and turn them
into something beautiful.

First, make a list
of all the things

that give you stress,

and then for each item,

find an object
that represents that,

something you don't need anymore.

If you're feeling pressure,

maybe you're feeling pressure
to succeed or whatever,

you can find something
that represents that.

Maybe you feel like
no one listens to you.

For that, I've just got
these old headphones

that don't work anymore.

One you have all your items,

we can take them,

and use them to create relaxing sounds

and images, like so.
