Hope you've all had a really good week. So I'm excited to do
this video um and share this new strategy I've been working
on for a number of months now. But at the same time a little
skeptical whether to post it because it's a little bit
different to how we are currently trading. Um the
concepts remain the same but it's been refined down um quite
quite a lot. So if you look to the right here you can see
these are the rules that we're working with and this is how
I'm trading it. So it it is smart money concepts um and
institutional um trading so we're looking for that
liquidity um and all that good stuff. So if we look here so
what I'm looking for is the I'm not going higher than the 1
hour time frame because I've always traded that, okay? So,
some people will be looking at the higher time frame. So, the
four hour, daily, even a weekly but that's not how I like to
trade. The hour time frame is really is a really good time
frame to trade off of and then refined it down. So, we're
looking for the the hour directional bias. So, where's
the trend or the momentum? Or areas of interest so then we
can then refine it down to the 15 minute time frame to look
for order blocks areas of interest and then we can refine
them all the blocks down on the the 5 minute and then we can
execute our trades on the 1 minute time frame. Now you
might be thinking the 1 minute that's crazy but The reason we
traded the 1 hour time frame only is to eliminate all the
discretion. So when we are trading the 1 hour time frame
and we're looking at a setup it's either AA setup or it
isn't. So it's it's there in black and white. But with this
way of trading the discretion is still very minimal. So
that's why we can drop down to these very low time frames and
what we're essentially doing is being able to get trades with
one pip to free pip stop loss and the trade still makes a lot
of sense so you can imagine the risk to reward on them trades
as well. Especially if we're targeting 15 minute or 1 hour
previous highs or lows. Like some of the trades can be fifty
up to 100 percent. Like it's it's crazy. So I'm gonna share
it with you how I do it. So now we've gone over the rules. What
I'm looking for. I'm just gonna go through a trade. So I'm
gonna take it back to here and I'm gonna delete all of this
off so you can see a blank chart. Now if we look at this
price action what we was previously in was this uptrend.
So we was forming higher highs. Higher lows. Higher high.
Higher low. So at the point here we had this one candle but
I wouldn't classify this as er a higher low once this new high
was formed. So the higher low would still be here You can see
we then pull down, break in, showing us a change in momentum
and then we had a lower low and then this would be our new
lower and you can see we pushed up but we we wicked it and we
didn't actually close. And now we're sort of a little bit
messy but we can still trade this. So you look to see what
we have here is a range. And then we do have a push down
with some momentum which broke this low here. So it broke
structure. So I'm just gonna place that on. So it's broke
that low there and I'm just gonna take this off for a
second. So this candle here is the last bullish candle before
that momentum kicked in that broke structure. So this is our
hourly order block. So this is a very good area um of interest
that we can look at for price to potentially come back up to
and then we can look for sales. So if we also look at this bit
of price action we can see it's ranging but what do we have?
Well we have equal highs. Equal highs here and what equal highs
is it basically means that there's liquidity above it. So
there's um stop losses and a lot of money above the equal
highs so what what price tend us to do is push up because
you've gotta think of what retail traders are looking at
here. So double top a corrective move up to this
double top area. So there's gonna be a lot of traders
looking to sell this. So what what that means is it's likely
for price to push up higher take their money or is you
gonna fuel the move down potentially. So one thing with
equal highs as well it hasn't got to be actually bang on
equal. Um it's just gotta be the concepts have gotta be
there you know. So it could push up a little bit or weak
above. But yeah so if we look down here as well um so you can
see here we have equal lows but it's not matching perfectly.
It's still the concepts are the same so
So now we know this. We can just wait um for price to
potentially push up to our area of interest. And I will drop to
the fifteen minute. Um I'm gonna refine this order block.
So let me just zoom in. This little candle here is our order
block. Because the next candle is when the momentum came in
that broke structure. So I'm gonna mark that on. And let's
make it
drag it over. So, we know if price comes into our areas of
interest, we can then drop down. So, let's just run it
forward a little bit. Okay so you can see price has pushed up
above the equal highs. Just gonna drop down to the 5 minute
now. And you can see we're clearly making high highs and
higher lows here. And this is quite an impulsive move up
which is left imbalance. So what in balance means is it's
been all buyers and sellers haven't had a chance to get
involved er so more times not it's gonna fill that area. Okay
so just gonna run it forward a little bit and see if we can
push up a little bit higher. Okay so here we've tapped into
the 15 minute order block. So what I'm gonna do is drop down
to a 1 minute time frame.
Right so we're clearly making high highs high lows. At this
point here this is a high high. And this is a high low. So I'm
just gonna mark that on.
Okay so that's our low
what we would need to see from here is as price has tapped
into the 15 minute order block only slightly but we would need
to see an impulsive move down because you gotta think what
does if we saw an impulsive move down from here just like
our break and pullback entry so we're looking for that
ascending nature impulsive move down breaking the the most
recent low and then we look to get involved but if we got this
what is that leaving behind while we're sleeping behind an
order block right? So the order block would be up here. Break
of structure. So once we have this impulse down we can set
our entries at that order block. And then we can expect
the the move down. So let's see what happens with price action.
Okay so I'm just gonna zoom in a little bit.
