I think it's important.

In the cold light, justice and

society needs it's heroes.

unprotected like you do.

According to Tracy's files,
a crook named Abe Figueroa

is an 11 on Tracy's
must-bust list.

- Must-bust list?

- Yes, Davidson.

It means he really hates him.

Now, Figueroa's apartment is
due north of here one block.

- Just what did you
have in mind, Bill?

- Well, Ralph flies
up and tunes in,

listens in on the
plotting and the planning.

You know the scenario.

- Sure, I just love
to hear you say it.

It makes me nine again.

Didn't you ever play
cops and robbers?

- You can be replaced, Davidson.

- No, I can't, you said so.

- I can't stand it when
a dame is always right.

Ralph.

You can make it
easily right up there

if you fly straight
over those buildings.

- Got it.

- What's the matter with him?

He's so positive.

- Ralph.

- [laughing] I can't
help it, I feel

like a flasher in this thing.

Let me have the walkie talkie.

- Please get goin', Ralph.

- [Bill] Go on, Ralph,
it's straight up the block.

- All of a sudden, the
television is on the fritz.

It goes down in the
wind all the time.

- I'm onto Figueroa, Bill.

- Yeah, gotcha, standin' by.

- [Man In Apartment] You
probably won't get the call

for another 10
minutes, Mr. Figueroa.

I'll try and tune in the TV.

- Anything?

- They're grousin'
about the TV reception.

- Okay, Counselor, as
long as you're in this,

it's school time if
we can bag the jokes

for a couple of minutes.

On a surveillance,
the first you gotta do

is remain inconspicuous.

Of course, with a
gorgeous broad like you,

that's a tough one, but
we'll give it a shot.

- A gorgeous broad?

Oh, Bill, now you have
ruined my sense of humor.

- They're leavin' now, Cap.

They're headin' out.

- Right.

- [Ralph] They're
gonna leave, Bill.

They're meeting
somebody in 15 minutes.

- Okay, kid, that's the drop.

I hope I'm wrong, but
it figures Tracy's gonna

be right on their tail.

- So, what do you want me to do?

- Well, I saw the
last flight, Ralph.

You really haven't
improved very much,

but you've gotta talk me in.

Please don't hit

- Hey, no sweat, I

- Bill, I'm on the rooftop
of 5th and Brawley,

they headed up 7th.

- [Pam] What's going on,
Ralph, what are you doing?

- Well, I'm playing havoc
with the TV reception

on this block, that's for sure.

- Please, Ralph,
are you all right?

- I wish I knew.

[dramatic orchestral music]

[screams]

[suspenseful orchestral music]

- Tim.

There you are, and now,
may I see the diamonds?

- All right, men, this is it.

Everybody in there
is green scum.

Nobody, but nobody, walks away.

Let's go in there and
rip this joint to pieces

and nobody lives to
tell the tale, okay?

- All right.

- Let's go.

[suspenseful orchestral music]

- Norm.

- We're at the back door now.

- Let's do it.

- All right, freeze!

- You heard the man.

- You, put the money
in with the diamonds.

Hurry up!

- Come on, kid, we're
just treadin' water here.

[dramatic orchestral music]

- Ah.

Bill, I'm on it,
they've moved in.

And Tracy and his
people are here, too.

- Yeah okay, thanks,
kid, I got it.

- Hurry up!

- That's it.

- All right,
everybody, out back.

- Wait, what are you doing?

Are you thinking of killing us?

You can't kill us, you're cops.

- Not anymore, baby.

We just retired to Argentina.

Tough luck.

Now move.

- [Cop] Cap, we're in
trouble, get outta here.

- [Bill] Headin' out
anyplace special, Trace?

- Your last chance, Billy.

Where I'm goin', the marlin
jump right up into the boat.

- You're under arrest, Cap.

- That's too bad, Billy.

- This is crazy,
Captain Winslow.

- Yeah, it is.

Billy, I can't shoot you.

So, you can drop me or let
me go, it's your choice.

Works both ways for me.

- That old guy was really

- Yeah, wears a mask,
shoots silver bullets.

out on this trip anyway?

This ain't like not
regular field trip.
