[A Portrait of Jianghu: Double Life]

[Episode 1]

[The Yuan World]

There are two parallel worlds in the universe.

One is named Yuan

and the other Yi.

You only live in one of these two worlds.

But in the other world, you also exist.

The dream

show what you will experience in the other world.

How can I save my love,

Kong Linghui?

Her time is running out.

I've tried for so many years.

Is there really no way

to cure Linghui's disease?

Yangxiao.

Linghui, why are you here?

You are very weak now.

Take care.

Linghui, what are you doing?

Have you forgotten I'm allergic to pollen?

This is the immortal flower I have dealt with.

You won't be allergic to it.

Smell it if you don't believe me.

My body really doesn't respond to it.

But what kind of flower is it?

I have never seen it before.

This is called Reborn Flower.

It is said that it would be open for a thousand years

and wither for a thousand years.

Its flowers and leaves never meet each other.

If I can't accompany you to the end,

it will accompany you for me.

I will be always guarding you

where you can't see me.

In these two parallel worlds,

I have the same fate.

For Linghui,

no matter how difficult it is

in that unknown world,

I won't shrink back.

[The Yi World]

Brothers of the Wuzong Sect,

the day before yesterday,

[Wuzong Sect Nian Yangxiong]

the master of the Wuyuan Sect, Kong Zhiming sent a messenger

to discuss a marriage with the Wuzong Sect,

to work with us as a friend.

After the two gangs unite through marriage,

we will be able to

compete with the Daoke Sect

that has always been domineering.

My dad treated Kong with sincerity

and believed him,

so he went to the Wuyuan Sect alone.

Unexpectedly,

when he returned

he died suddenly.

He died with a black face,

which shows that he was poisoned.

This must be done

by Kong Zhiming from the Wuyuan Sect.

His evil ambition is clear.

I won't be compatible with him.

Eldest Young Master.

[Wuzong Sect Duan Dali]

Let me bring a few men to the Wuyuan Sect

to avenge master's death.

[Wuzong Sect Aardwolf] Revenge. Revenge.

Today

is my father's funeral day,

not the day of revenge.

When my father

rests in peace,

I will make the Wuyuan Sect pay for it with life.

Dad,

The Wuzong Sect can has today's status

because of the painstaking efforts of you and uncle.

But now,

you are dead

and uncle is missing.

As the eldest son,

I will take care of my younger brother and sister

and make the Wuzong Sect

better and better.

Eldest Young Master,

the gang can't be leaderless.

Since the president has passed away,

you should take over the gang as the eldest son.

Wanton!

My father just passed away.

Am I that disloyal and unjust?

Aardwolf.

The former president had previously

decided that the second young master would take over the gang as the president

and marry the daughter of the Kong family.

What the hell are you doing here?

As for who

will take over the gang,

I would discuss it

with my brother and elders first.

At present,

we should beware of the Wuyuan Sect and the Daoke Sect

to stop them fishing in troubled water.

You are right.

Please forgive me.

The Wuyuan Sect.

The murderer who killed my dad is my deadly feud.

I will definitely

make him pay for it with his life.

Master.

[Wuyuan Sect Kong Zhiming]

Isn't that Master Kong?

You are not welcome here.

Leave now.

What are you talking about?

This matter

is related to the future of the Wuyuan Sect and the Wuzong Sect.

Sorry for offence.

[Wuyuan Sect Kong Linghui]

Mr. Nian is of noble character and high prestige.

Now he died suddenly.

We are very sorry.

So I came to offer my condolences.

I'm afraid

we can't accept your kindness.

You killed our president.

No you even have the face to pay homage here?

I don't think

you have good motives.

Are you qualified to speak?

Kong Zhiming.

You'd better go back to the Wuyuan Sect as soon as possible.

I sincerely came to offer condolences

and clarify this matter to you in person.

Mr. Nian was by no means

killed by us.

Yes.

We came here

to make peace.

Make peace?

Everybody in the city

knows that you killed my father.

How do you want to reconcile?

Stop. Stop.

[Wuzong Sect Nian Yangxiao]

Ask Kong Zhiming to meet me.

How dare you call our master's name!

Are you asking for death?

Brothers, kill him!

The rumor was spread all over the city by you.

I expected

someone must

take the opportunity to provoke our relationship

to profit from it.

There must be something behind the rumor.

I only believe the evidence.

Yes.

Do you have any evidence?

Where is your evidence?

Nian Yangxiao.

You have to pay for life

with your life.

Master.

Mr. Nian,

I have followed my father's instructions all my life

to be upright

and never do anything against my conscience.

Right now,

although I have no evidence to prove my innocence,

I swear here that,

if you were poisoned by someone from the Wuyuan Sect,

I am willing to suffer all the punishments

and die miserably.

Are you serious?

If I break this oath,

I will be struck by lightning and split into two halves.

Mr. Nian, please restrain your grief.

I have applied to the police station to intervene in the investigation.

I believe they will prove our innocence.

Since you are so frank,

I'd like to ask you three questions.

First,

three days ago,

did my father go to your house as you invited?

Yes.

Second,

did my father arrive at the Wuyuan Sect safely?

Yes.

Third,

why did my father die in ten minutes

after coming back from the Wuyuan Sect?

