who won't sign it

have to leave LH Star

immediately.

You can't sign it.

Everyone,

the certificate of appointment of the new president of LH Star

cannot be signed.

Who are you?

Do you know where this is?

Mr. Zhuang Jiakai.

First,

you are not the only third generation of the House of Zhuang.

When President Zhuang was seriously ill,

you're not the only heir.

Secondly,

according to the internal share settlement of LH Star,

you are not

the largest shareholder of LH Star.

So,

you have no right to force all shareholders

to appoint you as the president.

Stop talking nonsense.

You know clearly

whether I'm talking nonsense.

Who are you?

How dare you make a scene at LH Star?

Security!

Drag him out!

Hurry up!

What are you doing?

Who sent you here?

How dare you ruin my resignation as president?

Let me tell you.

Now, besides me,

no one is qualified to take over the whole LH Star.

She is.

Who is this?

Do you know her?

Isn't this...

Zhuang...

She's the only daughter of Zhuang Meixuan,

the eldest daughter

of President Zhuang,

Zhuang Xinyan.

She's really the only daughter

of Ms. Zhuang Meixuan.

I heard that more than ten years ago,

she was sent abroad by President Zhuang.

Yes.

She was hidden for many years.

Many people have never seen her.

LH Star used to be

founded and managed by her mother.

If Miss Zhuang really returns,

she's indeed the most qualified one.

Shut up!

I don't believe it.

Zhuang Xinyan was sent abroad 17 years ago.

She has been out of touch.

It is impossible for her to come back.

Impossible.

How did you know

she's been out of touch?

How can you be sure

she won't come back?

Whether you believe it or not, it doesn't matter.

As long as she stands here,

you have no right

or qualification

to take away the whole Ocean Star.

Miss Zhuang.

I'm Zhuang Xinyan.

I don't agree with

this certificate of appointment.

Drive.

Go back to the House of Zhuang.

We received news that

the car was severely crushed.

I thought she was dead.

You thought...

You didn't see her alive or dead,

how could you be sure?

She's right in front of you.

Where did you find those losers?

Boss, I was wrong.

I'll go to the House of Zhuang

to settle this matter.

Come back.

Where do you think this is?

Do you think you can do whatever you want

like you did abroad?

But boss...

Since she dares to come back alive,

let's make her suffer

in the House of Zhuang.

Come down.

Missie.

Welcome back.

Thank you, Lin...

Thank you, Uncle Guangyi.

Although we haven't seen each other for a long time,

Missie,

you don't need to be so polite.

Who is this?

He...he is...

I'm her fiance.

I met Xinyan when she was studying in Spain.

We arrived in Italy three months later.

We've been dating for almost a year.

She told me something happened at home,

so I came back with her.

We've greeted the seniors

and handled some family matters.

Congratulations, Missie.

The president is waiting for you.

Please.

Please.

Xingcheng.

Yan Xingcheng.

Ms. Caixuan.

Zhuang Xinyan?

Auntie.

Long time no see.

You've really grown up.

Long time no see.

How are you recently, Auntie?

Who is this?

He is my...

My surname is Yan.

Yan Xingcheng.

I'm Xinyan's fiance.

Your surname is Yan too?

It is a good surname.

Missie.

The president is still waiting.

Okay.

Let's go in now.

President.

President.

President.

Miss Xinyan is back.

I'm back.

Grandpa.

What have I been doing?

Why did I agree to come back?

Why would I become Zhuang Xinyan?

How could I substitute her

to stabilize the House of Zhuang

and become the heir of Ocean Star?

I can't do it.

So many shoes.

♫I'll hug you like this♫

♫And kiss you like this♫

♫I'll cooperate with your willfulness♫

♫I want to watch shooting stars with you♫

♫I want to learn the secret of love with you♫

♫The ring finger means you and me♫

♫You and I...♫

♫Although your mind is sometimes unpredictable♫

♫It's okay. I have masculine charms that you can rely on♫

♫Who can tell the magic of love♫

♫I can't help but get close to you♫

♫This time, we hold hands and be connected♫

♫It's strange and unbelievable♫

♫Don't doubt. It's destiny♫

♫I do♫

♫I'll hug you like this♫

♫And kiss you like this♫

I was just curious.

