this is where I would start,
underwater.

It's coming
towards us.

happening across our land.

It's carving a terrifying path.

Over 40 million tourists visit
its sunny beaches each year,

but those aren't
its only visitors.

This coastline
has witnessed a rash

of well-documented sightings.

MAN: Holy [bleep]

NARRATOR:
Amongst the thousands of UFO
reports that have been made,

many have eventually
been explained

It's either rocket launches,

Mylar balloons,

or weather anomalies.

But despite these false alarms,

hundreds of these encounters
still remain unexplained.

What is it about this area
that attracts UFOs?

Is it possibly tied
to the nearby military bases?

Or is their presence
somehow connected

to the Pacific Ocean itself?

CHUCK: One of
the most popular sightings

off of the coast
of Southern California

was the famous
Tic Tac sighting

where fighter pilots had seen
this Tic-Tac-looking object

up in the air
coming up from the ocean

and then darting off.

The Pentagon released
a video of the sighting,

so we can actually see
what was reported.

Wow.

I got a call from an ex-fighter
pilot named Steve Murillo.

He's been researching
the whole Tic Tac incident.

He says
he's got information

that's gonna shed a whole new
light on this UFO incident.

So, Dad, what do you think
the connection

between UFOs
and the military?

I think it's either the military
is watching the UFOs

or the UFOs
are watching our military.

Either way,
they're watching each other,

but with no engagement
between the two.

I bet as
a former Navy pilot,

he's probably had a lot
of experiences himself.

We're gonna find out.

NARRATOR: Steve Murillo is
a retired military officer

who spent seven years
of active duty as a jet pilot

and has since taken
a keen interest in UFOs.

So, this is commonly referred
to as the Tic Tac video.

It was released
in December of 2017

along with an article
in The New York Times

and The Washington Post
about the fact

that the government
has been studying UFOs.

So what you're
looking at, guys,

is a forward-looking
infrared radar image

of this object
from the F-18.

So, right now
the state of the aircraft

is straight and level.

It was a left-hand turn --

looked like about 30-degree
left-hand turn

tracking this object.

Now, you can't really
distinguish what the object is,

and then it flies off
the screen.

Whoa.

Weird.

So, Commander David Fravor

came out and began to talk
about his experience

with this "Tic Tac UFO."

The ability to hover
over the water

and then start
a vertical climb

from basically zero
up towards about 1,200 feet

and then accelerate in less
than two seconds and disappear

is something I had
never seen in my life.

STEVE: He described it
as a Tic Tac UFO.

It looked like a Tic Tac --
about 40 foot in length.

Whoa!

Also, didn't David's experience
happen near the ocean?

That's right.

The object was on the surface
of the ocean.

In fact, the object
was hovering above

something that
Commander Fravor described as

about the size of a 737
underneath the water.

We saw a disturbance
in the water

and a white object,
oblong, pointing north,

moving radically left,
right, north,

south, up, down,
all around.

This was extremely abrupt

like a Ping-Pong ball
bouncing off a wall.

It would hit
and go the other way

and change directions
at will.

Commander Fravor decided
to take a closer look.

And after a while, the object
that was on the surface

took notice of him

and started
to mimic his movement.

Commander Fravor decided
to try to intercept it.

At that point,
the object took off

at what Commander Fravor
described

as an impossible speed.

After Fravor had this experience
with this UFO that took off,

he and his wingmen
decided to go back

to that object
that underneath the water

and see if they could
find it again.

It was gone.

So, they decided,

"Okay, well, let's rendezvous
back at the CAP."

So, the CAP
is a meeting point?

Yes, exactly.

It's a rendezvous point
in the sky,

consisting of
GPS coordinates --

lat, longitude
and altitude, right?

But the CAP
is randomly assigned.

It's not, like,
a fixed point in space.

Changes.And it changes --

Oh, yeah, yeah.
It's random.

They head back to the CAP,
and they get a call saying,

"Sir, you're not
gonna believe this.

That object is at your CAP
waiting for you."

Wow.
Whoa.

So, what does that tell you
about this UFO?

Either it knew
where he was going --

And by the way,
they didn't track it

moving from point "A"
to point "B.

It just all of a sudden
appeared at the CAP,

and there it was
waiting for them.

So either, one --
it cracked the computer code

and knew where the CAP was,
or, two --

it was reading
their minds.

