I saw the merch in former Trade Mark.

Alerte stool will check trademarks for us automatically every

day against the USPTO database.

This is extremely valuable because whether you had this happen

to you or not,

it is something that is not going away anytime soon.

And that's that people can trademark things overnight me to

takes time for trademarks to be live.

if your due diligence,

you can protect yourself,

take months,

so on average.

but it's happened to me many times where it's like,

I'm selling something it's selling,

I've had it listed for a year sometimes two years

and then gets removed a broccoli for trademark infringement.

I'm like,

what?

Why?

Oh,

someone's trademark just went live and Now Amazon automated detection

found by listing and removed it.

And I've got a strike against my account for not

actively checking the USPTO database,

like every single day,

which is kind of ridiculous and there's no need for

you to be doing that when you can Out Source

it to an automated to like this one.

So all you have to do is enter your phrases.

Now does that mean you're safe to use?

If you do that because it's a quote from a

popular show and there are live trademarks that are exact

matches.

I would not recommend that.

The reason I showed you that is cuz you shouldn't

trust this tool wholeheartedly.

You always want to do your own research.

Anyways,

This is mainly for recurring checks to protect your existing

listings.

Not to check new listings.

Also.

I just want to show you another one.

Someone in Texas loves me,

this used to be trademarked,

but the record expired as a result.

This returns a false positive in that.

It tells you it's safe to use someone in.

Texas loves me.

It is,

in fact not safe to use.

So this one expired,

but this one's still exists,

even though it has two exclamation points,

which means if we were to put this text right

here in a merch by Amazon listing.

It's not an exact stream string match because doesn't have

two exclamation points,

right?

There used to be an exact string match right here,

but that is not life.

However,

that this is God's,

this is why you got to be to be safe,

come to my search merch tool pasted in and then

hit search t-shirts.

Now,

it has 91 results.

Does that mean it's safe?

We still don't know what we have to do is

then hit Ctrl F and search.

For the exact string that we want to investigate,

which is someone in,

so it is getting two hits on the page.

There isn't a single listing in the results that has

an exact string match on someone in.

Texas loves me.

That means that even though the trademark alerts says it's

safe.

And if you do your additional Diggin,

it should technically be safe.

But Amazon is still not going to allow us to

post it.

This type of thing happens,

doesn't happen all the time.

It happens sometimes and when it does don't get cute.

This means stay away,

so that's it for that remark alerts.

There's also another tool right here,

trademark hunter,

or you can upload a CSV file of the essence

of your Amazon merch listings.

And it'll take time,

but it will check not only your title but your

bullet points as well.

And I think your descriptions and check if there's any

potential trademark violations contained in all of your listings,

to all you have to do is give it your

a sins and it will check everything.

It'll generate that CSV list for you,

export it and then upload it to the trademark Hunter

right here and it will go to work.

It'll take a little bit of time.

But that's a good way of just staying on top

of You do cuz it'll detect it doesn't just tell

you.

If there is a trademarked word because chances are if

there is Amazon would have found it,

but it'll also check trademarks that are like filed,

that are not live yet that will be live in

the future potentially.

And that way you can get out in front of

them,

remove those keywords and protect your listings.

This is sounding like a lot of stuff,

it is,

and I'm guilty of,

like,

not always doing it,

but just know that it,

you know,

these types of tools can automate it for you and

help protect your account.
