The report said that the mentioned missiles

They are designed to destroy aircraft and
shells during firing.

Russia's stockpile of these missiles is likely
to be limited.

"Its use for a ground attack was almost certainly
due to a general shortage of ammunition, especially

high-precision long-range missiles," the British
intelligence service added.

Experts noted that the Russian Federation
was expending valuable military resources

in an attempt to achieve a tactical advantage,
but it was also destroying civilians.

and attempted annexation, Russia calls the

residents of the region "its own.
