All language subtitles for 2. Open Corporates

We're taking a look at the website open corporate's.

It can be found at open corporate scam now open corporates bills itself as largest open database of

companies in the world.

So I know I have given students from around the world, so this is potentially a really handy tool for

you.

If you're doing sin against a business or someone that or hire a person that works within that business,

maybe a president or whatnot or officer.

Now.

If if we go to the browse all jurisdiction, we could take a quick look at the different companies that

it does cover.

So as we see here, it covers Dubai, United States, Australia, Aruba, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil,

Croatia, Denmark, Dubai, Finland, France, Greece and whatnot.

So, you know, it has it has a very large database, just like they claim.

So if you want to use this, you don't need to sign up for anything, it's actually pretty easy.

So I'm going to type in a company, universal.

OK, then I'm going to click on the search button here.

And it's here I have found I have six companies have found.

Now, I'll tell you what the status is, where it's located as a United States Soviet Union so LLC,

and here's the address, and I can click on here to pull up the actual map for it.

UNIFIL Inc.

I have Ieso Inc in California.

UNIFIL tech isn't universal group, in fact.

See from here Elise on three these that Yucel Group Inc, UNIFIL in Unison LLC are all from the same

address or else could see that they're inactive, so that can be very useful information to me.

And if I click on this, say I'm going to assign to check this one out.

It's a group.

I can see the company.

No, I could see the status.

So currently it is suspended.

I could see when it was incorporated, I could see the company type domestic stock jurisdiction.

This is a registered address for the company.

I have an agent name, I have a agent address and I have inactive director officers.

And if I click on here, I can go to the California State Secretary business page.

In this example?

And I can see at the end of the game in a lot of times it will pull up a PDF file with the handwritten

scan of the document that they filled out to register it, which can be really useful too, because

we could potentially find other names on here that we didn't know.

Some of the research I done before I actually found names of people that were associated, the company

that we had, that I had no idea about it.

Also, you could find signatures, handwritten signatures on some of these documents, which again could

be very useful depending on what the scope of your investigation is.

And again, this is really useful, like if we could pull information I could pull, I could copy that

name here.

And if I want to search for officers, I can click on here.

I could do John.

J.C. Ho, I could see where that name comes up, you know, using that, I could see that his name came

up under other companies.

So Magic Restore Enterprise, American Capital Food Corporation, Magic Resort Enterprise Inc, Universal

Group Inc.

So again, if you're doing this, you do want to obviously verify the information that you're finding

just like any other investigation.

But in this case?

I I did the research on this before, so I do know that he actually was a part of this Magic Restore

Enterprise Inc.

So again, if I was doing it on this particular person.

That's one more company that came up under his name that I may not have known about.

So again, I can pull up.

I could go here and potentially pull up more information about this user or or whatnot based on information

I find here or even on the on the registry page.

So again, really useful web site.
