[Love Between Fairy and Devil]

[Episode 25]

[Mansion of Dongfang]

Left.

Left?

No, no, no.

A little to the right.

Like this.

Yes.

Right here.

Okay.

Butler.

The beans and saddle are ready.

Put them inside.

Yes.

What are these for?

Those beans and saddle.

These are the customs of marriage in the mortal world.

To sprinkle beans and cross the saddle.

Beans are used to ward off the evil spirits.

Crossing the saddle means safety.

These are wishes to the couple

for a happy life after marriage.

But

we don't have much time,

we can only make it simple.

Otherwise, we'll have to send betrothal goose and pass bags,

and make match, choose an auspicious day and greet the bride.

There are many customs.

I see.

There are so many customs in the mortal world.

In that case,

there is also a custom for us dragons to get married.

A man will scrape the hardest dragon scale

and give it to his wife.

A dragon scale?

That is too cruel.

Without the protection of the dragon scale,

it's like exposing the most fragile part

to the person he loves.

It means

he will listen to her

and be bullied by her,

or be cheated by her.

I'm going to check

the wedding dress.

I'm very busy today.

I don't have time to listen to your weird custom of the Dragons.

[Orchid Residence]

We've searched the house,

but we couldn't find it.

We've searched everywhere outside,

but still couldn't find it.

That's a premium bead from the East Sea.

I'll deduct your annual salary if you can't find it.

Jieli.

This is a fake wedding.

Don't be so angry.

Although the wedding is fake,

the bead is real.

It's worth a lot of money.

I need to keep it for

landlord.

You guys

go to the east yard with me.

Yes.

It's almost time.

Why haven't you changed into the wedding dress?

Lady Wanqing.

Why are you here?

I heard you lost your jewelry.

I don't know if you can find it.

So I brought you all my jewelry

to you.

Take a look.

Is there anything you like?

The wedding is a huge occasion to all girls.

You need to dress up to look beautiful.

Sit.

This one looks nice.

It suits you well.

Let me put it on you.

You don't have to...

Thank you.

You're welcome.

After tonight,

you should call me sister-in-law.

Logically speaking,

I should have cared more

about your wedding.

Although Mr. Dongfang is your brother,

he is a man.

He is not that thoughtful.

If you have any worries or difficulties,

which you can't tell him in the future,

just let me know.

Let's go.

Brother-in-law, hurry up.

I told you I have no family or friends in Lucheng City.

No one will send me gifts.

Just go.

It's not necessarily like that.

Congratulations, Xiao Run.

Congratulations, brother-in-law.

Thank you.

Here are two purple jade bracelets.

One for each of you.

Thank you.

Please come in.

Please.

Congratulations, Xiao Run.

Congratulations, brother-in-law.

This is the Youyang scroll for you.

Thank you.

And two jars of Cuihu wine.

Thank you.

Please come in.

Have a nice day.

What's going on?

Didn't you say

you don't have friends in Lucheng City?

You're wrong.

First,

we are sworn brothers.

Second,

after this wedding,

you need to call me brother-in-law.

So?

So,

I made it clear on the wedding invitation.

If they send a gift to me,

they need to send you one.

From now on,

my friends

are your friends.

They have to call you brother-in-law

as I do.

Are you touched?

It's nothing.

Look.

Over there.

As long as I have it,

You...

my brother-in-law,

must have it too.

Congratulations, Xiao Run.

Thank you.

Come in, please.

-Congratulations. -Please come in.

Congratulations.

You wait here.

I'll go in and greet them.

Let's go inside.

Congratulations, Xiao Run.

Please come in.

Please come in.

Let's go.

Why are you hiding here?

That's my question.

You should greet the guests now.

Why are you here?

I...

I'm going now.

Wait.

I'm in a bad mood.

Talk to me.

In the Arbiter Hall,

I had to organize a lot of mortals' Destiny Book every day.

But at that time,

their life, death,

happiness and sadness

in my eyes

is just like a red leaf

on the fate tree.

The leaf blooms, and it falls.

It falls and then blooms.

Everything is predestined.

But now,

after these few days,

in the mortal world,

in Lucheng City,

I found that

marriage, funeral,

happiness and sadness

are the most important things.

Just now Lady Wanqing came to me happily

and picked the hairpin for me.