Actually could be a form of
advanced predictive analytics.

We know that this universe
is 13.5 billion years old.

If a civilization began
to evolve

even a million
or two million years before us,

where would it be?

Well, they could predict
everything we do then,

just based on
our history, our past.

It almost seems as if
they're watching our military.

Definitely
they're concerned

with our technology
in particular,

what we're doing with
our weapons technology.

The reason I got into
this field of ufology

is right here,
two miles away from us

where I live
in Manhattan Beach,

I had
my own sighting.

You had
your own sighting?

I had my own sighting.

I'd like to take you over there,
if that's okay,

and show you the area
and describe to you what I saw.

Steve's predictive
analytics theory,

it's pretty frightening
to think about.

If these ETs can easily
crack our codes

or read our minds,
what else can they do?

It was 9:30 at night,
it was a moonless night,

and I'm sitting in the hot tub,
and all of a sudden

I see these seagulls
coming at me

directly from the west
coming low on the horizon

right at me,
and I'm thinking,

"Now, why is somebody shining
a spotlight on seagulls?

That's weird.
Why would somebody do that?"

And as these things
got over my head,

I can see they weren't
seagulls at all.

There was five.
Picture a car --

That's what these things
looked about the size of.

And each one was lit,

meaning their weren't
little navigation lights on it.

Each one was light.

After about two or three
seconds, they just decide...

and they just slide
right across the sky,

and then they were gone.

You know, people ask me,
"Do you believe in UFOs?"

No, I don't believe
in UFOs.

I knowthey're real.

I don't have to have
a leap of faith.

I experienced it.

We've had
sightings here.

Is there
any military presence?

There is.

Right there is Point Mugu,
and there's an air base there.

F-18s fly out of there,
so, yeah.

That's where
we're gonna be.

Based on Steve's testimony

and his theory
about UFOs predictive analytics,

the team ventures north
along Pacific Coast Highway

in order to conduct a sky watch

near the Naval Air Station
at Point Mugu.

Their objective -- to determine
whether there is a connection

between the military and UFO
activity along the coastline.

DAN: So, Dad, Point Mugu,
where we're going,

is right across
the street from a base

that conducts aerial training
and aerial exercises.

So I think based off that,
Point Mugu's gonna be

a good spot for us
to set up our night watch.

I hope we'll be able to see
some activity at the base,

which may provoke some activity
from UFOs in the area.

Now, also we have
to keep in mind

things that we do right outside
of a military base

are gonna monitored,
so whatever we do out here,

let's make sure
we do it correct.

That's Point Mugu Rock
out there, Dad.

NARRATOR:
Located at the southern tip
of Ventura County,

the Naval Air Station
at Point Mugu

is a sprawling military complex,
compromised of aircraft runways,

radar installations,
tracking systems,

and the only deep-water port
between Los Angeles

and San Francisco.

CHUCK: I'm not quite sure
if we should actually stop here.

We can't be anywhere
near the base

to do our sky watch tonight

because of national
defense issues.

But what we can do is
we can go up here tonight,

overlook this whole area and be
away from the military base

but still be able
to view the military base

from our location.

We should probably go.

What's
that satellite?

That's right above
the waterline.

Hey, Heather, can you get eyes
on this bright light

in the sky right there?

I see it.

Whoa.
Holy [bleep]

It's actually heading
towards the base.

NARRATOR: While investigating
a possible connection

between UFOs and the military

near the Naval Air Station
at Point Mugu...

CHUCK: The fact that we just
saw two helicopters

tells me we're in the right
place to monitor the military.

But we can't do it
right under their noses.

We got to get up
in the hills there.

The team has secured a location
along the coastline

that will position them
high above Point Mugu

and provide optimal viewing
of both the base

and UFO activity
over the water.

This is definitely
a good night for a sky watch.

The clouds
are pulling off.

We'll be able to see anything
that flies through this area.

When you do sky watching
for UFOs,

you need the proper equipment.

Tonight, we came out
with a high-power telescope,

modified with a video camera.

How's this angle,

We want to look 20 degrees
of the horizon,

along the area
from Point Mugu out.

We want to make sure --
keep an eye on the water

to see if we see any lights
on the water at all.

If we see any lights
on the water,

first we'll want to verify
that it's not a boat.

Could be some fishing boats
out there.

