Pennsylvania in the 1960s.

His winery, Chaberton Estates,

is known for their award-winnig
Cabernet, and Catawba Rose.

It has remained
a family business,

but it did open up a whole new
world for Macklin.

Larger vineyards sprang up,
tourists arrived by the busloads.

Twelve months ago, on
October 27th at 5:00 PM,

Colton Saunier entered
the vat room at Chaberton Estate.

He didn't have to do manual
labour anymore, but he liked it.

He said it helped him think.

That night, he decided
to clean vat number 30.

His body was found inside
the vat only hours later.

The cause of death
was C02 poisoning.

After an investigation
it was ruled an accident,

but there are questions
that remain.

Could an experienced winemaker
like Colton Saunier

forget the basic precautions?

three weeks before Colton died,

Andy Woods was caught writing cheques
on the winery account.

Cheques made out to cash?

Of course he'd get caught.

Yeah, to turn on his
own mentor out of nowhere?

It says that he was fired,
but that he didn't go quietly.

He claims that he was framed

and that these cheques
aren't even in his handwriting.

Sounds to me like we need
to pay him a visit.

and yet it grew their grapes.

and Mary found his body at 7:30,
when he was late for dinner.

says that she was studying alone.

And then there's Mary, whose
whereabouts are unaccounted for,

and then Jackson had left
the property at noon that day.

I tried, but it took me 20 minutes
and I had to look online.

Okay, let's just say that I could do it
in probably half that time.

- Still wouldn't be fast enough.

It has to be someone
who knows the equipment

This person probably is the one that
also scrambled the security footage.

But there's a security camera
facing Gil's office door,

and it would have picked up whoever
went into Gil's office after he died

and took the new will.

For the deaths of Colton

Donna Kelleher, who hid Victor after
