somebody asked me how you get rid of

fear and all these things

because where does fear come from

within ourselves

within ourselves yes

it comes from the brain

from a part that is called the limbic

center

it's also called the primitive or the

reptile brain

it is there

it is it's all animals

it's also a human being

and it was created in order for

procreation

so that humanity doesn't perish or this

life on earth doesn't get destroyed

because if this fear

the animal escapes if there's no fear

the animal will get killed

man if he had no fear

he risks

getting killed or getting destroyed

because then he would not think about

having enough food or looking after his

safety and all that

so

it was created for protecting life it's

an instinct

it is not your character it's an

instinct

but then that instinct dominates some

people more than others

okay and it comes from the lending

center for where also my anger comes my

impatience

my desires

okay all these things these are not bad

things but these are

instincts

of life so that life can continue to

grow

but then they become an obstacle when my

fears are too strong that they

they stop before progressing

and human beings have great fears

not for confronting some

adversary but their fear

for their future their fear

for their success in life

and this fear comes from the limit

center and we can eliminate that

and the problem is

that fear mainly comes when you don't

know

so what do you do

you don't know what is going to happen

tomorrow but you're already afraid of

god

but once

you have to wait somebody's afraid for

instance of passing his driver's license

so he's fear and he's nervous and it

doesn't pass

that's fair because he doesn't know but

once you know

no problem

the exams you've already passed in

school you know they're not afraid of

that

okay

if you have to go in a dark room because

you think there might be a wolf or a

lion or a tiger

because you don't know what is in there

it's dark

then

somebody switches on the light and you

see that it's full of nice sweet things

to eat and you rush in and you start

enjoying this and the fear is gone

because you know now that there is no

land and no no vote

so once you know

basically once you know

the outcome you can't be afraid anymore

if you are afraid of the taxpayers

tax man's

audit with the

okay tax department or digital cards

for for auditing

yeah you you're not afraid you said my

god i hope there are no mistakes i hope

and everything is clear

but we are not afraid of it anymore

side of your body

so if your left brain section doesn't

then you become paralyzed on the right

side your arm your leg

everything and the opposite for the

right side it controls the left side

and this

is

how our brain is it's

one brain it's divided into the left

hemisphere

and the right

hemisphere now each hemisphere has also

other functions than controlling the

body

the left hemisphere is for everything

that has to do with intelligence logic

with mathematics with rationale so when

you calculate one plus one makes two

you do it with your left hand left

hemisphere

in other words also when you write

logistic of grammatical logistics and uh

logic and all that

when you speak

you need logic

to read write to calculate you need your

left brain if it is paralyzed you won't

be able to add even one plus one

the doctor says how much is this one

person when the patient looks and he

says i don't know

he can't he can add

his right hemisphere is completely

intact

how

function of logic and everything comes

only from the left side the right side

the right side

my right hemisphere of my brain

is destroyed i won't be able to play

if i'm a pianist with two hands i can

play because

we play piano with two hands

okay so if i'm paralyzed on the left

side i won't be able to play with my

right hand

but

though i can't calculate though i can't

write or read

or speak

i can play with my left hand music

because the right music comes on the

right

so it's a very interesting phenomenon

how we can use this

we learned a lot about this

because in the past for

in medicine

they used to do a procedure called

lobotomy is because of certain illnesses

like parkinson's and so on they thought

that if they divided the two brains

because that connect their inter they

are interconnected

so if they totally divide them

through surgical method then each brain

is separate from the other each

hemisphere separate from that

then

we could solve certain health problems

certain diseases

today it's forbidden

but that gave medicine this chance of

understanding these two hemispheres very

well

because we are totally independent so we

knew that this is coming from the right

this has come from the left and that

there is no crossover

how can we use this

the problem is you all write down

objectives

you have to write down if you want to

know where you are going write down my

one objective is to pass my exams

or

if you're a businessman that you say our

objective business objective is by the

end of the year or by mid year we have

to have made 10 profit and that's very

clearly defined 10 profit more than last

year

by the middle of the year by the end of

the year another ten percent

so you have an idea you can watch how

the business is going it's clearly right

written down you have the figures and

that so that's for business but you have

to do that also for your life for your

personal life if your problem is complex