I do a red blinking light,
way out there.

Swing the telescope
down that way --

Yep, I see it
right now.Is that a boat?

I don't know.

Uh, yeah.

Okay.

NARRATOR: The nearby Ports
of Los Angeles and Long Beach

are filled
with marine traffic.

The team needs to discern lights
from maritime vessels

as they search the horizon
for anything unexplained.

Okay, I'm gonna
keep scanning the sky.

CHUCK: That's interesting.

Hey, Dan, Heather --

kind of see a light
blinking up there.

I see a red and
white strobe on it.

-Do you?
-Yeah.

DAN:
Red and white.
I can see it
through here.

But it's definitely
military.
Yep.

I saw it come off
of the peak there,

where the Naval Air Station is.

Do all the military helicopters
have red lights on them?

Is that, like,
a known thing?

Military aircraft have
different lighting patterns.

Okay.

So they can go completely black
if they need to

in, like, a tactical
situation.
Okay.

Let's go ahead and scan
the telescope left to the right,

see if we have any type
of UFO interaction with it.

that light?

above the water.

just show up?

That's right above
the waterline, too,

like a couple degrees
above the waterline.

get eyes on this bright light

in the sky right there?

Which direction?

I really
started to wonder,

"Could there be
a base underwater?"

It's kind of pulsating.

It's not moving.

It looks like it's moving
really slow.

No, it's actually
going to the right.

It's actually heading
towards the base.

You see it?Yeah, right to the base.

That light didn't look
like anything I've ever seen.

The fact that it happened
near a military base,

that's exactly the connection
we're trying to make.

CHUCK: You know what I think
we should do?

HEATHER: What?I think we should go ahead
and try that experiment

I was
talking about.

CHUCK: One of the experiments
I want to do tonight

is releasing
some Mylar balloons.

We have a lot of skeptics
out there that say

these lights that people are
seeing up and down the coast

could be
these Mylar balloons.

I disagree with that.

NARRATOR: Year after year,
Southern California

ranks among the top locations
on the planet

for UFO sightings.

But, ultimately, many of these
reports can be explained.

One of the primary triggers
of false reports

are stray Mylar balloons,

which are
often mistaken as UFOs.

Heather, I'm gonna

So that's fishing line,

Yeah.

So, we're not littering.

I'm gonna flash
a flashlight on it,

and we're gonna see
whether or not

this is similar
to what people are seeing

when they're reporting
UFO sightings.

The multiple balloons --
you can see

how the lights kind of
shift back and forth.

I got to say,
I'm kind of surprised.

Obviously, I know
what balloons look like.

Once they got kind of far away,

and then he started
hitting the lights,

I could see where people
could probably think

that those are UFOs.
They probably did.

I bet they got some calls
right now because of that.

The balloons,
they moved really slow.

Basically, it was following
the wind current.

But what people are seeing
are not balloons,

they're seeing these lights

that are under some type
of intelligent control.

They're moving at
a high, high rate of speed,

and making these ridiculous
maneuvers left and right

that even modern-day
technology can't recreate.

I want to make sure
that what people are seeing

is truly a phenomenon.

Well, we got
to check everything.Absolutely.

Cant just be like,
"Oh, hey, that's a UFO" --

It doesn't work
like that.

Right now, I think we've had
a pretty interesting night,

but it's time to pack up
and get out of here.

Tonight, we saw UFOs
near a military base.

At this time,
I can't make any conclusions

of what the connection is
and why there's so much activity

along this
Southern California coast.

We definitely need more data.

NARRATOR: In order
to gather more insight as

to why the Southern California
coastline

is such a hotbed of activity,

the team heads to Malibu to meet
with UFO expert Preston Dennett

who has been gathering
data of sightings

off the coast of
Southern California for decades,

both above water
and underwater.

I've been researching
since 1988,

and I'm gonna say a good 10% of
UFO sightings in this area

are being chased
by our military jets.

And if we're chasing it,
it's clearly not ours.

Yeah, right.

These things are coming down
right over the road,

you know, showing themselves off
to groups of people.

This is totally contrary
to how the military would test

their most advanced,
secret aircraft.

They just
don't do that.

"The Battle
of Los Angeles"

back in 1942.
Mm-hmm.

Huge sightings --
objects come out over the ocean.

This is
just after Pearl Harbor.

