and killed in the stairwell.

Case went unsolved.

Okay, so we know Christian
saw Tim get in the cab,

but he wasn't in his apartment.

And he wasn't in the foyer,
because Tim would've seen him.

But there's one other place
he could've been.

There's a clear line of sight

from Sarah's apartment
to the street.

That's why Christian lied.

He should be the one on trial.

Speaking of which,
they're calling the jury

back in, looks like
they have a verdict.
