I swap out granulated
sugar with brown sugar,

and I add a generous
amount of crème de cacao.

I imagine that compliments
the pecan pie filling too.

That's the idea?

Mm, ooh, that is good.

So for the frosting,
we also use brown sugar,

which gives it a richer flavor.

- And a nice coloring.