The whole city goes on blackout,
multiple objects are seen.

NARRATOR:
In the early morning hours
of February 5th, 1942,

numerous UFOs were reported
in the skies above Los Angeles.

Air raid sirens sounded,
a total blackout was ordered.

Shortly thereafter,
the 37th Coast Artillery Brigade

began firing antiaircraft
rounds at the UFOs.

Over the next 58 minutes,

more than 1,400 shells
were fired

as the objects moved
from Santa Monica to Long Beach.

Why do you think our military
hasn't caught these objects yet.

There's some evidence
that they have, actually.

It was basically
covered up.

But years later,
there's documents showing

that we did
shoot something down

and perhaps captured
or recovered one of these craft.

There was a few people
that were injured

from the shells
coming down.Yeah.

Five people
were killed.Five people
were killed.

I mean, that's how serious
this was.

I remember seeing the pictures
and reading about that.

It's, "Oh, it's a balloon"
until the, you know,

photos came out in
the L.A. Timesthe next day.

And that was
before Roswell.Yes.

Yeah.
Yes.

I mean, that just
shows the history

of the UFO sightings
along the coast here.

Right.
That's a UFO.

But USOs -- there hasn't been
a lot of research into it.

USOs -- Unidentified
submersible object.

It's obviously
the same thing as a UFO,

but you can't really call it
a UFO if it's underwater.

Mm-hmm.I mean, there's a whole
range of cases.

So, I'm aware of UFOs, but USOs?

This will be a first.

PRESTON: I started charting
all the sightings here,

and these are the sightings
of objects over the water.

Mm-hmm.What I found is
most active

is this stretch
of water

between Catalina Island
and the mainland.

See, these are
the UFO sightings.

Mm-hmm.And the USO sightings
here,

and you can see
it's virtually identical.

So, this saturated area --
where is it?

This area is right off
the coast of Malibu.

It's highly active in this
one sharply-defined area.

Why?
How deep is it?

Turns out it's an average
of about 3,000 feet

with areas
up to a mile deep.

'Cause this is a place
that these objects

can hide very easily.

I actually interviewed
a submarine navigator

and he says,
"Oh, yeah, there's all kinds

of deep caverns
and canyons underwater

where these objects
could hide."

This is
the Malibu anomaly.

It looks strange.

It's got a very flat top
and it looks like pillars.

Mm-hmm.But what I find
most interesting

is this tunnel.

It looks like a tunnel.

I really started to wonder,
"Why this area?

Could there be a base?"

This is enough evidence here
to say that there's a base here,

and it's right in the center
of where all this is going.

So, you have
the GPS coordinates

to exactly where
that anomaly is?Oh, yeah.

We know precisely
where it is.

We need to get a boat there
and focus on that area.

If I were looking
for a UFO or a USO,

this is
where I would start.

I'm not 100% convinced that
there's an underwater base

off the coast of Malibu.

But Preston's data shows
there's a cluster of activity

right where that base
is supposed to be.

That really makes me
want to grab the team,

go out there,
and investigate that area.

How deep is it,
the GPS coordinates?

It's about
2,000 feet.

How far can you dive
down there?DAN: [ Chuckles ]
Not that far.

So, not only are there
hundreds of sightings

out in that area
we're about to go diving,

we got to watch out
for natural stuff, too --

sharks, the weather.

It's gonna be interesting
out there.

This was a UFO that appeared
towards the ocean

while it was still
releasing the orbs.

HEATHER: Wow.

The video
doesn't do it justice.

Like, with you own eyes,
you see it.

PAIGE: Yeah.I was like,
"That's not a plane.

That's not a blimp.
I don't know what that is."

I was like, "That's scary.
Let's get out of here."

Dan,

I'm getting nothing.

NARRATOR: The team's
investigation into sightings

along the
Southern California coastline

has led to evidence
of a possible offshore base

for unidentified
submerged objects,

also known as USOs.

Now, after being given
the coordinates to its location,

Dan works to secure
a diving boat

while Chuck and Heather
meet with

some of Preston Dennett's
eyewitnesses

who have had UFO sightings

in the exact area
of the alleged anomaly.

This was a UFO
that appeared over our house.

So, this was
around 2:00 P.M.

and you can see
a white orb.CHUCK: Mm-hmm.

