In this video, we're going to be taking a look at family trees so family trees can be a really useful

thing for people.

It can map their family history, relatives and what and a number of other things.

Family trees are also excellent for O.S. work.

For scammers, family trees are fantastic because see, a scammer wants to target someone that's older,

a grandparent, maybe.

Typically, what someone will do is they'll find a grandparent or an uncle.

They'll contact him and say that they're their nephew.

Maybe their nephew's in jail.

They need, they need help.

They need money sent to them right away, you know?

You know, I'm stuck in a Mexican prison.

Could you please send a Visa prepaid visa card to bail me out of jail or go for legitimate work?

Family trees can be great for helping verify information on a target or potentially finding more information

on a target.

Maybe you could find your target's sibling.

Maybe that simply has a Facebook page that they share more information about about your target, that

your target doesn't normally post up so family trees can be really, really useful.

Anything to build a broader profile of your target is always going to be great.

So a couple of sites to check out.

One is Jeannie, Gqom is G E and I dot com.

So in here you could just go in here and type in a name.

So let me type something generic and John.

Do.

And let's see if it actually pulls up anything.

OK, so and here we actually have several John Doe's again, you could actually search through here,

you know, potentially you find your target.

See if they actually posted some posted a family tree online.

And here, actually, we we do have a zone that did come up.

Other places to check out our ancestry dot com.

That's a really popular one.

If someone did Ancestry.com or a number of these other ones, take a look at their Facebook page, sometimes

people will do for family trees and they'll post them online.

And we're going to give you one more here.

This is one more that's really good to check out.

It's Family Tree dot com forward slash research.

And again, you could actually just come down in here, type in a name, you know, pull ups, someone.

So.

We type in our generic name.

And again, you could see, you know, all sorts of information come up.

And potentially, you know, if your targets listed here, just click on the view record, this is probably

going to link you to another site you may or may not have have to pay for that information.

Typically, if you want to get detailed information, you are going to have to spend some money.

But on another level, you could you might get lucky pulling off, you know, light information off

these things to actually piece the things together.

So again, we're taking a look at family trees and how it could be used in terms of ocean.
