At the heart of this is
our commitment to safety,

our license to operate.

In our own operations, there are many
areas where accidents

and injuries could happen.

Over the past year, too many people
have been injured in our factories

or while on site.

Many of these were avoidable.

We had also high potential
incidents

where the consequences
could have been much more severe.

We got lucky.

But we can't always rely on
luck when it comes to safety.

As a special emphasis,
electrical safety must be in our DNA.

One mistake can easily result in
serious consequences or fatality.

We must not take this lightly.

To improve our health and safety culture,

we are introducing Heads Up Safety,

a program focused on self and team care.

We will also focus on mental health

as we have been impacted by
COVID 19 in one way or another.

In this program, we will learn how our
behaviors not only affect our safety,

But also the safety of our colleagues
and the people around us.

Understand how
incidents are influenced

by our behaviors and human errors.