Mr. Nian,

he visited us alone

and was sound and safe in the Wuyuan Sect.

But nobody knows

what he experienced

on the way back and forth.

Nian Yangxiao,

it's not what you think.

I invited you to come

to discuss how we can work together as soon as possible...

To unite by marriage?

This is exactly what I want.

I don't want miss to marry into the Nian family.

Miss.

Master asked you to propose a cup of tea to Mr. Nian.

Coming.

Uncle, please have some tea.

Okay.

Good.

But Mr. Nian

didn't drink the tea given by my sister,

because the treasury of the Wuyuan Sect was stolen that day.

Master.

Master, bad news.

Our treasury has been stolen.

So

Mr. Nian didn't eat or drink anything

at the Wuyuan Sect.

Therefore,

this was by no means done by us.

Master, bad news.

Nian Yangxiao broke into the Wuyuan Sect.

Miss Kong is in danger.

What?

Nian Yangxiong,

they are different things.

If any accident

happens to the Wuyuan Sect,

the Wuyuan Sect

can give up allying with the Wuzong Sect.

Notify the police immediately.

Yes.

Eldest Young Master.

The second young master

will deepen the feud between the two families.

Shut up.

Are you qualified to make a comment on him?

I'm sorry.

Dali.

Yes.

Take a shortcut to the Wuyuan Sect.

Yes.

Nian Yangxiao went to his house.

When shepherds quarrel,

[Daoke Sect Liang Zhong] the wolf has a winning game.

Yes.

I told you everything I know.

Uncle Nian's death really has nothing to do

with the Wuyuan Sect.

Please trust me.

Have you finished?

Then go to hell.

Stop.

Brother.

Nian Yangxiao.

The Wuyuan Sect didn't kill your father.

I had explained it

to your brother at the Wuzong Sect.

But you

were indiscriminate

and unexpectedly slaughtered our men.

Your dad made a mistake

to list you as the president candidate

and try to marry my sister Linghui.

I made an oath before his coffin that

if his death was caused by the Wuyuan Sect,

I am

willing to...

Brother.

Brother.

Brother.

Nian Yangxiao.

Go to hell!

Brother Duan.

Who placed them?

Get out of here!

Brother Duan.

What should we do?

Second Young Master...

Brother Duan, it's too late for us to get there.

Stop talking nonsense.

I'm afraid that the second young master

will annihilate the Wuyuan Sect.

I have said that

you must pay for life with life.

Today, nobody of the Wuyuan Sect

will survive.

Miss.

Master.

Tai Qing. Tai Hong.

Nian Yangxiao killed them.

Nian Yangxiao.

You killed our men and master.

You must go to hell today.

Go to hell.

Since I choose to come here,

I never thought about leaving alive.

Tai Qing.

I heard that Miss Kong

has a good smell on her body.

Once a man smells it,

it can take his soul away.

But today

how come you

smell bloody?

This is the feud between the Wuyuan Sect and the Wuzong Sect.

It has nothing to do with the Daoke Sect.

Get out of here.

Nian Yangxiao.

To tell you the truth.

I like Kong Linghui in my heart

for a long time.

I was worried.

I was worried that I couldn't find any reason.

It gives me a great opportunity today.

No.

Good marriage.

A divine marriage.

How about

I kill

you first

and replace you to be the groom?

What do you think?

Look, our brother

dies miserably.

He lies on the cold ground.

This is a blood feud.

What should we do, girl?

Kill him.

I'll promise you everything you want.

Kill.

Brothers,

catch up with him.

Go!

He is great.

He is faster than the roe deer.

Girl.

Do you want to

watch a wonderful play with me?

Do you want?

Be careful.

Catch up with him.

Hurry up.

Drive fast.

We're going to catch up with him.

Hurry up.

Stop.

Chop him.

Go to hell.

Hurry up.

Do you know how to drive?

Stop.

Hurry up.

Yes.

There is no way out finally.

What are you looking at?

Are you stupid?

Take him out!

Go.

Kneel down.

I never got drunk before.

But since I stay by you,

I've gotten intoxicated.

Look.

Nian Yangxiao is bleeding.

His life is already in my hands.

You promised me before.

As long as I kill him,

you will do whatever I like.

Now,

I help you to avenge this blood feud.

How are you going to repay me?

Cut the crap.

Kill him.

I'll be yours.

Great.

Hurry up.

Yes.

Push him down.

Girl.

Calm down.

Push him down now!

Am I dying?

Is it over?

Even if I will be a ghost,

I won't let you go.

[The Yuan World]

The Yuan and Yi Worlds are parallel, where people share the same life and death.

In these two parallel worlds,

Kong Linghui's life is at stake.

If you can lift Kong Linghui's life crisis,

your love

will be able to get out of danger.

Really?

How can I get to the Yi World?

You can cross the border.

Find the woman with the red mark on her ankle

as shown in your dream.

She is the one who wants to kill Kong Linghui.

Find her out and stop her.

Would you like to go?

I beg all the good doctors in the world.

You are my only hope.

As long as it can save Linghui,

I'm willing to go to any length.

Even if you will die?

Even if I will die.

The most terrible thing is not death,

but...

It's almost the time.

[The Yi World]

Little girl, you're quite stubborn.

I finally

came here.

The fish

finally took the bait.