So I looked around.

♫I'll cooperate with your willfulness♫

♫I want to watch shooting stars with you♫

♫I want to learn the secret of love with you♫

♫The ring finger means you and me♫

♫Although your mind is sometimes unpredictable♫

♫It's okay. I have masculine charms that you can rely on♫

When you are Zhuang Xinyan,

♫Who can tell the magic of love♫

these are all yours.

I won't be Zhuang Xinyan forever.

These won't be mine either.

I got the wrong person?

President Zhuang gave me

accurate information.

If she is not Zhuang Xinyan,

then where is

the real Xinyan?

Why I spent two weeks looking for her there

but got no news?

Two million

to buy out this.

You are...?

The CEO of Celine Fashion Studio,

Tang Lin.

It was you who called me seven times this afternoon

and insisted on buying out this pair of

jewels.

My studio is the best styling studio

in fashion industry.

Your jewelry designs coincide with

the concept and style of our studio.

I will not only buy out this design,

but also all your jewel designs

for the following year.

How much salary are you going to pay me

for buying out all my designs for the whole year?

10 million.

Are you satisfied?

I'm afraid

you'll only be able to buy this at this price.

Mr. Lin.

I'm sincere to discuss

the annual cooperation with you.

Missie is back.

Mr. Lin.

I'm talking to you.

Sorry.

Something urgent came up. See you again.

Mr. Lin, you...

This is where she used to live.

This is her life.

Can I really become her?

Can I really help her get everything back?

What is that?

She really came back?

Why didn't she tell me?

She didn't even call me.

Shen… Shen Manning.

Shen Manning.

Are you Shen Manning?

W-what Shen Manning?

A senior student of the Department of Art

majored in Designing in Overseas Comprehensive Fine Arts University.

No, you got the wrong person.

Impossible.

We met before.

Under the teaching building of Overseas Comprehensive Fine Arts University...

That afternoon...

It wasn't me. You really got the wrong person.

No way.

If I'm wrong,

if you're not Shen Manning,

then who are you?

Who are you?

I...

I...

I am...

I'm Zhuang Xinyan.

Xinyan?

Yes.

I'm Zhuang Xinyan.

My grandfather is seriously ill.

Uncle Guangyi called me.

I came back last night.

Didn't Uncle Guangyi tell you?

I'm Lin Mufan.

When we were young,

you often called me Lin.

Lin.

You used to

fold paper planes

and fly kites with me.

I've been abroad for only ten years or so

and you already forgot me?

Lin,

I really have to go.

I have something to do.

Wait.

One month ago,

my father and President Zhuang

sent me to pick up Xinyan overseas.

Because of some special reasons,

I didn't get to see Xinyan.

But before I left,

I called Xinyan countless times.

If you're really Zhuang Xinyan,

you should have

my number in your phone.

[Zhuang Xinyan]

[Lin Mufan]

She abandoned

this number long ago.

Who are you?

Her

fiance.

His surname is Yan?

Xinyan's fiance?

Did I tell you

once you enter the House of Zhuang,

you have to throw yourself away.

If you don't become the real Zhuang Xinyan,

those who keep an eye on you will see through you.

Do you want to die?

Or you don't even want to know how you will die?

No.

He suddenly called my name.

I...

No one in the House of Zhuang will give you a chance to make mistakes.

Your carelessness

needs to be made up with endless carefulness.

If you don't want to collect your own body in a few days,

you'd better remember my words.

Once you enter here,

you can only be Zhuang Xinyan.

You must only be Zhuang Xinyan.

Answer me.

Yes.

Yan Xingcheng.

Who are you then?

Are you really Zhuang Xinyan's fiance?

You brought me back

and forced me to become Zhuang Xinyan.

What is your purpose?

What did you say?

You're just like everyone else, aren't you?

You gave me Zhuang Xinyan's eyes

and forced me to become her.

It is not because you love her very much.

You just want to get everything in the House of Zhuang.

After I become the real Zhuang Xinyan

and the only heir to Ocean Star,

once I marry you,

everything of the House of Zhuang and Ocean Star

will be yours.

What are you doing?