I feel really sad.

Although I know she is destined to die tonight,

at the thought of that

we lied to her

and she's going to die tonight,

I feel so...

Forget it.

I've told you so much,

but you don't understand.

I do.

This is my first time feeling like this.

Xiao Run told me that

his friends

are my friends.

I feel guilty for a mortal...

No.

An enemy.

I feel guilty.

He is Xiao Run.

He's not Changheng.

He is not your enemy.

Tonight,

can we...

forget about the Fairies,

forget about the Moon Tribe.

Forget it all.

You are not the Moon Supreme,

nor am I a fairy.

Let's be mortals for a day,

Okay?

Okay.

Here.

Enjoy.

Excuse me.

Congratulations.

Congratulations.

Cricket.

You are back.

Where have you been?

It's my wedding day.

Why are you looking like this?

Whatever.

Let's go.

Get changed.

Cricket,

tell me honestly.

Where did you go today?

Say it.

Cricket.

Cricket.

What are you doing?

Cricket.

Cricket.

Why are you crying?

Did you get dumped

or are you in debt?

I know.

Do you think I'll leave you

after I get married?

Don't worry.

We've known each other since childhood.

We are like brothers.

How could I leave you?

Look.

Today is my wedding day.

After I get married,

I'll find you a beautiful girl from a good family.

What do you think?

Don't cry.

Get dressed.

Cricket.

Isn't this the bead on the phoenix crown?

Why is it here?

Send it to Lady Orchid.

She is putting on makeup

in the west yard with Lady Wanqing.

Hurry up.

Go.

You are

the servant of Xiao Run.

What are you doing here?

Lady Orchid, there's a bead on the phoenix crown

left in my young master's wedding dress.

I came to send it.

So it was left at his place.

Follow me.

Strange.

She was here just now.

Qu Shui.

Why are you here?

Run asked me to give this to you.

He has some words

for you.

They'll be husband and wife in a few hours.

He is so attached.

Forget it.

I can't hear

his words for you.

Orchid.

You look good in your wedding dress.

It took you so much effort

to finally marry him.

Are you happy now?

Qu Shui.

No.

Are you Danyin?

What?

Are you afraid I'll ruin your plan?

This expression.

This tone.

You were like this

when you bullied me.

Fairy Danyin.

It's really you.

What are you doing?

It's just that I haven't seen someone from Shuiyuntian

for a long time.

I'm a little excited.

By the way,

why did you and Lord Changheng come to the mortal world to experience hardships?

Can you explain it to me?

You should tell me

why you are hanging out

with Dongfang Qingcang.

And you two look close.

It's a long story.

Forget it.

We'll talk about it later.

The most important thing now

is to find a way to save Lord Changheng.

Lord Yunzhong has known about

the hardship experience.

In order to stop Dongfang Qingcang,

he asked me...

What did he ask you to do?

He asked me to kill the mortal body of the first God of War

to stop the hardship experience.

Kill Lady Wanqing?

Why?

Wasn’t the first God of War a hero of Shuiyuntian?

Besides, if we do this,

Lord Changheng will disappear too.

His Majesty said

we have to sacrifice Changheng

for Shuiyuntian.

But I don't want to.

Of course you don't.

Fairy Danyin.

We must find a way to protect them.

Of course!

Even if I die,

I will protect Changheng.

Orchid,

tell me

how to help them go through hardships?

According to the fate poem,

only on the wedding night,

Xiao Run kills Lady Wanqing,

then they can go through it successfully.

With Xiao Run's personality,

how could he kill people?

I don't know.

You don't know?

Then what are you doing here?

To try your luck?

Calm down, Fairy Danyin.

I've read so many Destiny Books.

There are more weird fate poems.

But before it happens,

I can’t figure it out

Let's wait and see.

We can't just stand by.

He cares about you the most now.

If there is no way,

I will hold a knife on your neck

and force him.

Are you serious?

Of course.

If it doesn't work,

I'll cut you.

I don't believe he won't do it.

No time for talking.

Let's improvise tonight.

Fairy Danyin.

Lord Ronghao.

Lord Ronghao.

Why are you here?

Changheng is in danger.

I can't leave him alone.

Even if Changheng can go through this time,

if he wants to leave safely,

there is one person we must keep an eye on.