Okay so we've now pulled back and pushed up closing above the
high. So we have a new low around here. So this is where
we wanna see price break. Let's wait. So it's broken but it's
corrective. It's not any momentum there. And okay this
is good. So this is our low and now we've actually tapped into
50% of the 15 minute order block which is this green er
box here. And this is our low. This is our high. Another thing
to know with price action is once we made this new high here
we actually had a lot of momentum. It broke but we have
momentum. Now, we're making highs here. So, we had a high,
high and a high. Can you see how they're barely making highs
and this price action is corrective. So, it's showing us
that this older block is being respected and potentially we
can see that sell off. So tryna forward.
Okay so here this is this is what we wanna see so We've had
an impulsive move down which broke structure. So, it broke
this low. Showing us um sellers are looking to take over. So,
clear break of low. This little candle here. So I'm gonna get
my garden box. This is the candle we're working with. So
because it's the last candle before the momentum came in.
But as it's a little bit er little what I would like to do
is just account for this wick here. On on the previous
candle. Just it's just preference. So I'm just gonna
have rather than having this wick here I'm gonna put it to
this next candle here. And So now we have our setup. So this
is meeting the rules. We can set our entry. You can you can
either set your entry at the very beginning of the order
block. Or the 50% equilibrium. Which is what I do. So I set my
entry there. And you can have your stop loss. I would not
recommend going lower than a pip. But in this example here
as we have this as the highest point it makes sense to have my
stop loss 2.2 just above that higher just so we're protected.
And then what I'm doing is just waiting for price to tap me
into the market. So let's see.
Okay so I'm in the trade. In the trade now. And I'm not
gonna be managing my trade on this time frame because
obviously it's the minute time frame so what I like to do is
just wait for price to push away from my entry a little bit
and then I'm just gonna drop to the 15 minute take this out a
little bit and for targets what we can do is target previous
lows or areas of interest. So this could be our first target
down here. The bodies of the the previous 15 minute low.
First target for 15.2 three. But what I'm also doing is
gonna zoom out to the hourly. Zoom out a little bit and see
if we can target any order blocks um So I'm just looking
left and I can see this area here. So this candle Make that
blue. Okay so this is an order block because we had a push up
that broke structure and this the momentum came in on this
candle here so this could be a very good area for us to
target. So we had a break of higher. And it also broke some
highs here but let's just focus on this. Now one thing to know
is once we broke above here if price was to come back and tap
into this order block. It doesn't it basically means that
this transaction has been completed. So it doesn't really
give price a reason to come back to this area in the
future. But as you can see once we've broke up we haven't
actually come back to this area so it gives price a reason to
do so.
Back to the fifteen minute. And you can see just how it played
out on the hourly because it it went forward a little bit but
let's see what happens. So at this point here I would move my
stop loss to just below break even to lock in some profit.
And yeah now I'm just waiting for a little bit of structure.
As you can see we haven't got it. We just impulse down.
Straight away. So running around twelve percent. Now let
me just zoom out a little bit. So you need to um understand
why a price is doing this. So a double top was formed here.
Force com
let me just go through and see what we get. So,
okay so at this point here I would lock in some profit
because we have this counter trend move and then we made a
new lower just like how we manage our trades this is what
we wanna see so you can even manage directly on the high or
give it a little bit of room to breathe.
Let's keep going. Okay, so this should zoom out. So you can see
look at the momentum that we've got. So if we zoom into our
entry look how precise we are able to be. So we've literally
it's tapped into our entry and then it's aggressively impulsed
down. And if we was to have our take profit at this beginning
of this order block then we'd be able to trade for 22.7
three. Um but I don't tend to set take profit levels. I'm
also just manage how we we already do. With the the
training stop loss. But you know 22% in how long has that
been? So two hours. So you know it's crazy. But let me just
keep going. And the reason why I don't like to set take profit
levels is because there's no sign that this couldn't pull
back and then shoot down another you know twenty 3040
pips which obviously is a lot of percentage when we're using
a two pip stop loss. So that's the reason why. But as we know
that we are in we've tapped into this order block. We need
to understand it could give us a reaction. So it's just
something to note that Okay so now we've made AA pullback and
a new low. I'm gonna lock in some more profit. So I wanna be
a bit more aggressive now. So I'm gonna lock in on this
candle. For 18.1 four.
And let's see if we get taken out. Okay actually so I'm gonna
lock in more profit because we've pushed down so we could
definitely pull back here. So I'm gonna lock in profit. ร ta
hauteur
Eh Let's just zoom out. So let's see what happens um at
this area. So we're ranging
yeah so and then we just we push up so you can see the
power of these order blocks um areas of interest but yeah
that's the trade um that's why I'm gonna leave it with today I
don't wanna give you too much information but um if you are
struggling to understand it um you know it it takes time to
understand so I'm gonna do separate videos where I'm gonna
go into all the blocks um equal highs, equal lows, liquidity,
all of this stuff, pricing efficiency, so don't worry,
it's all coming. But um, if you have any questions about the
strategy, then feel free to message me on Telegram and
yeah, I'll get back to you over the weekend. So, I hope you all
have a really good um, weekend and let's get ready for next
week. So, take care everyone.
