Okay everyone. Welcome to the
newest section fundamentals.

Now one thing that we need to
discuss with fundamentals is

the fact that it cannot be
taught. Fundamentals is

something that you have to go
ahead and do your own due

diligence and see what happened
in the history and try and spot

those patterns in in the
future. For example let's have

a look at FOMC meetings and you
you can basically read up on

the outcome and try and predict
the movement but not take a

trade off from that movement.
Just use it in confluence with

your analysis. Now with
fundamental analysis we're not

fundamental traders meaning if
we look at the numbers for

let's say for example NFP we
don't trade NFP that only lines

up the with our analysis then
we can take a trade. Exactly

the same with cash rate or CPI.
Now what we're not going to do

is we're not going to discuss
each and every single thing

because there are hundreds of
them. We're going to do an

exercise where I'm going to
show you how you can educate

yourself on fundamentals and
that is what I used to do a

lot. And first and foremost
guys the website we're using is

Forex Factory. It's very
simple. When you start at the

homepage you just go to
calendar. And you select on

this cone thing and only select
the red folders. And obviously

the pairs that you are trading.
Um That looks like it. And then

it's going to show you
everything. Okay. Now why is

fundamentals important? Now
fundamentals is important based

off from the pure fact that it
gives you a second vision on

the market. It gives you more
confidence with knowing what's

going on in the market.
Remember the pairs that we are

trading are based off from sums
of the exchange rate. Now what

affects the exchange rate of a
country? It's fundamentals,

political events, economical
events. It does not get changed

because it bounced off from a
trend line. Definitely not. So

it gets affected by these
factors. Now our technical this

gives us a fundamental idea
then the technical analysis

just confirms it for us. Okay.
So definitely take note of

that. The the technical
analysis confirms the move that

we have the idea or from this
these fundamentals. So

The fundamentals is if you

don't trade with fundamentals
you're basically trading with

one eye open and one eye
closed. I mean you can do it

but it is dangerous and
unnecessary. Just have a

broader idea of what's going on
with the country that you're

trading. That's why we are
expressing the fact that focus

on one instrument at first or
two at most. But if you going

ahead and trying to focus on
eighteen trading pairs the

recipe for disaster because
there's so many things going on

during a week. This is next
week. This is the week after

that. There's always going
something on. Now if you get an

overall idea of what the market
is doing and you back it by the

the technical analysis then you
go for gold. So definitely take
