2000 feet away from each other

at the time. Out of sight
or hearing one another.

Given the other
evidence it's reasonable

to infer they were
there together.

to infer that they weren't.

The murder was committed
with the Nelson family's gun

ammunition, they had motive

- means and opportunity.

whether the Nelson's
were together or apart

when the shooting took place.

Now there's no factual
basis to support the charge

that my clients worked together
to aid and abet the murder.

simply does not apply.

These men were not in a
car, this was not a drive-by...

jury should decide this question.

and so should be treated