HEATHER: It looks like
the Tic Tac.

It does look like
the Tic Tac, doesn't it?

It was quite large.

And with the naked eye,
when you looked at it,

it was almost
plasma-like.

And at first, when we saw it
it was just an orb.

So, the first batch of orbs
that the larger orb released

came out in three.

Oh, wow.
It's a triangle.

Yeah, and then what
you can see is about

50 small, tiny orbs
come out of it.

Yeah. Wow.

And those small orbs,
they're just --

It's just like a little trail
going down the sky.

Mm-hmm, yeah.

So, it was
unbelievable.

e were just, like, in disbelief

how huge
this object was

and then to see
all these tiny orbs

coming out of it
was quite strange.

That's what's weird to me
is the tiny orbs.

Yeah.
Yeah, yeah.

These were filmed
just right outside this house?Yeah.

Can you
show us where?Definitely, yeah.

How long
did you see it for?

The experience lasted
about 10 minutes.

So, it started
that direction,

and then it slowly moved
towards the ocean

while it was still
releasing the orbs.

Did it go
out into the ocean,

or was it following
the coastline down?

No, it actually went, like,
directly towards the ocean.

Okay.
Yeah.

So, it was headed
that direction,

but I don't know
if it disappeared,

if it went into the water,
or it vanished.

I'm not sure,
because I lost sight of it.

What's interesting is
the thing that she saw

went back out in the ocean,

disappeared in the same area
of this underwater base.

With evidence of UFO activity
near the Malibu anomaly,

additional witnesses
share details

of yet another recent sighting.

We were at the beach
down over here,

and we were just looking
for seashells.

We do it often.
We come down here.

And she noticed something
off in the distance that way,

and just right above
the ocean right here.

It didn't look like anything
that we've see before.

It looked like
it was maybe

the size of a football field
out there.

It was there
for about a minute.

In my video,
I caught it just floating.

There's no way
it could be a blimp.

It's too windy.
It was windier than this.

CHUCK: Well, you can
clearly see, it's choppy.

You have
a lot of caps.

Yeah.Yeah, it was going --

It was going
kind of slow at first.

It was,
like, hovering

over one of the oil rigs
that were out there.

And that's where we saw it,
in that direction.

Did it look like
it was headed that way?

It was --After we left,

it looked like it started
going that way.

Yeah, it was

So, it was going
towards Malibu?

Yeah.Yeah, towards that.
Yeah, yeah.

It was huge.

We just walked away,
'cause we were scared.

Yeah.HEATHER: So, why were
you guys scared?

Uh, I like --

On that video, that video
doesn't do it justice.

Like, with your own eyes,
you see it --

It was --
I was like,

"That's not a plane,
that's not a blimp,

that's not --
I don't know what that is."

I was like, "That's scary.
Let's get out of here."

Like, is something
gonna bomb us?

I don't know what it is.

...gearing up the diving vessel

that Dan secured
for tonight's investigation

of the reported
underwater USO base.

CHUCK:

where all these sightings are,

he also showed us
the exact location

where this underwater base
is off of Malibu.

to help set up an experiment

they hope will put them

We've got serious challenges

Usually when we're doing
these night watches,

we're looking up in the skies.

But tonight,
we'll be looking underwater.

Do you think the water's
gonna be too rough?

It's capping.

CHUCK: Once we get
to the location,

we're gonna have
to assess the weather.

to assess the conditions

on whether or not
you can even dive.

We only have about
an hour or so of light,

so we really
got to start prepping.

This is the first time I've ever
done this in these conditions.

I'm gonna set up
my binary light system

along the edge of the boat,
pointing down,

and then my son, Daniel,
is gonna go into the water.

He's gonna help me string

the other lights
underneath the boat.

If smoothing's underneath
that can see our lights

from the bottom of the boat,
maybe we might catch something.

four minutes out.

CHUCK:

Dan's dive is the second stage
of the light deployment.

Once he successfully

arranges the light string
underneath the boat,

Chuck will then turn his focus
back to the deck command center

and begin to execute
a contacting sequence

with the binary lights.

attract any underwater activity.

This is
a binary sequence...

I've used
my light experiments

outside of the desert
and in different places.

This is the very first time
I've ever used

this experiment
for the ocean.

Heather.HEATHER: Yeah?

I want you to look out
on the horizon over there

with those night vision
binoculars.