Do you mean

Dongfang Qingcang?

Dongfang Qingcang is powerful.

In the three realms,

the only one that can fight with him is Changheng.

Tonight,

it's a good chance to get rid of Changheng.

Dongfang Qingcang will definitely kill him.

We need to find a way to lure him away.

Fairy Orchid.

You are the only one who could do it.

Because he doesn't believe anyone,

except you.

Only you

can get close to him.

I...

But...

But what?

Orchid,

do you want to save Changheng or not?

Of course I do.

That's it.

There's something

that you don't know yet.

Fairy Orchid,

don't you want to know

why Changheng risked his life

to experience hardships in Shenshui Hall?

You don't understand.

It's because you've never

loved someone as I do.

Lord Changheng is experiencing hardships

because of me.

Because you have always been the one

he loves.

Changheng had an engagement with the Goddess.

That's why he can't tell you.

Over the years,

he had looked for the Goddess everywhere

and wanted to break off the engagement

so you can be together.

And that Firefly Stone.

He traveled around

and found it

for you.

I shouldn't

say these things.

But now, the situation is critical.

I have to say it.

Fairy Orchid,

Changheng loves you so much.

I don't know if

you will accept him.

But what happened to him today

was caused by you.

Orchid,

what are you hesitating about?

If Lord Changheng is gone,

who else can fight with him?

Dongfang Qingcang is not a bad person.

He is not what you think.

How dare you speak for him!

Are you crazy?

Fairy Orchid.

You know what?

If Dongfang Qingcang

took my master's primordial spirit,

not only can't I see my master,

the three realms will be in misery.

Many people will lose their families.

Lord Ronghao,

what are you talking about?

Don't you know that?

What does

Dongfang Qingcang want?

Please tell me.

Dongfang Qingcang

wants to take my master's primordial spirit

to break the seal of the Shuofeng Sword

and regain 100,000 soldiers.

Then he will fight against Shuiyuntian.

It's impossible.

It's impossible.

It's true.

In the war 30,000 years ago,

the first God of War

sealed 100,000 soldiers

with the Shuofeng Sword.

There is my master's spiritual mark

on the Shuofeng Sword.

The seal will be broken

only with my master's primordial spirit.

Are you here

just to relax?

Or is there something else?

Nothing.

Are you lying to me?

No.

I'm just here to relax.

Lord Ronghao,

what should I do?

This is a bottle

of poison.

It can weaken his power temporarily.

Stall him for a while.

Just for a while,

I can take my master's primordial spirit

and leave with Changheng safely.

I'm counting on you.

Lady Orchid.

It's almost the auspicious time.

Where are you?

-Orchid. -Lady Orchid.

Make sure he takes the poison.

and make sure nothing goes wrong.

Got it?

Yes.

I believe

you will not ignore Changheng's life

and watch the three realms

suffering from the war.

Okay.

Congratulations.

Congratulations.

It's so lively.

Congratulations.

Run, we are going to propose a toast to brother-in-law.

Let's go.

Mr. Dongfang.

Brother-in-law, congratulations.

May you have a baby soon.

Let me fill your cup.

How about I get a pot of wine?

Okay.

Here.

Xiao Run is a good drinker.

Mr. Dongfang, here is a toast to you.

A toast to you.

Here.

Congratulations.

Let me fill you another cup.

This way.

Be careful.

Slowly.

Here.

May you have a baby soon.

Watch your steps.

Be careful.

[Mansion of Dongfang]

[Jade Residence]

I'm happy today.

I drank a few more cups.

Forgive me

if I smell.

Lady.

It's only us in the room.

You can put down the fan now.

Lady Wanqing.

Why are you here?

Those servants must be drunk

and sent you to the wrong wedding room.

Please wait for a moment.

I'll go get someone.

It's okay.

Cricket.

Cricket.

Xiao Run and Lady Wanqing

have met in the wedding room.

Let's wait for

the fate.

Don't you think

it feels a little familiar tonight?

At that time, you just arrived the Cangyan Sea.

In order to switch back,

we waited for lightning at night.

Just like now,

there were just two of us.

We talked together

and looked at the night sky.

No one disturbed us.

Do you remember?

Yes.

You were so silly

and thought I would kill you.