I want you to look for anything
coming in or out of the water.

These floodlights are
gonna be blinking in binary --

1, 2, 3, 4,
all the way to 26,

and then I'm gonna be
blinking them in alpha --

"A," "B," "C," "D."

If extraterrestrials
are visiting the planet,

they're gonna be monitoring
our satellites first.

All the communication
via satellite's all binary.

They may already
understand the binary code.

The hope is
they may flash lights back

in the binary sequence,

in which case then we've got
two-way communication going.

That's what
this experiment does.

At first, nothing

So, looking up, I could see
the lights around the boat.

one light below us.

I don't know
what it was.

a reflection or a light.

But even then,
my flashlight only went out,

like, two feet anyway.

So either it was super close
or I was getting something.

I was hearing lots of
weird stuff down there.

Really? We got
to look at that video

that was shot
under the boat.

You're freezing.
You got to get out of this now.

The weather's
coming in,

and I don't want
to get stuck out here.

to get all these lights down.

DAN: Yeah, I was
gonna ask --

anything on the comms?

I was hearing lots of
weird stuff down there.

Really?There was just
weird sounds.

I thought

That's why I didn't ask you
when I first got out,

'cause I just assumed you were
hearing the same thing I was.

Hopefully we got
a lot of data.

to review some of it

to see if we can pick up
any sounds.

I was pretty disoriented
down there.

Underneath the boat,
I was getting thrashed around.

The water was cold.

I kept seeing things,
kept hearing things.

Even with
the low vis down there,

there was one thing that I saw
that I think is pretty strange,

and I hope we got that on video.

from their underwater cameras,

in underwater acoustics

so they can analyze it for any
traces of the mysterious lights

or strange sounds
that Dan witnessed.

her expert opinion
of what's going on.

Now, my background being
a UFO investigator

is everything terrestrial,
on the ground, up.

Yeah.And this is really, like,
the first time

that I've been involved with --
now that we're in the water.

And there's a lot of
unusual things.

Yeah, I mean, at least 70%
of the ocean is still unknown,

so there's so many things
undiscovered

that we haven't
even identified yet.

complete unknowns.

of evidence here.

The first one
is some audio.

like, a little small excerpt.

And then what I can do

that is?

It sounds almost
kind of like a drum beat

or something

But that sounds
similar to,

like, a grey whale
calling.

It's very similar,

Would grey whales
be migrating

off the coast
of Southern California?

So, yeah,
we're actually smack-dab

in the middle
of a migration,

so it would
totally make sense

that great whales
would be migrating.

So, here's the other one.

an experienced diver.

Have you heard any unusual
sounds like this?

Not quite like this.

What do you think?

Well, it could be
a couple different things.

I think it possibly
could've been, like,

a very small earthquake.

So that rumbling sound
that you're hearing --

We're on a fault line,
so that's a possibility.

It could also be --

It kind of sounds
like a possible engine.

We didn't see any boats
in the area.

There was
nobody around.

Could it be coming
from deep underwater?

Let's say
something submerged.

If something submerged,
then yes.

But it's unexplainable
as far as your concerned.

It's definitely
unidentified.

Okay, so it's definitely
unidentifiable.

We have
two audio clips.

One that we can identify,
a possible whale,

and one
that's unidentifiable.

But we do have a video
that I want you to see.

This is something
that Dan saw underwater.

So, at this point,
I'm holding onto the rope,

and I'm just kind of looking
back up towards the boat lights.

So when the camera
shifts like that

you can see me
looking down,

and I look down,
and I saw that.

Whoa.

That's terrifying.

It was pretty bad
out there.

Obviously, I couldn't see
what it was.

What could be
lights underwater?

Well, there are
bioluminescent plankton.

That could be a possibility,
although it just seems

like it's like a centralized
light in one location,

so it's most likely
not that.

And if it wasn't
your dive light, then...

Yeah.
...it's got to be
something else.

When I first saw that, I thought
maybe it was a reflection.

Well, the fact that
you guys were so deep,

it wouldn't reflect off
the bottom, right?

Right.
I think that would be
too much of a stretch.

Have you ever seen
any lights like that

underneath the water
while you're diving?

No. I have been on
a number of night dives,

but I've never seen
anything like this.

There's definitely
something going on out here

off the coast
of Southern California.