It’s weird.

We've only known each other for three months,

but I feel like I have known you for 30,000 years.

I've seen you in the Fairies' clothes.

I've seen you in the Moon Tribe's clothes.

Then I've seen you in mortals' clothes.

But the most beautiful clothes on you

is the wedding dress tonight.

Drink with me.

Although today’s wedding is fake,

I am very happy.

It’s like

I'm really married.

♫ Before he wakes up, there is an end ♫

Moon Supreme Lord,

what is your purpose of coming to Lucheng City?

♫ She's seen the mountains that cover everything ♫

Can you tell me the truth?

♫ Snow tinted with red ♫

♫ She crossed the day and the night, brushing against the fallen star ♫

Didn't I tell you?

It has nothing to do with you.

♫ She survived the long winter to meet you ♫

You don't need to ask anymore.

So you plan to kill my people and friends.

♫ Loneliness is entangled into a red thread ♫

♫ She was so drunk that the past came to her mind ♫

♫ She's seen the mountains that cover everything ♫

there is nothing I can do.

Your Majesty.

What if she went back on her word,

and didn't poison Dongfang Qingcang?

What should we do?

It doesn't matter.

That poison is just a cover.

What can really hurt Dongfang Qingcang

is the evil spirit that kills 3,000 immortal soldiers.

Master.

I'm Hao.

Come on.

Let me take you

to where you came.

I don't hate you.

The Fairies have lives,

and the Moon Tribe have lives too.

The families of 100,000 soldiers are waiting for

them to come home.

You are the Moon Supreme

and their hope.

How could I hate you?

But now...

But now I don't know

what to do.

Cricket.

Why are you wearing women's clothes?

I'm not Cricket.

My name is Danyin.

You changed you name?

I just ascended back

to Shuiyuntian.

Now,

Lord Changheng,

you should go back now.

Lord?

I'm Xiao Run.

Lucheng City is my home.

Are you drunk?

Where should I go?

Your name is Changheng.

I...

the God of War.

Stop kidding, Cricket.

God of War?

I can't even beat you.

What kind of God of War is that?

I'm not Qu Shui.

Xiao Run.

Mr. Dongfang.

Everything is fake.

Fake?

It's all fake.

Lady Orchid is fake too.

Orchid will not marry you.

Dongfang Qingcang will not marry Xie Wanqing.

This wedding is fake.

I believe

you won't ignore Changheng's life.

Leave now.

Orchid!

No!

Don't come over!

You will get hurt.

I won't let you go.

You took him away.

You took him away.

No!

Don't come over. You will get hurt.

Go.

Lady Wanqing.

Lady Wanqing.

This is the evil spirit.

What's wrong?

I've seen it in the examination for immortals.

What's wrong?

Wooden Head.

Don't come over.

You will get hurt.

Be careful.

Lady Wanqing.

You can't die.

You'll be gone if you die.

You won't die.

As long as you make it,

you'll ascend back to Lord Changheng.

Lord.

Hang in there.

Cricket,

why are you

still calling me Lord?

I am Xiao Run.

Xiao Run.

Xiao Run.

Xiao Run.

Wooden Head.

You...

Are you okay?

It's just the evil spirit. Don't worry.

The poison wine and the bead

were made by the same person, right?

Who is it?

Lord Ronghao.

Chidi woman's one and only disciple.

You're injured.

Where are you going?

To do what I should do.

Wooden Head.

Wooden Head.

My Lord.

My Lord.

You are injured.

What happened?

It doesn't matter.

Did Xiao Run and Xie Wanqing disappear?

Go find them.

The primordial spirit of Chidi woman is the key to unlocking the seal.

It decides whether 100,000 soldiers will come back or not.

No mistake is allowed.

Yes.

Xiao Run.

I’ll avenge you.

Wooden Head.

Wooden Head.

Wooden Head.

Where are you?

Lady Wanqing.

What are you doing?

Lady Wanqing.

Why did you choose her

over me?

You betrayed me for this woman!

Give my husband back!

You took him away.

You took him away.

What?

You took him away.

It's the evil spirit.

Lady Wanqing.

You're poisoned by the evil spirit.

Let go of me!

Lady Wanqing, wake up.

[Love Between Fairy and Devil]
